The store was clean and spacious. The items were organized and the staff was friendly. The restrooms could have been cleaner, but other than that we had a good experience.

Great shopping experience usually. The cashiers don’t really check the things that carefully though - we bought ornaments and she scanned one four times and when we got home one of the ornaments is missing the piece to hang it and it would have been noticed if she tries to scan it (the tag was missing). Anyways, the store is large and clean and parking is never a problem. Photos as of November 2020.

We were struggling to find something in stock. Online it said they had it, called a head of time to make sure it was in stock and had guest services confirm. Not there. A wonderful and amazing employee named Wyatt, who worked in toys and electronics called six different stores to find it for us and get it put on hold!!! So very grateful to him for personally looking all over, updating inventory, and being so determined to help! God Bless hun! You NEVER see customer service like this anymore. Friendly, smart and so very kind and helpful. Manager material right there!! Thanks again Wyatt!! They need to give you a promotion or at the least a pay raise!!

I have been doing my curbside pick ups at this store since covid started and they really have been great at this location. Most of the time they are quick and pleasant. Only a few times have I had someone who acts like they can’t speak and hate their job but honestly it didn’t bother me because they were busy and it’s been so hot! I really appreciate this service it has helped me a lot especially with working from home I can just throw my laptop in the car and pick up groceries. Thanks target !

The store and restrooms are always clean. The grocery section is definitely a market size but has all the needs with some diversity. This store has a one stop shop and the associates are all so helpful and friendly. The personnel on the floor had great suggestions for items that were not available (sizes of uniforms). The cashier was mindful and pleasant.

Very rude manager named Gabe that need mental health help. I was in my wheelchair/mobile cart and he said is there a problem? I said no what’s up. He said numerous ppl have said you were past out. I said that didn’t happen I was signing agreement to buy a house 5 minutes ago. Do you want to see. He said no but what is your problem. I said there is no problem please don’t bother me as I’m with my 3 daughters shopping. I went to counter while I was paying about 8-10 minutes later. I asked nicely for a manager. And Gabe shows up, I said your the manager and I asked the cashier for another manager since he was the employee that was harassing me. Then a nice manager showed up and said this is not their policy and it will not happen again. I haven’t been back to this target since.

Great, spacious store, they have good quality products at a good price. This store is a SuperTarget and the grocery section is very large along with the featured/seasonal sections.Store can be hectic at times and some items may be out of place, but nevertheless the layout and up-to-date design of the store makes up for this.

Every time I come to this store, I’m in a rush after work, and the associates (Jermaine and Chaddy specifically) are so quick and happy to help me find what I need. They have been such a joy to experience and are truly an asset to Target and this location. They are both incredibly knowledgeable about the products in the store as well as their locations, and they are more than happy to help show me exactly where something is as opposed to just giving me a few basic directions. They really provide that 5 star, 10/10 customer experience that leaves you feeling better than you did when you entered the store; which is rare and why I continue to shop at this location, and also why I decided to take the time to do this survey to let you know that you have some fantastic employees here. Every time I stop in, I look forward to seeing them. I hope this information doesn’t fall on deaf ears, because Jermaine and Chaddy truly deserve recognition for the outstanding customer service that they provide.

Very satisfied with my experience on 7/31/21 at Clearwater Target store and cashier Olga working 9:36 shift. We came to this store to support her and found everything we needed in linens, home goods, bath goods, etc.

First of all who doesnt love target! Second I went for a few new books for my kids. Not only did they have everything I wanted but when I checked out an awesome lady, Freddie was there to help with self check out and she even taught me how to use and look up on the app. She helped me save over $25!!!!!!Thank you! My order was ready within an hour. They have a great app, you let them know youre on your way and they are there waiting for you when you pull in. Quick, easy and convenient.

Target was amazing Jen and Dlyan was amazing Great customer service. They were helpful and also very kind. They normally work with Star Bucks but they were called in to help. They made my experience worth while. They also kept all of the shopping carts cleaned and sanitized.

Staff does great job of quick, friendly service. Items are correct. I felt bad because it was raining today but no complaints from the staff! Just as friendly as always.

This is one of my favorite Targets. The plaza it is located in can be frustrating to drive through but once past that all is good. Very clean, great selection of fresh produce and I enjoy the salads and sandwichs near the deli. The home decor is fancy but affordable.

Legos. This store carries Boba Fett’s helmet, the Millenium Falcon, Hogwarts sets, Creator sets, Architecture sets, and the Art sets. The Lego department is a thing of beauty. I guess you can buy other stuff, too, like toilet paper and cucumbers.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Especially the male deli clerk. The store was clean and well stocked.

This was probably the most beautiful target I’ve ever been in. It looked like I had stepped into a department store. The makeup department had a great selection from drug store to prestige brands like Winky Lux.It also has a Starbucks and a separate wine & spirits store (which has a decent selection for the spring break/soccer mom crowd but it’d be nice to have higher end options too).Anyway, is this store accepting tenants bc I’d love to live here 😄

❤ Hands down the biggest, coolest, and VERY BEST Target in Tampa Bay! Was absolutely astounded by the vast array of merchandise - and particularly pleased with the produce department, deli and bakery. Bonus points for the friendly staff, ample handicapped parking, immaculate restrooms - and delightful well priced liquor store! (Did I mention I even made a new friend in cosmetics? - see photo).

Wonderful store, wonderful employees, but the product selection is so ‘woke’ I feel like it was curated from Vice news or MSNBC.

The store was clean and everyone had masks and respected social distancing. I found the staff to be friendly. The store made me feel classy yet still had decent prices and plenty of products to choose from.

One of my favorite places to shop.

