However, they have another area for hookah and appetizers in case you need to move. We were there for more than 2 hours but moved to the other side. This place is very unprofessional. I made a reservation for a large group and after traveling all over from various different places in Brooklyn, they refused to let us fulfill our reservation due to a dress code that was implemented TWO days prior to our reservation—which we were not informed of.We have been to this place before in our exact attire. There is always an issue with this place 10/10 do not recommend. Furthermore, when you ask to speak to a manager, fingers are being pointed back and forth between security and hostess due to a manager not being present and apparently never being present when needed to resolve problems that arise.Do not waste your money here. This establishment needs to hire competent people.

This place was recommended by a friend and my experience was subpar. Once we arrived the hostess was on the phone and not attentive to patrons walking in.Once seated, took the waiter/waitress 15-20 minutes to take our order. My friend ordered the Carne Asada which was a bit salty and I ordered the tacos de cerdo which was bland and not tasty. We ordered two drinks each and a hookah which was overpriced and not great.The meal and drinks were incredibly expensive. Over $100.00 for two people for tacos and two drinks. Definitely not worth it. The decor is boring and the place feels like a Tex-Mex restaurant off the major highway in Alabama.The wait staff are extremely distracted and not attentive to the patrons. The rating of a three star is awarded because of food quality, price and service.

This place is so unprofessional. From the staff to the bouncers. The bouncers act like they own the establishment. I called them about the place two days before I came and nobody clarified you had to make reservations. Usually you could put your name on the wait list, but I never heard you had to make reservations to sit outside patio of an establishment, and if so there’s a wait list. The bouncer was very much rude, and I’m on the phone telling the person who I am meeting with what’s going on and he just constantly throwing shots at me and making smart remarks about unnecessary things (mind you, I’m not being rude nor disrespectful to this person). It was giving little man energy.But anyway after my friend came (the only reason I was still waiting there) not trying to get in, after he told me that, I called my friend it was over for it. He was just doing way too much, why would I even wanna spend money there. Once she came, we went to a different spot McCondo, which was near by, which we already agreed on and had an amazing time and got free shots on the house for the wait (you know like normal places there’s a wait list) no reservations needed. The food was good and the staff was super professional and nice and made sure everything was good. There was no long wait for them to serve. It was a great experience and GREAT prices as well.

Great atmosphere. We came for brunch without reservations and was seated immediately in a back area. It was dimly lit and killed the vibe but our waitress was very attentive and moved us to a better location. The food was very good and the drinks had us lit ok!!!! Regular mimosa refills and free shots? Say less ok! Shout out to the manager Johnny who made sure we were taken care of. Will definitely come back again for brunch! $35 for 3 course meal? Say less!

Frozen Margarita is super cold so be prepared! Came here late with friends while bar hopping. Lots of outdoor seating. Pretty good drinks, some that 6 people can share. Hookah as well. We came too late to try the food, but this spot is super energetic

Review your bill before paying!! (Especially if you’re doing the brunch )I ordered a strawberry margarita and they were out of the flavor so I ordered LIT instead. The waitress attempted to charge me for the margarita. Not only that but I also took part in the bottomless brunch and the waitress tried to charge me for two additional mimosas. Before I forget seeing that the staff won’t tell you even if you do the bottomless brunch pitchers are an additional charge that’s not included ($45.00). In regards to the brunch food always ask for description seeing that none are provided by staff . My food came out incorrect and even after speaking to the manager nothing was done to rectify the situation. Would not recommend

Don Pancho is a great place to go for dinner and drinks. Let start of where the hostess is very friendly and she will try her way to give you a seat. I love her attitude she make you feel welcome not to many people are like that. Hopefully we will see her when we come back. The Waiterss are great as well. Everyone is friendly.

Had my birthday dinner on Saturday night. Aside from the bad weather. Don pancho never fails to satisfy me with their service food and drinks. Our server TATIANA was so welcoming and attending all of our needs the whole night. We had a great time and I will be coming back.

Don Pancho, the menu has changed but they still have very good options. The frozen margaritas are good, just very small. The nachos, quesadillas and skirt steak are really good. As for the atmosphere, it’s a good vibe, good music as well. They have dine and a little patio for outdoor seating.

