Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. This has to be the worst pharmacy in the area. They will call you and tell you your prescription is ready yet when you arrive (and wait in the line for 45 minutes) they will tell you it’s in fact NOT ready and ask you to wait in the parking lot for an additional 30 min while they make it. Randomly your insurance information will be deleted out of the computer and yep, you guessed it, you’ll have to wait an extra 30 min in the parking lot for them to input that too. Even when I tried to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere they tried telling me they didn’t have my kids medicines in the system (and I’ve been getting them from CVS for years). It’s just all a disaster. The other pharmacies close by are FAR superior and I’d urge anyone to pick anywhere but here.

The slowest drive thru I’ve seen in my life. I live a mile or two away but delivery is unavailable so sadly I have to deal with these humans. It seems like my experience gets worse every time. The employees inside at the check out register are pretty nice.The lady at the register in the pharmacy is a saint. She was so sweet.That’s the only thing good I can say.

The worst CVS pharmacy every. Been a CVS customer for 15 years. No one cares about this pharmacy. I called and spoke with customer care to have district team call me back 2 weeks ago, never heard from anyone. Matthew has a little sense and wants to help but does not have enough staff and CVS wont give it to him. I wish I could give negative star I would.

Went in to get my prescription which was called in 8 hours prior. Prescription was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. Arrived and spoke with pharmacist and was told “we’re out of that, sorry”. No phone call to me or my doctor’s office to have it routed elsewhere. Never mind that someone may NEED their medication! Thanks CVS! And customer service at this location is always subpar. I’ll try to go elsewhere from now on.

I went in today to purchase a SD card that I needed at the last minute and experienced the horrible service given by Ms. Lisa. When I arrived in the store and found that my item was locked up in the front of the store I went on a hunt to find an associate when I found Lisa. I asked her if she could me with my item and she rudely responded “I was on my way up there anyway.” She was in the middle of vacuuming which I understand why it would be irritating to be stopped in the middle of a task that needs to get done, however it only got worse from there. Lisa proceeded to give me my item and into the line I went. I watched her become extremely pleasant and happy when she waited on the white gentleman in front of me. Once I reached the counter all of that went away, I greeted her once again and handed her my item. She scanned it and then threw it on the counter and looked away at her screen not telling me what my total was or asking if i have a rewards card. I paid for my item and placed my hand out for my receipt, she completely ignored my hand and slammed my receipt on the counter and immediately walked away not thanking me for coming in or anything! I couldnt help but feel the color of my skin played a large role in this situation and feel completely discriminated against by Ms. Lisa. I hope CVS seriously looks into this for I am not the only person that has felt this way from service received by Ms. Lisa

Your front end cashier today 10/10/21 at 459pm does not know how to speak or to treat customers. If this is who you chose to be your face well you won’t be around long at all. She was the older woman who felt she had the right to stand with her hands on her hips staring at customers rudely. Then when asked a question screamed NO. I will report this higher up also and if I see her again I will not be so nice again.

I have been going to this CVS since I moved here. Today I was using the self check out and the register seemed to be OPEN. I began ringing my items up and only had 4 or 5 things. I wanted to use a coupon and the automated system wouldnt take it. Thats when Dan came over to help me. He told me the number on my coupon and the one on the screen didnt match. I hadnt put a number in and told him I only have 1 card. He said I would need to go to the cashier and let her help. I said I didnt really have time. Well Dan got pretty hostile telling me how am I supposed to help someone who doesnt have time? I pay and leave and when I look at the receipt there are 4 items that I didnt purchase on the receipt. I have to go backDan said oh, your back and you didnt have time, in a very condescending voice. I said that I thought it would be better if he changed his attitude. He said maybe I should and I could call CVS he didnt care.I returned all my items and said I would not be back.

I cannot adequately express my loathing for this CVS location. I have NEVER managed to get a prescription filled at this location without running into some sort of problem. Here’s a short list:1. Get a call that the prescriptions are ready for pickup- arrive to be told that prescriptions are in fact not ready for pickup.2. Arrive to pick up prescriptions. Arrive to be told that one medication has to be ordered and won’t arrive for several days. No- can’t transfer to another store/pharmacy.3. Arrive and am told that my bill will be $832 because they don’t have insurance on file, despite having already billed my insurance 3 days previous.4. Arrive, receive prescriptions, charge card for same. Informed after the fact that they billed my old insurance, and will have to re-file and re-bill.Do yourself a favor and pick LITERALLY ANY OTHER pharmacy. Harris Teeter is available across the parking lot.

This location would be great if on several occasions I hadnt walked into the pharmacy with my phone on hold for over 10 minutes and theres nobody at the pharmacy Counter nobody at the drive-through window Nobody answering phones. The staff tend to be nice but they are just incompetent when it comes to answering their phones

Just had major surgery. Called to get prescription delivered. They don’t actually deliver. They mail and it takes 3 days to get your meds. Falsely stated on their adds. 😢😞😣😳Surprise!

I go to this CVS often. The staff has always been extremely kind and helpful. This is not the case with Sofia, who I assume was hired recently. Every time I’ve gone in and she’s been working her demeanor, tone and language is extremely rude. I would not expect to have someone like this working in a customer service role.

We needed a prescription that they were supposed to have ordered in for our next refill as they didn’t have it on hand. I called to see if they had it (a month later) and no but they could order it in!!?? Thank God for the pharmacist at the 70 Clayton location who actually took the time snd was genuinely concerned knowing this medication could not be missed. Will be transferring g everything out of this pharmacy snd to one who is actually kind to deal with.

