Excellent place. Even in the current atmosphere, they do a great job of keeping it clean, lit, and organized. Never had an employee be rude or even not helpful. They tend to hire people who love books. The selection is huge. They even dabble in the vinyl album realm.

My boys love to go there, hopefully there will be more childrens book good deal!

Typical book store. It was very clean and organized, but lets face it - its a chain store, so theres definitely no mom & pop feel. Plus its huge! Theyve definitely got just about everything, but they lack a personal connection.

I love Barnes and Noble I go quite a bit because of my friend. That being said, it seems to feel busy but dead all at once. Its very strange. I also wish I didnt have to pay to get a deal on books and DVDs ect. Its like Im paying them the money Im saving later. Still thrilled they have things like Love Boat and Perry Mason on DVD, though super expensive.

Reliable chain bookstore for hits and bestsellers. They’re pretty much all the same. For some reason this one never seems to have the first book in a series, particularly manga, which is unfortunate for them.The cafe is a great place to sit and write, which I do often. I see a lot of the same faces, and it’s not usually too noisy.

My first time in years going here, forgot how much I like this book store. The only thing I would love to see is chairs to sit in the childrens area once again so we can read to them and not sit on the floor.

Beautiful and clean store, bigger than the last one I have been in, however, thats when we had malls, LoL, Anyway, couldve had more staffing,we are building a video/media library and unfortunately couldnt order the one movie we wanted, been looking for because its a Netflix film/Amazon,duh right,but we are old school,its a treasure hunt shopping in store, no fun online.. but very beautiful book store and clean..

This place has become a family tradition. I came here for book dates with my mom and now my daughters and I share the same memories. Definitely worth the trip.

Very nice B&N. I like this one better than the one in Tyrone. Although that one is nice too. The only complaint I really have is that they only have one wall outlet, and need many, many, many more! People like to come here to get away and study, but having only one outlet makes that hard to do :(. People fight over it all the time.

The starbucks is great but was charged an exorbitant amount to renew membership and was not told how mich til it hit my account...horror section could be better

They have disproportionate selection sizes. If you want Manga, young adult, or romance novels then you are all set. Looking for fantasy is a fairly large area too. Knitting and crochet, barely three small shelves! Cooking gets a small corner. Lots of space for toys and kids but even more for clearance and magazines. I wish it was more evenly weighted for genres. The staff is hit or miss. They are either really amazing or barely interested.

Its hard to believe brick and mortar book stores are still making it, but its a good thing. Barnes & Noble isnt the friendly local owned place but it is a good spot to find almost any book you may want. The people are super friendly and its a nice environment.

There probably isnt a bigger bookstore anywhere in the area. Of course, you can find all sorts of books here as well as games and some collectibles. B&N is a great place to find new books and excellent authors. And the little cafe is a nice place to sit down and sift through your new book while enjoying a snack and a drink.

Its a very nice bookstore that has a lovely area to buy a beverage & a nosh and grab a book to browse through. Their childrens area has quite a selection of books for all ages. Its a nice place to find a gift and everything is reasonably priced.

Got the book I wanted, How To Be an Artist. I had ordered the book two weeks ago and in exactly 2 weeks they called to report that Jerrys book was in and ready for purchase. My granddaughter was very happy with her birthday present 🎁.

Was there for at least 30 minutes looking for a specific book. Not a sales associate in sight. Normally they are walking all over the place bothering you. Lol I finally went to the customer service desk and the did help me. Im sure this is because of a shortage of employees. Plenty of jobs out there people. Go apply.

I know with Amazon shopping for books may seem irrelevant, but there is something comforting about being surrounded by books. If you cant find what youre looking for they can order it. Great atmosphere and good finds.

Worst customer service ever! I went last night and purchased a gift for my dad for his birthday. I was charged for tissue paper and told by the sales associate that everything was in the birthday bag that I also purchased. When I arrived home to prepare my dads birthday gift, the tissue paper was not in the bag and the store was closed when I called. This morning when I called and spoke to the MANAGER Christine and gave all information such as what time my transaction was made and what specific items were on the transaction, I was told that this was not enough and that I would have to return to the store that is 35 minutes away from my house to receive a store credit for the item that was never given to me after purchase! I give this Barnes and noble 1 star for lack of accountability and for stealing money from their customers! I will never be back to this location. If there was an option for 0 stars, they certainly deserve it!

I love this Barnes and Nobles so much. It is the best one in this area of Fl. It is so lively, and all the booksellers are nice and interesting people, and the feel of the store is just really energetic and comfy which is exactly what a bookstore needs. This is putting it mildly. I actually considered NOT moving because I like this bookstore so much. I will really miss this store and everyone so much. It means a lot to me.

Went in to get a specific book, and upon speaking with an employee, she acted 1 as if she had no idea what i talking about, 2 she acted as if I had some kind of disease and asked me to move away from her while she was looking it up on the computer. I was simply looking along with her on the computer in order to see if she was looking up the correct book due to multiple books with the same title. I wouldve ordered the book that they didnt have in stock had the customer service been more than an inconvenience.

Lots of lovely books to chose from, the lighting and music form a welcoming atmosphere where you can comfortably spend hours without being bothered, and the people who work here are friendly and helpful.

Ive been looking for a copy of The Last Unicorn for ever it felt like. I was looking for a copy for my girlfriend and I to read. I had looked Half Price Books, Books-A-Million, and other local second hand stores before I had finally given up and called this Barnes and Noble. They had a copy which was great! So excited. Been beaming about for like an hour. However, the associate that helped me today, his name is Antonio, was very rude, short and aggressive. And at first I shrugged it off. No big deal, its a busy Saturday. I can kinda understand it. I work customer service too. As I goto check out, the cashier. Susan, is also very rude, and impatient. This has ruined the experience for me. This store is clean and has a wide selection to offer. But if the staff is unpleasant, then theres no point in shopping there or supporting the business. When I can shop at other places. I will not be shopping here again. Otherwise, pretty okay place.

Great selection of classical books, from Livy to Plutarch, and modern scholars as well. The staff are always nice and attentive, and the girl at the cafe was equally nice and worked hard to keep the tables clean! 5 stars for the staff, selection, and good espresso! Though it always seems quite pricey for books, but thats what you get with barnes.

Great place to unwind with a Java chip and browse for a good book to sink into. I have been coming here since 1995 and the employees here have always been nice and professional. Also a great place to find the perfect gift.

This Barnes and Nobles is amazing. The Cafe inside is always delicious and quick. Any staff I have ever encountered has always been nice and very helpful. The facility inside is very well kept and is clean at all times. Their inventory is vast too, theres something for everyone of all ages.This is also a great place to study. The atmosphere even when it is busy is very calm and relaxing.If youre in the area, definitely give this place a shot!

Went in here to find a specific manga but ended up looking around more. Very nice book store with a variety of products other than just books, they have board games, vinyl records, cds, pop figures, etc. Variety of books to choose from as well and friendly staff. They also have a cafe but I didnt get the chance to check it out, maybe next time though.

Large selection of books for all occasions! From cookbooks to comic books, they have it here. Not a lot of staff around if you have questions but everything is clean and neatly stocked.

First time I walked in there I thought I was in a library so many books but its beautiful more than a library. I had this weird sensation to check out books wondering when do I have to return them back I got that library feel but its even better because they dont have to turn back the books you get to buy them and theyre yours the guy that helped me at the customer service was extremely nice notice right off the back that I have never been in there and he knew what I was looking for and within seconds I had my two books that my child need for his book report I would definitely go back the beauty inside the store is amazing and there is so many books there that I would love to go and look at.