Our car broke down as we went to leave the parking lot, just after purchasing beef, cheese, butter, and lettuce which obviously need to be chilled. I went to the return and exchange and a very nice lady ( I think her name was Kat) told me she’d put it on hold for me. It took about an hour for a friend to come jump us, but once we were good to go I went back in and they had kept my food chilled for me, it was even on for a 24 hr. Hold which was greatly appreciated and all around every single employee I interacted with was extremely helpful and kind.

This is my neighborhood Target. Most people that shop here are tourists or they’re on their way to the beach. The staff is always very friendly and well managed. It is definitely the nicest and largest Target I’ve ever been too. Their drive-up pick-up team is super fast and efficient.

I was there at 10 am today and was picking up a few groceries. The produce, dairy and meats were well stocked. But when i moved onto the canned foods many shelves were nearly bare or nothing on them. Particularity spices, canned vegetables and fruits were in short supply or out. This hasnt been a problem for some of their competitors. They seem to be having similar supply chain problems as Wal-Mart. Then try to check out and one register was open. So i had to stand in the line at self check out. I saw the attendant sanitizing the self check out when people left so that was nice to see happening. The only entrance/exit is on grocery side so if your headed to the housewares and such you have to use grocery entrance. The other one is blocked off with railing.

I love shopping at Target. I almost always find what I am looking for. I shop for at Target for the quality, price of products and the customer service.

Looking everywhere for a certain type of pasta and found it at Target. The same type of pasta was 4 times the price on Amazon!Like the variety of items and reasonable prices.

Sorry in advance for the gross pictures but this is what the mens bathroom at this target looked like today. I had to wipe down the stall I did end up using. The service was fast and friendly but they really need to keep the place clean especially with the sickness going around recently.

The organic grape sign says ( $ 5.49 Bag ), just yesterday realized I was being charged $ 5.49 per pound. That means $12 to $14 per bags I purchased during last few weeks !

I had a great experience shopping at this Target. We like to browse the toy area when shopping for the kids for Christmas. Target didnt disappoint with the toy selection. We doing a great variety for my 18 month old and almost 6 year old boys. Prices were great too. Lots of sales, plus the use of Target circle, enabled me to save lots of money. There was no wait at the check out (we used regular check out, not the self-service). Cashier was quick and friendly. Overall, great experience at Target and will definitely continue shopping there.

You sold my email and forced me to provided my phone number. Ive been indunated with junk emails and spam calls since within hours of ordering online and providing this information! Had I known that youd shamelessly share my info with numerous less than scrupulous marketing companies, Id have walked over there and purchased the darn ink cart.

Love this place. I only had a negative view of Target my whole life as I only knew about it in Los Angeles CA and Jersey City NJ. This one in CW is soooooo clean, modern, and amazing. This is my target. I love the improvements they have made. The bathroom could use some more cleaning but besides that the sales associates are always helpful. I have my two favorite cashiers that’s always bring a smile to my face. Drive up is a great add. I will be very happy when they do a drive up for grocery items

Personal attention when picking up a gas grill. When someone went in back to retrieve it, we had two other persons that offered help! Due to the large size & weight of the box, we needed help to put it in the car. While we waited for that individual, the person that called for help, kept checking to make sure they were on their way. Everyone was so helpful!

My shopping experience is always positive. It is always well stocked and clean and the employees are pleasant.

Target has a clear coupon policy, but makes it almost impossible to use coupons. Targets associates do not understand the wording on the coupons or in Targets own coupon policy. On top of that, many valid coupons do not register in Targets system, and when the register beeps, the associates do not want to hard key the coupon into the register. I dont know if they cant or wont, but Target makes it very, very difficult to save money, especially during this difficult time in peoples lives. Aside from the coupon issues, Targets own gift card deals do not even trigger a gift card a lot of times. I have not shopped at Target in six months, and now I remember why! Ill stick with Publix and Walmart from now on! Bye, Target!!

Target makes it sooooooooo easy to order and pick up - I have never had any issues with any of my orders!!! Love ordering from Target they make my life easy! My particular store is always so meticulous and clean! The employees always are so enjoyable and nice!

This super Target looks amazing after their major renovations! It is very modern looking now, with great lighting, easy to find merchandise (and more of it). Very helpful staff and the new layout is also very appealing. One of the best looking Target stores Ive been to in a long time.

The store is very clean and the staff is usually nice, but when I went here to get masks for the whole family, I was told that I can only purchase one and IT WAS NOT ADVERTISED WHERE THE MASKS ARE IN THE STORE AND ITS NOT ONLINE EITHER. I asked the cashier to get me a manager and said so. She just said that he was right and after I said that it was indeed false advertising, not having it where the masks were in the store, she just stayed quiet. Nice to know that people in charge dont have an answer.

Awesome and very clean during COVID19!The store associates are disinfecting all shopping carts and hand baskets.They are also complying with CDC protocol on marking a 6ft distancing, and wiping down conveyor belts.Self service check out has a huge line. Seems people think this is after check out? Wait in line and checked out before anyone in the self service line.They are doing better with restocking shelves even though grocery is at a minimum.I would like to add Target is not mandating masks for employees or shoppers (which for me is nice) they are allowing the consumer and employees to make a conscience decision unlike other retailers.GREAT JOB TARGET during this pandemic!

OMG.....I just experience the best, I used the target app to order pick up for a few items, its amazing!!!!!I drove up, the associate confirmed my order, handed me my bags ....was pleasant and refused the tip...and I was on my way home in 3 minutes!!!!!WHY HAVENT I BEEN DOING THIS BEFORE NOW?

This is the first time that I went grocery shopping at a Super Target store. Although everything was very fresh and easy to find, my main reason is due to the cashier!! She was very helpful and very patient with me (I had problems remembering my cell phone number and she was just gracious all along) as she continued to check out my larger than normal purchase.
