My wife and I went here the night that hurricane Elsa was coming through while we were in the area on vacation. We were able to get some delectable items to fix for dinner at very reasonable prices. The store was super clean, well stocked and well staffed. We will definitely come back next time we are in the area. I should also know that the parking lot was immaculate.

Clean store. Staff very friendly and kind, specifically our bagger and deli staff. One pace, generally a bit slow, but I am on vacation! This is my go to grocery chain when in Florida. They are all the same.

I like coming to this Publix because everyone is friendly and I’ve had an overall great experience. My boys also like their “CAR” carts. It makes it fun and a little less stressful for us moms. I like their bakery and have ordered from there on multiple occasions. The cake with strawberry’s and blueberries is my favorite. I is called “Chantilly”. I included a birthday picture. My kiddos love it.

Andrew is a friendly guy and good manager! The staff is very nice and helpful. Dont care for one of the managers there but everyone else is great!

They treated me with respect from the time I came in to shop till I left very clean and my food from the deli was hot and fresh this is my store 😅 I 💕 it

Always love Publix but I went and purchased my lunch from there today, a sushi roll, and it was frozen. After 15 minutes or longer, from purchasing, driving and getting back into my office the sushi was cold, hard and frozen!

I had the sweetest bagger today named Jay, I asked about a raincheck because snapples I usually get werent on the shelf. He then ran to the back to check for me, grabbed his manager when he couldnt find them and they told me they werent expecting anymore shipments of that flavor in the future. I understood and went on. As Im in the parking lot he sprints out to ask me if this was where I often shopped, to which I told him I do, and he let me know they would be turning back the ordering on that product for me ♥️ Jay youre going places my friend, never change your kind soul!

Do not go for online orders, they will be ready 20 or 60 minutes later. The one in Highland is much better at that service.

Although this Publix is smaller than some, I found more of a selection, and no empty shelves! Of course prices are going up, but I not as bad as other food stores, and the quality is always better at Publix!

This is a very underwhelming Publix! It was, as all Publix stores are, well stocked and organized. Most employees were delightful save one who chose to harass our cashier while we were checking out. She even stood in front of our bagged groceries once we needed to leave and did not bother to scoot iver NOR hand us our groceries. This must have been common for her as whilst she stood there, nearly every other employee took a moment to stare and see what it was she was doing.

Publix has a high standard for customer satisfaction and this Publix wasnt any different. Very quick, courteous, and caring employees that are always ready to help any customer on a drop of a dime and happy to do so. Cant go wrong with Publix!

Im a Publix fan. Publix makes pleasant my grocery shopping. Is not just grocery shopping, I have alternatives to get lunch there. They make 4 different kinds of yummy soup 🍲 everday Tomato and crabs bisque are my favorite! I also love their wings.

There were associates that were very helpful, then theyre was a cashier who bagged medicine with onions. This store is hit or miss

Was a nice regular publix until you get to the Deli section. The women working back there was an African American mix short hair an had the worst attitude Ive ever seen. Only had to make 3 subs couldnt ask if we needed another one or if we were the next in line just screamed next then stared at us very uncomfortable an not professional at all. Wouldnt recommend this store for Pub Subs ever.

I visited the Publix liquor store but when I mentioned that I needed a couple of items from the grocery store, the clerk politely told the the grocery store had them and even told me which aisles they were in. Now thats good service.

In true Florida fashion I got my vaccination at the publix. Im not sure what list of decisions I made in my life to lead here.But seriouslyGot first shot of my vaccination their super easy. Guys get vaccinated if you havent there was no wait times took less time to get that then to check out with my food.

I like all Publix. This one usually live up to service standards which are high. Had one bad encounter with manager when they sold me an outdated product about a year ago but that is it.

I only went in for one item from the deli so I didnt see the whole store but what I did see of it looked very clean and familiar like the other public stores it was well organized and going through the checkout was very easy and everyone seemed friendly enough

Bayside Plaza Publix is my favorite store. The store always smells great. Its kept impeccably clean. The associates are more than eager to help you. Managers will go out of their way to clear up an issue.