Front desk lady with a red bun THIS IS FOR YOU :)! Just came from here 10 minutes ago I’m super disappointed. Usually my go to happy hour spot, this experience made me never want to spend another coin here. “Lost” my reservation for 5:30pm, no recollect of who could’ve picked up the phone, apparently booked for the whole night, also not taking any walk ins. Meanwhile it took 2 seconds to walk over to their empty seating to confirm my suspicion that other patrons were allowed to walk in and be seated. To top it off “ no manager available” for the night as well. Never again. waiting on the manger to call even though I know He won’t -_____-

The food and drinks were decent but the service was awful. My server took like 20 minutes to even acknowledge us (we literally had to go to a manager to get her to come over) didn’t give us water, straws, utensils or anything had to keep asking over and over. Then thanks to Covid she automatically gets a tip even though she was awful.

Do not dine here! They are ripping off customers. I came here for a birthday brunch with a friend and was blatantly robbed by the waitress. They included the tip for a party of 2 on the bill and then added another tip when my friend signed the bill. My friend just signed the bill not knowing the waitress added another tip as the tip was already included. We tried to address the issue with the restaurant the next day and they said she should’ve noticed that an additional tip was added and basically it’s my friends fault she was charged a tip 2x for mediocre service. The waitress hardly checked on us and we had to get her attention every time we wanted a refill. The way management handled this issue is horrible customer service. I’ll be making a BBB complaint as well.

I called to place a reservation and drove 30 minutes to get here just for the hostess to tell me I did not have one. When I tried to speak with a manager she told me there was not one there, which is quite odd for a business on a Saturday. I’ve heard great things about this place, but I was disgusted by the lack of hospitality and customer service.

I love Don Pancho’s! I come here with my friends all the time. Love the vibes and the music and the food. Most of the workers are great and friendly. Yesterday I brought my friend to Don Pancho’s. We had the waiter Emilio. From the start Emilio had a bad vibe and attitude it must of been a day that something was going on because out of all the times I’ve been there and had Emilio as a waiter he was great! He continuously kept asking if we are ordering food and after the second time he asked and I said “We are still looking at the menu” he took both of our Menu’s and left. We had to call him over all the time because he would just stand in the corner and not ask if we were okay. Finally I order Chicken Nachos which were great! We had to ask three times to get ONE cup of water and Extra Napkins. Finally we are about to leave and we ask for the check. He added a $10.00 TIP to our check. We were mad and asked him to take off the tip because obviously he don’t deserve it. He asked “Why” and we told him the service was not great. He took the tip out, and waited for my friend to sign his receipt and once he saw a $0 he went ahead and told us “If your not going to tip for the service then you can go to another restaurant ” i was so shocked and did not say anything because I’ve never had an experience like this in Don Pancho’s. Even when its busy and the food sometimes take longer to come out my friends and I don’t mind because they make it very understandable and you can see that the waitresses/Waiters care. Super disappointed by Emilio’s professionalism. You don’t treat no one like that even if your having a bad day. Like I said I love don Pancho and I will definitely come back but I will make sure that Emilio is not my Waiter.

Not cool! A Thursday night after a 40 minute drive and was turned away at the door. If you are short staffed you should at least have the courtesy to have it on your site that you are no longer taking walk-ins. A true turn off. It was also pretty empty, makes me wonder how much staff they have that couldn’t cover that amount of people. Horrible customer service.

Waited AN HOUR for our food... It wasnt that busy to begin with. The margarita was okay but if you get the bulldog they put less liquor in it. When the food finally came out, it was okay. It was a bit on the expensive side and they have audacity to add gratuity INCLUDED into the bill (around 20 percent). For 3 drinks and 2 food dishes, it came about to 150? NO.My partner liked the music. Thats about it. Will not come back. And Im being generous with the 2 star.

This review is just based on the manager alone. Rashard is a horrible manager for this establishment. He does not know how to run a business or make people feel wanted in the establishment. Very hard person to talk to, not understandable and plays favoritism with customers. Honestly I probably won’t ever come here just because of him. I really don’t care about the food or atmosphere. My experience was horrible just from my interaction with him.

This place is overrated. Saw so many good reviews from the past, they made need to make changes. Went for brunch today, waited like 15 mins for a waiter who never came- we had to wave someone down and it was pretty empty with servers dancing. We did the bottomless brunch and it was all orange juice with a splash of champagne. The food was pretty good and came out pretty quickly. But we had to order a hookah twice, there was a hair in my friends slider. I wont be returning.

