Very helpful staff! The sales lady greeted me within two minutes of entering the store. Great selection! They have their furniture set up more in an at home atmosphere. Pics that I took werent great so dont judge based on those!

Very disappointed in my dresser in my dresser and has a big hole in the side of it Ive been waiting for a while for my bedroom suit love the bedroom suit love the bedroom suit love the bed but when they brought the dresser in the bed today the dresser had a huge hole win it on the side now I have to wait till December to get a new dresser and have already been waiting awhile for this bedroom suit and suit but the guys that delivered it was very kind And sweet

Horrible experience ordered a bedroom suit paid for delivery and set up when the service guys were finished I found about 20 screws left in the dresser drawer. The bed was put up improperly it didnt have the slants or support risers so my husband and I slept on the floor 3 weeks until the service guy made us a makeshift support made out of 2 by 4s until our slants and risers arrive. Seven weeks later still no risers and this is a shorten version the managers are no help they all must have missed orientation when customer service was being taught I will NEVER SHOP at VALUE CITY FURNITURE AGAIN. Sign not a satisfied customer.

Horrible experience. Ordered entertainment center. Went to pick it up. Took 40 minutes to find it, because their organization is horrible (they couldnt find it in the big mess of a storage location they have). When it was finally found, it was water damaged. They left it near the doors which leaked and soaked every piece and damaged the product very badly. Beyond use. Manager came out asked whats the deal, showed her the cracked and split stuff. She said with an attitude, like it was such an inconvenience that we wasnt pleased with broken new entertainment center. She said what you want me to do? Reorder? I said yes. She immediately left without anything else. I was lost as of what to do. Like do I get a confirmation paper saying Its Reordered? Anything? Not even an apologize for the situation. This place is worst then McDonalds management. Dont go here for anything. For your dollar, this place isnt worth a dime.

This was the worst experience Ive ever had shopping for furniture. I originally ordered online in May and was supposed to receive my furniture in September. Everything but my livingroom set got delayed until February. I picked up my livingroom room set and the love seat was missing parts. I had to take the whole love seat back which meant renting another uhaul and finding someone to move it as I am disabled and can not. They wouldnt just send me the part or have someone come service it. Before I got the livingroom set I cancelled the rest of my order because I could not wait until February for furniture. I placed a different order for furniture they guaranteed was in stock. Once again delay after delay. My furniture went from September 23rd to October 1st to October 5th and now November 20th.

Absolute terrible. Was told I’d get everything by July 8 well I got 2/3 but got them last week. They give you a 3 hour time window when they going to be here and have been late outside those time and can’t chose a time window your self. Last week I was gonna have my bed frame delivered but they never showed and not called so no biggie there. I had to them move and put my old bed frame back together and today supposed to be delivered again and was told 3:30 to 6:30. It’s currently 8:32 and still not here. Oh yea and I also didn’t get the dresser I ordered and now have to deal with this one o got but I can buy the original one I wanted. Been calling since 5:30 bout every 45 mins and no ones answer and getting me my answers so I guess I’m have to show up and get my delivery refund or something since I’m have to pick it up! Never again will they get my business!

After originally purchasing a chair from them back in May of last year. The absolute hassle I received from Value City is one that even almost a year later I am facing.I originally did their in-house financing via Acceptance Now for a rocker/recliner and the chair I purchased broke only after about a month of using it. I asked to have someone come out a repair the chair and after about three weeks they finally sent a guy out that didnt even bring tools in the house but instead ended up just looking at it and said he would order a part.I waited two months to find out the part had never been ordered and finally someone came out to fix it only for the chair to break yet again about two weeks later. I was told by Nathan their store manager that I could receive a replacement. After getting a completely different chair for $100 less, I was told I could receive a $100 credit to get a second item, now why would I want anything else from them at this point? So I demanded to get my money back which they said they couldnt because I did financing, well, I refuse to take no for an answer and they finally gave me a check for my money back.The second chair I received ended up being broken within a week of receiving it. I decided to cut my losses and go somewhere else.Do yourself a HUGE favor, DO NOT PURCHASE HERE! The furniture quality is horrendous and even an employee of theirs told me that they saw when they receive furniture that they are not careful with it and throw boxed furniture off the truck which leads me to believe that is the reason why new furniture breaks so quickly. I was even told by a manager there to take down my previous review since they replaced it. Well, just like that review, I wont be taking this one down either.AVOID VALUE CITY FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS! There are plenty of far better options in the area that will treat you better and not give you a hassle.

