She has a great design sense and really understood what I was looking for. The store is not as elaborate as some competitors, but what matters is the final product and the help that you get. They also presented numerous interesting possibilities to use stock already on hand for a discount. The install went through without a hitch and slightly AHEAD of schedule. Superb customer service, excellent prices, and a large selection of granite. Ive done a couple of small granite jobs at my home that turned out really well.

From beginning of process to end result susan, cindy and tim were great to work with and communicate with. The end result is an awesome looking kitchen and bath with no seams to be found. Not an easy task... Tims skill with stone and personal rapport was as good ss i could hope for....whole project turned out better than expected. After going to a home show and finding the color and styles of countertops and flooring that we liked, we searched online and found that Elegantly Set in Stone was a supplier. They are a small showroom compared to the big box stores, however the experience you get from working with them is unparalleled - hands on and very personal. This was so refreshing after having dealt with one of the larger suppliers on a past renovation and vowing to never go there again. Elegantly Set in Stones owner and her team make you feel like you are one of their best customers. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, listening to your needs and offering suggestions. From our initial consultation to the flawless templating and through to the installation, the process was smooth. The countertops were installed perfectly and you have to really search to find the seam on the larger surfaces. For questions or concerns, Elegantly Set in Stone were quick to respond, and always went above and beyond to ensure a positive outcome. Even our contractor who completed our kitchen renovation was impressed with Elegantly Set in Stone and how gracious and helpful they were when dealing directly with them.
