She was pleasant, kind, and stayed with me till I found something I wanted. When I found something she made sure I was happy with the price. Then she helped me and my friend to my Van. I stopped in for a light above our kitchen island and entered a wonderland of lighting options and furniture and art and household decor--three floors of beautiful, high quality pieces.Our floor salesman, Edwin, was knowledgeable and although we didnt find the exact light for the kitchen, we scored this awesome modern ceiling fan for a great price!We were directed to an even larger inventory online, where we think weve found the perfect pendant light--so we shall return! Wilson Lighting offers a wide range of styles for every function and room. Andy P. was very helpful, patient and informative as we explored multiple showroom floors. And he was instrumental in helping us achieve the best installation plan for a stunning chandelier that we chose to replace a ceiling fan in a sloped ceiling great room. This fixture is perfect! Driving by hundreds of times, I would have guessed that the store appealed to more traditional tastes but they have everything inside.

We had a terrific experience with Andy P at Wilson Lighting. He formed a team with us and with our designer, Alice Asbed, to identify the best chandelier to hang over our kitchen table. Andy then went the extra mile to comb through his catalogs to find pendant lights to hang over our island that would blend with the chandelier over the kitchen table. I used the lighting design studio and had excellent direction for the lighting in many rooms. I am very happy with the WiFi advantages of the new lighting fixtures and app on my phone to control the lighting. The store has many fixtures to choose from along with furniture and accessories. A fun place to browse and find things you didnt know you needed.

I just love Wilson Lighting - their selection and their service is excellent. I even had an unusual customer service experience recently when we went to the store in the late afternoon. We didn’t read the closing time on the door on our way in, but after entering, quickly noticed that most of the lights were turned off. I asked if anyone was there and two people responded. Julie and Bob were in the process of locking up for the evening. I apologized and said we would come back another day, and they graciously offered their assistance. When I told them what I wanted to buy, they teamed up, found the merchandise, packed it securely, and sent me on my way. I was embarrassed by my late arrival, but their assistance, their professionalism and their gracious manners won them my future business, for sure. Thank you, Julie and Bob!

We have purchased from Wilsons Lighting for many years now. We have done a house flip, master bedroom and bath suite remodel, and just recently an entire first floor remodel using lighting from Wilsons. It is the first place we go when looking for lighting when updating our spaces. Andy P is just terrific and has great taste! I have shopped at other lightning stores and the customer service is just not same as it is at Wilsons. They dont have it in the store they will find it for you! We could not be happier w Wilsons Lighting.

My husband and I visited Wilson lighting showroom for some track lighting. The showroom was incredible and the staff was knowledgeable. Bob gave us several options and we are very happy with our selection. We went back and bought outdoor lighting and ceiling fans. Great customer service!!

Wilson Lighting has extremely knowledgeable staff that are a treat to deal with. They have a showroom full of treasures from lighting to decor. No matter what your style is, they have it or can get it. You wont be disappointed!!

Order two fixtures and paid for them. I was able to pick up one but the other according to their staff member was not in stock till the following Saturday. I called on Saturday to see if the fixture made it in as promised and they informed me that it wasnt even ordered. They claimed it would take weeks to come in and could not give me a definite answer of when. I informed them that I had an electrician at home who was supposed to be installing that fixture today. She said there was nothing they could do so I asked to speak with a manager. At that moment they hung up the phone. I called back numerous time and they would not pick up. It would just ring and go straight to voicemail.Update: a few days later I did receive a call from the store manager Bob. He apologized for the inconvenience and offered to correct the issues. They sent an electrician out the next day with the second fixture. Thank you Bob for resolving the issues in a prompt and professional manner.

We brought in a ceiling fixture that had a short in it because it had been improperly wired at the factory - we had purchased it elsewhere and they had gone out of business. Two lamp stores and an independent repair guy said it wasnt fixable but Chris at Wilson lighting was able to rewire it and make it work. The cost was very reasonable. Wonderful service. Everyone was helpful and pleasant.

Contractors, go with the other lighting store. High on sales low on service. I was looking for a certain type of light to replace four odd-sized recessed lights. They found something and said it would take 2 weeks to order. No phone call after 3 weeks. I called them after 3.5 weeks and the lights had come in. I went in to get them. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left and came back, since it was taking them so long to retrieve them. Unfortunately, the lights did not fit. I tried to return them and they didnt want them back (2 business days later). They charged me a 25% restocking fee that they never told me about up front. $80. Not a bad fee for wasting so much of my time. Stick to more reputable places. I wont be back.

Wilson lighting helps me with all of my large residential projects. The customer service and product knowledge is excellent! They come on site to answer questions and follow through to make sure the projects get completed on time.

Very nice friendly staff. Courteous. Asked if I needed assistance. No sells pressure. Served me coffee. Nice atmosphere by all the staff.

Their sales assistants are very helpful, prices are competitive, and selection is good, but their customer service really stands out. We purchased 4 fans and some lights in 2016, and one fan started buzzing after almost 2 years. The manufacturer thought it was caused by a certain part. Wilson paid for the part, and we paid a reasonable amount for a service call. That didnt work, so Wilson contacted the manufacturer to get them to replace the fan, which they did. Wilson then installed the new fan for no additional charge. The service reps were great. We asked them what would have happened if the manufacturer wouldnt replace the fan, and they said that they would have replaced it themselves. The service rep also said that he had done repair and installation work for several companies before working for Wilson and that their customer service was far and away the best he had seen.

Could not be happier. Julie was great from start to finish. Helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Will use Wilson for any lighting needs in the future.