The sales part of the experience is fine. The staff seem friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The biggest problem is with their delivery team and customer service after they have your money. The guys that delivered our furniture damaged nearly every piece and even damaged my driveway. After a year of fighting with them they sent someone out to repair or evaluate the damages. They said they’d have to return with parts at a later time and never came back.Unfortunately, I needed another nightstand for one of my children and could not find the model anywhere else. I purchased the item through their online store and scheduled pickup when it was available. After being notified the item was in store I went to pick it up. I was told to be there between 11-6 but when I arrived at 11 it didn’t open until 12. I came back the next day to pick up my order and found the counter in the warehouse vacant. The warehouse smelled awful like cigarette smoke and nobody responded to the button for assistance. I called the number on the wall and reached an operator who stated someone would be there. After several minutes a man arrived that appeared to have just woke up from a nap. He said it was his second day and didn’t really know how to process the pickup so he called someone else to assist. Eventually I got my nightstand and was able to leave. The nightstand was exactly what I needed.I spent more than $8,000 cash in this store and would’ve gladly paid more for good service. I would not recommend anyone to ever shop there. .

Purchased a sectional there 3 years ago and after about a year we could tell it was junk and wore out so quickly. After being told by our sales woman at the time that if we bought the warranty, absolutely anything would be covered from pet damage to childrens spills. So I filed a claim that I wanted the snags from the cat fixed and the claim was denied. Ive bought two sets of furniture from them and never will again. Their quality And customer service has tanked in the last 10 years. Will buy local from now on.

Buying the couch was kinda difficult to say the least.. i totally understand being new but please VCF train your employees better.. the associate i had was not very computer savvy. I had to finish checking out at the back of the store after he finally gave up close to 30 mins. So I think next time I will skip in person shopping.Delivery was actually a month early so no complaints there. Very nice and polite. On time.

Scott(sales person) and Chris(manager) were amazing to work with. Scott made sure to allow us to take our time and search before making a decision and adequately took care of us the entire process. Chris followed up with us upon leaving and made sure we had a positive experience and we even noticed him throughout our stay making sure all customers were taken care of. Floor and entire store was clean, and with everything going on that’s definitely something we were happy to see entering and walking around. Definitely recommend purchasing here for any home needs. Great service, great staff, and great furniture.

Horrible experience. My fiancee bought a couch and loveseat and took months to receive. Ended up needing to return loveseat and order recliner. This was supposed to be picked up and delivered on May 20, got numerous confirmations from vcf and took off work to be there during the window they gave me. They never showed up. Called and they said they had me down for May 27, I said no I have confirmation they said they would have it delivered Saturday and once again never showed up that day. I ended up having to load up lovesest and take it back myself. They said they would have recliner delivered to Clarksville vcf this afternoon now there saying cant til next week. Vcf employees and delivery people do not know anything. I feel like I am being pushed around and cant get a straight answer out of anybody. I will never shop here in the future.

I bought my son a bed back in February that I paid almost 800 for was supposed to pick up may 26 they called and delayed it till July 14 only for them to call and delay it yet again till July 21 so they had my money for 6 months till I finally go pick it up only to have to wait for 2 hours for them to find it in their warehouse I get it home to open it and of course its the wrong color Im so upset I call them they said I could bring it back and they would order the right one and what wait another 6 months to get it no thanks Ill keep the one I got and never do business with them again

