I arrived at this location on a Friday evening to receive the flu shot. I did not have an appointment and had to wait maybe two minutes. Cassidee Eddings, APRN and the staff were courteous and professional. The treatment room was spotless and sanitized. I recommend this clinic to anyone and would return in the future if needed.

Dont do it. I went in to get a routine physical and Tonya Marie, CMA, stated that she had been there for 3 years and this clinic will not run your insurance for a physical. Doesnt matter what brand. Doesnt matter what your insurance company tells you (for reference, Bright Health verified this locations exact name and address and stated that this preventative care would be covered at 100%). Tonya appeared extremely exasperated at being asked this question, as if shed heard it way too many times before. She gave us a very dismissive, rehearsed answer as to which competitor near us had the lowest price for a walk in physical. I interrupted midway through to say no thank you, Id rather get it for free, like my insurance said and she called us back to say that she was trying to help us, and continued her condescending diatribe.I think that these are two separate issues to be addressed-1. Vanderbilt Health Clinic at Walgreens Clarkville and Bright Health need to sit down and figure out if preventative care is covered here. Insurance is saying yes, the clinic is saying no.2. Tonya Marie, CMA, needs a vacation.

The purpose of my visit to this particular clinic was immunizations. I must say that the visit was quite pleasant. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and the waiting time was minimum. Once my name was called, I was welcomed by Mrs. Thomasa Padilla who was the Nurse Practitioner that day. She was very professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the procedure and the vaccine effects. She took the time to explain the pros & cons of the medicine and recommended ways to minimized the mild effects of the vaccine. Overall, Mrs. Padilla was a true professional and a magnificent physician. I will definitely recommend/return to this clinic. One negative though, it would had been better if I did not had to travel to other side of town to visit this clinic. There used to be a Walgreen clinic near my home, by Exit 1 of Interstate 24. You see I live about tree minutes away from Exit 1, but instead it took me about 30 minutes to get the clinic by Madison Street because of heavy the traffic conditions (no fault to the clinic of course). Overall, I give this clinic and its personnel a 99.9% score. :-)

Came here two days in a row. First day they were at lunch....at 1:15? And was told they might be back around 2. Called at 10:15 the next morning and asked if they could see me before lunch, they said absolutely!! By the time I get there (all of 15 minutes later) she tells me that they are full until around 2pm but probably later. I love wasting my day.

Called the Madison St store to check availability before I brought my sick 2 year old in. I am a frequent patient of the clinic and always received excellent service. I was told the wait was minimal, so 10 minutes later I show up at the clinic, only to be told the clinic was booked for the day?? Funny because I was told on the phone that Vanderbilt has taken over the clinic and they do not take appointments?? It’s walk in only... Let’s get it together Vanderbilt....My second and last attempt to give this clinic another try...I walk in with my 2 year old at 1:30pm, greeted by a clock looking sign that displays a return time if 2:15. No sign in sheet. No other instructions. I patiently wait (I am the only person waiting) thinking if other people come the desk person will ask who was first.....wrong...as 2:10 approaches the waiting area fills up and I get pushed to 4th in line. When I express my dissatisfaction to the desk person I am told to get back in line as I should of been standing at the desk if I wanted to be seen first...seriously?? We should all expect more from Vanderbilt Medical Center. Very disappointing...

I’m Ron’s wife Connie, the one that went to the clinic. Would NEVER recommend anyone going there. I haven’t been sick in over 2 years so wasn’t a frequent antibiotic user. The NP wasn’t attentive at all, asking a few questions with her back to me the whole time & I guess putting everything in computer. “She” determined I didn’t need an antibiotic but my fever was pretty high & throat so sore I couldn’t swallow. Asked if I could get an antibiotic but I guess her computer said no. Money wasted for nothing done & it was very expensive! Will never go here again!Called the number they asked and was on hold forever so just hung up! Yes they really care about customer service/ satisfaction! NOT Plus received my bill and they overcharged from current statement from insurance & haven’t returned my call about that.

Not impressed. At 1pm, The Sign on Kiosk said closed until 2:20 for lunch. Their sign on the wall says lunch is from 1:15-1:45. There was what appeared to be a used needle sitting on the counter next to the supplies that where clean in the exam room. Having worked in the medical field myself I notice the infection control violations and that is something that would not go over well. Although the provider was friendly, I would not recommend this clinic at all due to disorganization, length of wait, and iffy practices.

Was there Yesterday 7/7/18. Best experience ever had in any clinic or Urgent Care i have went to. From minute i was greeted by Receptionist Tina Brown she was awesome. Then the NP Ashley Schmidt was truly a god send, she went above and beyond to take care for what i was there for and part of visit wasnt an easy task, but she is a true professional and knows what she is doing and exactly how to make you comfortable. So if your ever in need of care and dont have a PCP handy, this is the place to be. Once again Tyvm for my amazing experience with clinic and these 2 very professional women. Kudos to Vanderbilt for having both of you on their staff!!!

Very disappointing “urgent care.” My sister’s earring was lodged in her ear, so we stopped here to see if they could help. Stated they were unable to do any procedures here, which, as a physician myself, is very frustrating. Directed us to another urgent care which we called and was closed, and the staff at Walgreens then argued with us as to whether it was actually closed. Doesn’t seem to actually be a fully staffed urgent care clinic.

I lost my job because of them. they do not listen. I called them to see if their walk-in clinic was taking more patients and instead of answering me honestly or at all they sent me to a hotline where i waited forever for someone else to tell me the walk-in center closes at 6:30/6:45. I have now wasted all the time i had to even be able to visit a doctor. Thanks walgreens for helping me lose my job! I should have just driven to you and asked, you would have had time to take me. Instead, you shirked your duties. all you had to say was we stop taking patients at this time. I would imagine in working healthcare you would understand that time is crucial, this place is a joke.

I was here for nearly 3.5hrs when there was only one person ahead of me. The dr had me sit in the room for nearly 40min while she typed info into the computer, while people were waiting to be seen. I never received an actual resolution. Worst walk in experience ever.