Service was terrible it took over an hour to get my drink and over two hours to get food and I ordered the guac and chips for the table also took an hour. the quickest thing I got was a hookah service which is still 30 bucks in cash the waiters barely checked on us we did not even have water at the table it was sticky. Also there was like this extremely drunk guy next to us and the staff did nothing about it his friends took him out but he like kept getting closer to our table keep trying to talk to our friends get touched me like it was a horrible experience I don’t think I’m ever gonna go back and to top it all off they tried to charge us the 20% gratuity automatically

The drinks are overpriced and possibly the worst margaritas in all of Williamsburg. The music is loud and obnoxious. Staff is unprofessional and smokes hookah with patrons. The guacamole is store bought and terrible. The burrito was the worst I’ve had in Williamsburg. If you want to have an enjoyable dining experience then Stay Away from this “restaurant”.

It took about an hour for them to serve my and my bf our order. They got our drinks wrong despite saying and pointing at Jarritos on the menu. The food was alright, I’ve had better Mexican food. It wasn’t worth the dining experience, I would suggest people dine elsewhere.

I made reservations to 8:30pm and showed up at 8:35pm due to traffic from long Island waited outside, went inside to asked if we were okay to go in asked to go to the bathroom let us go to the bathroom. However the security guard came in back at 8:55pm saying we lost reservations because we were late after we called and asked if it was okay to come in at 8:30pm- i asked to to speak to the manager the security guard claims it was only him and the hostess. But yet they are busy and having no table and no manager?????? Also there was people waiting outside whom didnt have reservations but yet they got a table, he was rude and unprofessional if you want a business to run the right way you need to have the right staff.  Never going there and the worst service i have ever experienced.

Lets say the obvious. This place is absolutely horrible. First we had a 6pm reservation which is was supposed to be outside and they didnt accomodate giving the seats to a younger crowd. This was supposed to be for my grandmothers birthday. They put us in the dark back corner. The AC condensation was dripping all over the seats. When we said something they turned off the AC which made it extremely hot. We had to shift everyones seats just so no one was getting wet. Ordering was a nightmare they messed up orders and two orders got to the table late. The only thing that was good was they accommodated us brining in a mariachi band to sing for my grandmother. This place is super over hyped and complete trash will never go again. The building management needs to cancel their lease.

The service was horrific; the type of experience that will make you never want to go back. NYC is full of great restaurants, this is just not one of them when it comes to service. (Food was good in taste, decent in portion) Heres my experience if youre interested in why I will not be going back:I went to eat dinner with my son and friend and we arent big drinkers so we passed on the happy hour and that mustve upset the waiter cause after we placed our food order he never came back. He was around, we saw him taking care of other tables. Forty minutes go by, the restaurant is fairly busy (weve been there on busy days and had WAY better service) we had no food, no water and no waiter. I had to ask another waiter where our food order was and for water. Five minutes later our food comes out with another server and that was ok. At no point did our waiter come and ask if everything was ok and I needed a spoon for my son and water for the table. When we were done eating, I had to grab another waiter to ask for a to-go box and the check. MY waiter finally comes with the items and with the most disgusting face, basically shoves it into my hands and walks away right away. We saw the tip was included and did not feel the waiter was deserving of that large of a tip given HE WAS NEVER THERE! So I pulled him to the side and asked him to get me the manager - we walks to the bar which is in sight. As we walks away I quickly grabbed another waiter and asked if there was a manager there that day and where he/she was. They pointed to the bar and said Hes behind the bar. My waiter comes back and says to me that the manager was out and that he was left in charge. I told him he was lying several times as his nervous face kept trying to convince me otherwise. He then asked me what did I want and I said literally I want you to take the tip off the bill because you do not deserve a tip He grunted, left and came back with a new receipt. At that point he got no tip and we felt more than ok with giving no tip.

Went for dinner with one of my cousins and the experience is not what the hype is about. We sat inside, the drink menu’s were basically printed out and folded in half and literally as soon as we finished looking at what we wanted to order to drink, the waiter from another table takes it without even letting us know to give it to his table. You would think knowing how busy it gets (or how busy it was) they would create more. The food was good, basic but good. The menu was not what was advertised on Instagram, it was much smaller and condensed. The dj started playing music as soon as we sat down so it’s a cool vibe to have music but he kept raising the volume so we couldn’t even hear each other speak and found ourselves yelling just to have a convo. Waiters kept coming to the table to clear plates and it was like they were running out of plates in the back or something because they wanted to clear it even when they saw there was clearly food on it and we weren’t finished eating. Overall, disappointed in this place. Like I said before, not sure what the hype was about.