Worst customer serviceBought a couch and loveseat set online, the following week we was scheduled to pick it up. It got delayed another week which was fine. It was scheduled for pickup on February 24th so my husband and I and also my father in law drove our trucks up to get them. We live about 35-40 minutes away so when we got there they had both couch and love seat all wrapped up and ready to go, they loaded us up and left. Got home and went to unwrap them and they gave us the right love seat but wrong couch. I immediately call and tell them what’s up and ask if they can deliver ours and come get the other one since we are so far out and this was their mistake not ours. The woman on the phone said they absolutely cannot do that and we need to bring that couch back to restock it and get ours. I told her before we do I want to make sure they actually have ours and she said she would check and call back in 20 minutes. 45 minutes later still nothing. I call back and they was dealing with another customer and to give her another 15 minutes. She finally called back and said yea we have your correct couch and when do we want to come get it. I then began to ask if there was going to be any kind of thing they could offer us for all this wasted time and gas for a mistake that wasn’t ours and could have been avoided. She said only thing she was going to do was a $50 in store gift card.... what a joke! It was obvious she didn’t care what we had to say and was just wanted to get the phone call over with. We drove all the way back up and swapped the couch’s out, she came out stuck the card in my face said sorry and walked off. We left and that’ll definitely be the first and last time we buy anything from there. Not professional at all and make sure everyone knows how the place is, go somewhere else and don’t waste your time. Oh and the gift card went in the trash cause like I said not buying from them again, I’ll go someplace that cares about their customers.

We cannot get the manager to respond to emails and still have not received a phone call from them after their technician aggred the piece was damaged.

With the help of an employee named Nathan, we easily resolved the issues and have our new arrival dates and we were able to replace and exchanged what we needed. Beware anyone considering purchasing furniture from here! We purchased a sofa from here in December and have had nothing but problems with it! The pull level for one of the recliners broke after just a couple months and needed repaired. The whole time we have had the sofa part of it has been loose and a screw fell out from it and we cannot figure out where it goes. The recliner on the end we have had problems with gets stuck on something when reclining also. Value City refuses to send someone out to repair it even though the sofa is UNDER WARRANTY!! They can either repair it or give us our money back. We have called and everytime they promise to call back but never do! They are liars and sell junk and do not abide by their sales terms and condition and will not honor a warranty. We are looking into getting a lawyer now since they refuse to fix what they legally have to fix.

Do not buy furniture here if you want to ever actually ise it.For buying furniture during a pandemic, VCF was fantastic and had the furniture we wanted at a great price. No complaints.Actually getting our furniture on the other hand was a customer service disaster. We purchased over Labor Day weekend. Then our delivery date was changed. It was early November before we got our first piece. It was early December before we got our second. And then our last delivery was put off until today, 12/31. They called and confirmed yesterday that 6 dining room chairs would be delivered. When the truck came there were only 4 chairs. No one could tell us what changed or when we would get our last 2 chairs.We were patient and understanding in the beginning, but having had dates changed and now shorting us two chaira has put us over the edge. No apology from VCF and no offer of recompense for our troubles.

My furniture arrived almost 60 after I purchased it in the store. I only received 2 of 3 pieces (sofa & recliner). The Love seat is expected to arrive in 21 more days. Not good! The furniture arrived at 7:15am EST. Everyone is barely awake at that time. Movers were half asleep, dont talk much, one guy did the talking. At sunrise the furniture can easily be damaged while delivering, i.e. off truck, upstairs, turning corners, etc. I took pictures of the 2 pieces of furniture. I will call VCF and make them aware of the small manufacturer imperfections. Overall, delivery went ok!

I bought my new bed back in June, couldnt get delivered until September due to covid back orders; then they did not have parts of my bed, so another two weeks out; now today Oct 8th delivered and still missing parts; another week or so out; have to sleep in the floor. But the delivery guys were awesome and very apologetic. Now I just wait.... But I still love my bed; just wish I could sleep in it already... And Value City is giving me 100.00 off purchase price for all my inconvenience. I understand that things happen that can be out of our hands- not Value Citys fault- the warehouses fault... Everyone is very kind to me and apologetic for all my issues..I just want to sleep in a bed soon...

It was a very pleasurable experience, not one where you try not to make eye contact with the sales person.Theresa was extremely helpful with my purchase. She guided me in selecting a chair that was appropriate for my height while hitting all the things I was looking for. She spent a lot of time with me and was very warm and approachable. The employees should be knowledgeable of their product and not argue with customers! My husband and I went in to look at California King size mattresses. The associate stated just so you know, California King is long but only the width of a Queen. Which is incorrect and my husband explained that to him for about 2 min, when the associates response was well thats the size we sell and thats the size we have.Try opening your website and searching California King mattresses and Queen size mattresses and youll discover that the queen is 60 width and California King is 72 in width. We even verified to make sure we didnt misunderstand him and thought he said queen instead of king. No there was no misunderstanding! After 5 min we walked out of the store