Inflation is evident, prices going up all the time, best to stock up on the BOGO items you really use. Check their weekly flyer for best deals.

The store is has always been clean and inviting when I have shopped here. The produce is very good and the meat and bakery are likewise very good. A bit pricey but some of their products are worth it. They have a great selection of hard to find spices as well. Staff is generally always friendly.

Im giving 1 star because of their deli! If you want hot food to come out the case make sure you get there before 6:30pm. All the deli staff clean out all hot food before 8 pm like they arent supposed to. When you speak to manager all they see is sorry and never fix the problem with their staff. Might as well take away all hot food since the deli workers dont like to do their job.

Love Publix in general.. shop many depending what I’m looking for and obviously considering the area, what I need. This one is close by but unfortunately seems to lack when it comes to sale items ringing appropriately at the register whether it’s a weekly item or a clearance. Ugh repeatedly the discount and clearance items are marked but don’t ring up. Always checking my receipt, if I don’t catch it at check out and finding an indiscretion usually a dollar here and there. Have gone back in with receipt and receive money back but, also haven’t because is it worth a dollar to drive back, time/money? It adds up. Also the looks when you ask for a dollar or so back when I should’ve gotten it originally since I bought it with the offer and.. I have to drive back soo.. I’m left waiting in line at customer service. Had one lady look at me and say ok so we owe you two dollars? Yeah.. been shopping here over a decade. What about it?

Went yesterday for my 2nd Covid shot & to pick up medications. Today Im having side effects from the 2nd Covid shot. So far fever, body aches, headaches & very tired. I hope it goes away soon. The employees at this store are the best. Very helpful all the time.

Always a great shopping experience

Awful experience between instacart and this Publix. Instacart put through a duplicate order and I had to go return all the items to the store. The cashier that helped me (blue hair) was super rude, even after I apologized or showing minute frustration due to instacart. The manager on duty was barely any help and avoided helping the cashier and did everything but step in like a manager should do to make sure the process went smoothly. Awful experience, just like the very few times I’ve shopped here out of convenience. Drive the extra half mile and go to the Publix on Highland.

Fruits and vegetables are always so fresh.

They don’t restock the products if something sells out depends on the product, they dont restock

Shopping is a pleasure is Publix motto. At this store it was a nightmare. The cashier never gave me my receipt even when I asked for it. She looked at me like I was senile. She proceeded to check out the person behind me on my credit card. Upon seeing this I asked her what she was doing and her response was dont yell at me. Finally someone came over very grumpy and said it will be taken care of. Then the cashier stared me down with an extremely hateful look until i asked her what she was staring at. Then she put her I eyes down. Supposing I left without the redeipt and then got the surprise of all the items purchased that day were not mine. Then try and prove it.Sooke with the store manager who was very sweet and apologetic. She said next time Im in the store to say hello. Well, there wont be a next time even if they offered to pay for my groceries no one should ever deserve that treatment from Publix employees. It certainly wasnt a pleasure shopping there. It was a nightmare !Never leave a store without getting your receipt.

Visited the pharmacy for my flu shot. Mary, the pharmacists, was excellent. She was thorough, caring, very nice and extremely professional. Thank you for administering my flu and shingles vaccine efficiently and virtually pain free. 😃

Order was ready a off the scheduled pickup time. Didnt take long for them to come out one we arrived.

This is a great store. They have stayed pretty well stocked throughout this entire virus. Most of all, the workers have been exceptional. They are out there everyday exposing themselves to the virus. On more than one occasion during all of this I have been lucky enough to pass through Janet’s line. She is so pleasant and happy. It’s really refreshing in these stressful times to be greeted so kindly. Thank you Janet and Publix.

I stopped in the store today after work. Scene people walking around with masks on their chin and not covering their face. I thought this was a requirement to wear them properly. One of them was in check out. I will never go there again. very unsafe practices there