I came here yesterday and the service was horrendous! I came with a group of 5 and it took 30 mins for someone to give us water and menus after waving down atleast 3 people to get us a server. When we did get a server his name is Emilio. He was literally the worst. I’m not sure if it was his first day but his lack of professionalism and customer service skilled shined through the whole time. When he came to the table he only took my order and didn’t even ask if my other friends were ordering food(which they were) and took off. We didn’t see him again until 30 mins after.. and even then we had to flag down 3 different people and ask them to get him. When he came back I told him my friends were ready and he took off again and said he would be right back. We didn’t see him until 30 mins after. When he did come back he an attitude and told us not to order food because the kitchen was backed up and it would take forever for the food to come. We had been waiting the entire time so at that point we understood that this restaurant is nothing but a waiting game. The drinks are over priced and not strong. When the food did come out about a hour and half later.. the portions do match the price. The hookah was good though and the hookah ladies were very responsive and nice. Great to see someone was trained properly. This spot has the potential to be the spot of the summer but they need to train their staff, have better customer service and not just having staff dancing around the place and not working smh

I’ve been going to this restaurant FOR YEARS! Before they became popular, before COVID, before it all. THEY WERE AMAZING and I told everyone about them.Fast fwd, post COVID… New Management? I assume so. This place has NEVER been so rude.Let’s go down the list-Wrong tele# on their website (it’s a # off.)-You can no longer make make reservations online, fine, I’ll deal.-You can only make a reservation via phone, but once again wrong # online.We went in person around 9:50pm and the host, Christian, tells us they are TOTALLY BOOKED. He told us to call when we asked about future reservations and gave us the business card.We left and called the correct just to see if he would answer, he didn’t. He finally answers after another 10 mins says “OH, SURE JUST COME IN, WE HAVE AN OPENING AT 10:30,” I went back in person to confirm that they were “Totally booked” and he said yes showing me his book with reservations.“Interesting because I just called and you said there was a 10:30 slot and you never offered that when we were here”He made a excuse saying“We are fully booked”then said“Well we have a table available now on the patio“Well sometimes ppl don’t want to sit outside”I stated“But you never gave me that option”he proceeded saying“Well, it’s available now so do you want it or not?”NO APOLOGIES, just a defensive attitude and excuses. I declined and left. I decided to call to speak to the manager, Christian greeted me very nicely until I asked to speak to a manager and all of a sudden HE COULDN’T HEAR ME! When I decided to give my business to another restaurant, Christian accidentally called me instead of “Selena” and says “hi your table to ready” …. Ironically the establishment was super loud but he heard me juuuusssst fiiiine.I called today, Saturday 6/5, to speak to a manager, and a girl answered (I should’ve gotten her name but I didn’t think she was going to be just as rude) I asked to speak to a manager.“What is it for?”“I have a complaint”She placed me on hold to “get the manager” and 30 seconds later came back and said that the manager couldn’t come to the phone and he said for me to give her the message.“If I’m a customer and I’m asking for a manager, for a complaint about his establishment, I’m not going to leave the message with the host Miss. “She told me the manager was busy and that she was the one in charge of the phone.”I asked to leave my # for a call back and she took it. I asked for the manager’s name and she said that she “COULDN’T GIVE IT TO ME.”I’ve worked for numerous customer service corporations and you can provide the on duty supervisor name!

Excellent service and great savory affordable food!

Food was good..the taste of the food was enjoyable . They had live music which was awesome. This place WOULD HAD had a 5 STAR if it wasnt for our waiter wasnt horrible at her job. In the end we were riped of money. MAKE SURE YOU PAY IN CASH.... because she made it very difficult to split the bill in half. It was so ridiculous and we were all tired in the amount of time that was spent waiting for her to correct herself. She continues to come back to our table and telling us that we needed to put more money in when we have her TIP! It was very upsetting my friend ended up giving her additional amount for us to leave... Im not a picky person and complain about every single thing. BUT THIS WAS OUT OF CONTROL!P.s.We later found that other people had difficulty with our waiter. Beware of a pretty lady was glasses with an accent.

What a night, we came with a group of 6, rapidly we were seating on on of the 3 U seats. We started with guac and chips- Guac was on the perfect balance with lime and cilantro. Then we got the ELOTE yummy. Drinks were very flavoring and with a good amount of liquor. My waiter Alex was on top and very attentive to what we needed. We are having a party on February I recommend this place to everyone!!!

Beware...if you want to chill in a hoochie spot, this is the place...will not return..should have been told whn i made reservation...luckily the waiter told us it was over an hour wait for food after we place our drink order & they had nerve to add graduity to 2 drinks....sip sip and WE LEFT. Miss the old pancho..miss the old Brooklyn hood.P.s. u think they would clean up their menus due to Covid..Not. Bring your hand sanitizers.