Im new to the area and this was my first season of Pollen (The Pollening!). The DMV ID system was down so they couldnt sell me Claritin-D. However, the pharmacist came around and gave me something better than my normal Claritin that that didnt require the DMV system thing. Its been 3-4 weeks and Im actually semi-human despite the insane pollen. Great team here!

I have been trying to get my meds transferred to a new pharmacy for two days now. They blatantly lied to my face and said they sent them over, when in reality they never did. I have now gone two days without medications that I absolutely need. I was changing locations because of how bad this pharmacy already is, and needless to say I am super disappointed.

The ONLY reason I use this pharmacy is because my prescription insurance is through CVS Caremark. I worked retail pharmacy for years and could fill multiple prescriptions in 10 minutes or less. Every time I come here to pick up a prescription that has been ready for hours or days, I have to wait no less than 25 minutes. And to top it off, I rarely see a friendly face. I strongly suggest that you put your staff through six sigma training or figure out how to optimize your process and put a freaking smile on your face. Can Lance Wheeler please put a Heath First Pharmacy in the Flowers Plantation area??? 🤬

This CVS is close to my house which makes it convenient but most of the time decide somewhere else. Almost every time I have been in this location the staff members are incredibly rude. In particular the women with the name tag, Lisa. She is extremely unprofessional and rude to customers, she tells whoever is next in line “you ready, well come here”. This has happened on multiple occasions. This evening when I was checking out her and another employee were bad mouthing another employee while checking out the family in front of me and continued before finally finishing the story and asking how I was doing. My final time shopping at This location. Management should look into that lady.

We have always loved this CVS pharmacy but customer service has recently tanked. When a prescription is renewed online it is no longer updated when the prescription is ready. It is nearly impossible to get through on the phone to check the prescriptions status. We have been trying to give them a couple extra days and have driven there only to be turned away because the prescription still isnt ready. For the most part we like the pharmacy employees. Corporate needs to step up and hire extra staff so this pharmacy can run with the great customer service it once had. Holding on the phone for 30 to 45 minutes is not acceptable. The drive thru is usually at least a 30 minute wait. If things dont change soon we will be switching pharmacies.

What started out as a great experience almost 2 years ago has turned awful the last few months. I understand that they have gotten busier but to the point of not answering the phone. I called this morning to verify my husbands medicine would be ready to pick up on his way home. When I got home at 5:00 he was missing one prescription. While on my 30 minute on hold phone call with no one answering I walked in the store still on hold after driving over to the store and there is no sense of urgency at all. The pharmacist came up to help me and he is the one I talked to this morning. No excuse!!! If the pharmacy is busier hire more people. No apology by him. This wouldn’t be so bad but it had happened before. The two pharmacy techs never once smiled, not a good environment. Think twice before you transfer prescriptions to CVS at Flowers.

The pharmacy staff at the flowers store are extremely rude and short with people trying to explain what they are looking for. They should not be in customer service and no matter when I visit this location it seems you are bothering them. Very few in there are nice. They won’t put your stuff in the drawer so you can reach it and make you stretch and about get out of your car to hand them anything. This is not something new due to Covid .... been like this for a long time. Really wish they would replace some of the people that work in there or people will start going elsewhere! When is something going to be done with these people ? Look at all the complaining about them on google but yet they are still continuing and no one responds ! Time to call corporate!

Terribly rude people. The employees treated my wife and her friend as though they were inconveniencing them with their mere existence. I must admit I’m rather bewildered as this isn’t the first bad experience she’s had at a CVS. I would have presumed that employees were forbidden by their companies from treating women in a sexist manner. Clearly that’s not the case.

Shorter hours. I drove 20 miles this evening to get my medicine. As one of the busiest stores in the area, and the only CVS for 10 miles in any direction, there is no reason for them to close early. Run a second shift.

Staff is Rude, followed my children around the store. They came to purchase snacks while I was next door in pet store. I called my daughter, she went to open her back purse to get her phone and staff following them around told them they can open it in the store. My kids paid for the item she didn’t give them a receipt. My son put the money on the counter and she the clerk said that not how you give someone money. I met them as they were walking out and I went in the store to complain about the way they were treated. A paying customer is a customer regardless of age, race, or gender. Still awaiting a response from the corporate office about this store poor customer service.

Amazing customer service by Ms. Kaylee. She went WAY beyond the normal to help me out getting perscriptions filled. CVS should be proud to have her and her amazing customer service. At the same time, I heard a few other employees doing great work and having a positive attitude. Great job and great customer service.

Pharmacy has lousy customer service. Slow, I requested a refill on Saturday, Tuesday and still no pills, I had to call 3 times. Just get excuses. I wish they would come up with something besides your doctor just faxed it over When I was standing there when the fax was sent two hours earlier. More issues than I can go into here. Find another store!!!

Went in around 5:55pm to buy some medication that had to be bought behind the counter. Walked up to the counter at 6PM and the guy had said it closed. They close at 6PM. I asked him if he could let me buy it inside of driving 15-20 minutes down the road. He said no, sorry the nearest pharmacy is in Smithfield and he turned his back. I’ll never go back to that location ever again.

Associates in the Pharmacy lack any customer service skills. Most of them act like you are a major inconvenience when you show up to pick up a prescription. There is always a shortage of medication, prescriptions that are not ready despite receiving notification that they are, receiving notifications that prescriptions are ready only to get there and find out the pharmacy is out of the medication. I have experienced at least one of these situations 4 out of my last 6 visits. I will be transferring my medications to the Harris Teeter Pharmacy 200 yards away as the need for refills occur. The associates working in areas other than the Pharmacy are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to assist on all non-pharmacy transactions.
