Absolutely love the layout of the store, enjoy the staff but the parking is absolutely horrible. Its a line down the street with metered parking...

This location always is rude the younger workers and never get the size of your drink right but will diffently charge you for the one you want but youll get whatever they think they heard and their cold brew are always to milky or creamy like drinking a glass of skim milk and usually when they make it the second time not any better....I will forever go to Richmond heights location they move fast and serve the best drinks and take care and skill in doing it

Nice baristas and good matcha most of the time, sometimes they could go heavier on the amount of powder they use though.

After placing a mobile order I waited 15 minutes past the pick up time when the barista asked me what my name was. She clearly saw I had been waiting long past others. She told me at first she didn’t have my order but when I showed her the order she found that someone had put the tag on the cup already. She then proceeded to continue with other orders so I asked for a refund. I got a sorry but nothing else after waiting for 30 min. They couldn’t have upgraded the drink and made it right away? Or given me a gift card for later? Never had this problem before as a regular.

Tried their caramel ribbon crunch and mocha cookie crumble...it was amazing..

If you have to ask about service or quality....you went to the wrong place. This isn’t a coffee shop, It’s a home. Like ‘Cheers’ when you walk in everyone knows your name. And your drink of choice or what they suggest you try. (Which will probably be started on as they see you walking up.) If they don’t it’s either your first time there and they’ll know it by heart soon or you went to far and your not at Starbucks. 1 of my 2 favorite Starbucks in Saint Louis for 5 years now and that’s coming from someone that worked at their 2nd favorite for 4 of those.

No there’s not a drive thru however... this location offers pleasant, efficient service. Plexiglass ordering for safety, indoor & outdoor seating options along with 6’ distance placards for a gentle reminder that people should do the customary and respect space. space.

The staff can be rude, and they dont seem to value customers. Im honestly a little sick of this customer service. (Not to be mean or anything, but you guys really need to step up your game) Youre going to lose customers. Next time, Im buying from Kaldis Coffee.

Absolute worst Starbucks I’ve ever visited. Extremely disorganized and while the employees were very friendly, it appeared that employees working did not have the proper training. Also, Two out of the three drinks that we ordered tasted absolutely horrible. They are drinks that we normally order so we know what they are supposed to taste like. I will never visit this location again. The only reason I even gave this place two stars is because it was clean and the employees were friendly.

Good baristas & excellent service, spotless location . But dont expect a seat or a parking space. Very busy during peak am & late afternoon/early evening times. This has always been the neighborhood spot for walkers, bike riders, etc. in the neighborhood.

One of my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff is friendly, and always get my order right. Only downside to this place is that its always busy, there never seems to be an open table! But if you dont plan on sitting down to do some work while you enjoy your coffee, this is definitely the Starbucks to stop at in Clayton!

Coffee wasnt as strong as I ordered. Asked for two extra shots in my coffee....did not taste like they did. They said it was in there. So i had to order a double shot of espresso on the side then add to my coffee then it tasted correct. Smh. I wont be back to this starbucks.

Very polite, helpful staff for a rather busy time on Sunday morning. The store was easy to navigate and one of the better laid out ones Ive been in. This store had more variety of mugs, coffees, etc for purchase than most other Ive seen.

This Starbucks is located on the small and cozy corner of Wydown; which while secluded to some extent, is consistently rustling with traffic in the day hours. There are often a wide variety of people: kids, teens, adults, students, and more; it is busy consistently during the afternoon (1pm - 4pm) and sometimes even later in the evening. A sizable amount of staff are usually on duty to handle those influxes, and even in those busy hours, I found myself only waiting three minutes for my order.

Short wait. Less than 10 minutes.

Steer away from this place on Fridays after 3pm or be prepared to drive to a different Starbucks. Other than that, this place has great decor, fast service, and has great seating for such a small corner location.

We ordered two drinks and two sandwiches. They were out of the first sandwich so we had to switch our order, which isnt a big deal. I mean they cannot help that. Then our first drink was messed up and they attempted to fix it, But then they messed up the drink again the second time. It was a tea with sweetener. Thats it. I didnt say anything because I was like... okay, its fine. Ill just drink it. Then when we got our sandwich they gave us a biscuit with no meat on it... we asked for it without the sausage and they double checked with us twice on how we wanted it and when we got to the car it was literally just a biscuit. And the order even said it was supposed to have bacon and chicken... they were clearly having a tough morning but when your selling drinks for $4, you just expect better. Still love Starbucks, but it totally bummed me out to spend that much money and not get what I asked for, even after they fixed their mistakes once.

If you know how to make your own coffee with a French press its definitely better but for a quick pick up and spend a ton of money its a excellent place for a 5 minute wait it works

The store staff made me feel rushed and not important, I asked for ice water with my coffee, the young lady just handed me a empty cup tell me to go get it out the filtered water, I had to stand there and ask for ice then a lid. I felt like she didnt care that I was a paying customer. I will never go back, I felt like she was being racist because we was the only blacks and we was getting on her nerves asking for water with my coffee mocha.. She kinda blew me off a few times. Not satisfied at all...

I do not even want to leave 1 star. I waited 12 mins for my drink order completely unacceptable. They were busy yes there is no excuse for not even entering my drink order in. I finally said somwsomet to the barista and her comment was that they were busy. Had I not said anything my drink wouldntw have even been made. They finally made my drink and I left. I am visting St Louis and will make sure to never stop here again.

It’s a Starbucks, plain and simple. The service is average for any Starbucks café, but the only pitfall comes from the patrons of this particular location: middle schoolers. If you, like me, enjoy either nipping in and out for a grande chai latte, or sitting and having a quiet catch-up, this is the wrong spot on any weekday afternoon. It’s often hard to even approach the counter, and nearly impossible to find a seat; not that anything other than coffee drinking could be accomplished, and even that simple task can sometimes be compromised. Even if you don’t mind children, you would still be advised to do yourself a favor and drive a little further to the North and South and Delmar location. Woe betide those who dare venture inside this Starbucks on a Friday after 3:45 pm.