On May 30th, I visited the store to browse. While shopping I was approached by a sales girl Lesley.. she was helping me with a couch that was on clearance. I was trying to decide between two and finally made a decision to make a purchase. The purchase I made I had to pick up that day. After getting the furniture home I noticed that as you sit in the left side it make a loud noise that sounds like a spring or something is broken on the inside. I called the very next day to inform the store what the issue is... I spoke to a lady by the name of Lisa, she went on to inform me that what I had purchased was a clearance it w and that it was not refundable and that all sales are final. Well I was NEVER told that from Lesley and did not know this. So I continued to tell Lisa that the couch is broken and that it is a purchase that I will have for a long tine and I shouldn’t have to be stuck with a broken couch. She then said well you got a good deal and it’s not refundable and there is nothing we can do... so I then repeated what the issue is and she just said I’m being told there is nothing I can do. I then asked her who was telling her that and she said the Asst. Store Manager.. I asked who the Store Manager is and she states his name is Nathan and that he would be back Wednesday. Fast forward to Wednesday June 3, I called to speak to Nathan and he apparently was on another call, he then returned my call and I missed it. Wishing the hour I called him back and was told he was iron another call so I held foe him to be available. As I was on hold a guy came back and said he it would be about 4 minutes. Well then the same lady Lisa, I told her who I was and that I was holding for Nathan... well she then proceeded to tell me he was already off work.. I said that’s weird because I was just told he was at lunch the first time I called then on another call the second time and now your telling me he is off work and in the store with his family.. I had a hard time believing that one. I am not sure what happened but I had to call back a third time.. another lady answered and I asked to speak to Nathan and she also said that she thought he was off already and I preceded to tell her what had just taken place. Finally Nathan decided to take my call.. I informed him of the issue with the couch and that I was never told during the entire sale with Lesley that since the couch was clearance that it was a final sale, which is probably something of high importance! Nathan proceeds to tell me again it was an as is sale and nothing he can do. I told him that if I can return the couch that I would be purchasing another that would double the value of the one I purchased. He still kept saying that there is nothing he can do. He tried to offer me $50 back and I told him no that me having to keep is very unfair due to the issues on the couch. I am not happy at all. I have attempted to call Value City Customer Service and their Corporate office and no one is answering the phones. I submitted a message on their website today. #veryunhappycustomer

We were greeted with a smile and offered help with purchases on several occasions although we were only window shopping. I love the layout and there were so many fantastic items available. From furniture to other decor I was pleasantly surprised with the selection and prices.

I was meet with really nice sales people. They were not pushy at all. The store was clean and fairly well organized. I would definitely recommend to someone looking for furniture. My only complaint is that they didnt have a lot of mattresses in stock to pick up the very same day. But other than that I was satisfied with their services.

She was not pushy at all, like other furniture stores employees can be. The entire process was quick and hassle free. I was quickly notified and updated regarding a delivery date and delivery time. Our products were delivered 4 days after purchasing them. Shaun and Rico did an excellent job with the delivery and set up of my sectional and loveseat. Felix Ramirez was my salesman. He was so helpful and got me the best possible deal. I was in process of buying house and could not add any credit at the time. I put a small deposit down to hold the sale price. Then with the holiday sales Felix got me a better deal. Everyone at Value City was fantastic. Chris the financial guy worked it all out to get me the amount I needed to purchase the sectional couch and buffet table. The furniture is solid wood and well made. I planned to buy all my furniture at Value City.

Havent received our furniture yet but we did order a sectional sofa and a new Serta mattress(es) with adjustable pedestals. Looking forward to getting our new furniture. Isaac and Felix were amazing at helping my wife and I decide. We have been looking around for a very long time and finally, with their help, were able to make a decision. Again, looking forward to the sofa arriving this coming Saturday and the new bed at the end of the month. Ill provide additional feedback once it all arrives.

This furniture store is not the same as 10 years ago. Furniture quality and style is not good as before. Sales clerks have a casual attitude. Displays are dusty from lack of cleaning. You might fine a decorative piece here or there but not much else. And I have purchased bedroom sets and dining tables in past.
