I needed a new chair for my office...was having some shoulder and neck issues. Went in to Relax the Back in Clayton and met Scott Cernich. It might be true that retail service isnt what it was 20, 30 years ago...but I can tell you that it is absolutely alive at Relax the Back.Scott asked me questions, he gave me information, he answered my questions...I was thoroughly impressed with his product knowledge...he knows the market and technology!Thank you Scott...Im loving my new chair!
I have two chairs, a recliner, and a slanting back cushions from Relax the back. I also get catalogues on occasion. I just dont think at this time that I need emails. Love your products. Thanks, Karen
A great experience, very much appreciated all of the helpful information that Darryl provided! Love our zero gravity massage chair! Go there, ask for Darryl! You won’t be disappointed!
Representatives at this store are knowledgeable about the products and helpful. The chair we designed and purchased was manufactured as promised. It is incredibly comfortable and easy to use the adjustable features on it. Tara kept me updated through the manufacturing and delivery process. I would recommend this Relax The Back location to everyone.
Customer service at this store is excellent. Interested in trying a Tempurpedic pillow? They will let you try one for a week.
They have all sorts of stuff for back support. A little pricey
Love my pillow. Best sleep I have gotten in a long time.
My husband ( Darwin) & I had been looking for a massage chair for over a year. I tried every chair around our area including the St. Louis Missouri home show. I wanted the best massage chair for our money. Reliability & customer service was “ VERY” important. I did my home work & studied everything I could find. I read every review on every chair. One Sunday afternoon my husband & I went out “looking for THE chair “. We when to the mall & spoke to a store manger that knew nothing about her product. She had to get another young associate that didn’t know much more. Leaving that store I felt disappointed & worried about the customer service after the purchase. Then my husband & I went to another location. This employee was too busy to help us because she & another employee was tied up with another customer. She motioned for me to try one of the two chairs that was available. I wasn’t happy about the two chairs this store offered me because of the brand. I heard such horrible reviews about other customers that had bad experience from the beginning dealing with lousy customer service. No way..... was I going to put my husband or myself through that kind of ordeal should my chair break. The brand was very well known & priced reasonable. Basically, people loved it but if you had a problem... you would seriously regret the day you made the purchase. Our next stop was Relax The Back in Richmond Heights. I had three different well known brands of chairs to try. The store manger named “Scott Cernich” was incredibly knowledgeable about each chair that was displayed. I never felt pressure about making a purchase. The price of his chairs was over my budget. My husband just had surgery on his arm & we were waiting on the medical bills to start flooding in. So I left the store realizing that I wanted to make a purchase but it would not be a wise move on our part financially. The next day I texted Scott & told him to keep us in mind & shoot me an email with any specials or a price reduction. I ask him not to give out my email to anyone that I valued my privacy. I received an email about a month later. I still had to decline his offer. My husband’s arm was going to need additional surgery & a lot more medical bills. About another month went by & my husband was very frustrated with Doctors. He was tired of the pain. They now wanted him to visit a chiropractor & then possible wanted to operate on his neck & spine. Darwin told me to call Scott that we wanted to talk about making a purchase. So we made an appointment with Scott. I wanted to talk with only him. He listened to our concerns & answered every question that we could think of. We ended up buying the most expensive massage chair in his shop. We purchased: Inada DreamWave. The sale went through without a hitch. We received a call that our chair was in. I don’t keep secrets from my husband. But I wanted to surprise him when he got home from work with our chair that came in early. It was the longest 24 hours of my life. Haha. We had it delivered to our home & the movers were excellent. They arrived on time & had my chair in place & working. They were courteous and very professional. I’m happy to say that my husband’s pain level is now down to a 1 or 2 without going to the chiropractor or needing additional surgeries or drugs. The chair is already paying for itself by not paying extra medical bills. We both use the chair everyday. But a word to the wise... don’t use it more than 2 or 3 sessions in one day or you won’t be more relaxed. It does the opposite & your body may feel more restless. Thank you Scott for the superb service. So with all that being said, it’s time for my morning session. Signed, Mrs. Lorraine R. aka “ Mama
Optimal store to go in and leave being ten times more comfortable. Things are on the expensive side but probably worth it
Amazing
