First time being in there was last night to pick up my parents and loved it staff was friendly with excellent customer service. The Spanish lady I think was Jess took really good care of my parents fed them after they had already took the food down. She even paid for their meals. Excellent service. Can we say give them a raise?

If a function of your pumps is not working. Why not post signs stating that tap pay, or keyboard, of whatever is wrong?No the staff here is too lazy. When I tried to touch pay it said see attendant. When I walked inside, I was told my card was declined. Funny the tap pay worked inside. So the attendant says,yeah most of the tap pays on the pumps do not work for some reason.Get off your LAZY BUTT and post some signs.

This place is always clean and the staff is polite and courteous. We go out of our way to bypass the Warfield store to go here.

So friendly and helpful!I was almost in tears needing quarters on Christmas Eve to do laundry. My kids sheets needed washed, it was against everyone’s policy to help me and banks were closed. So thankful these workers were allowed to help!

Fair gas prices.

Pros: rewards program, convenient location, usually stocked up, staff is friendly when they do acknowledge you.Cons: bathroom has trash, graffiti and carvings specifically racial slurs, some of the staff dont even acknowledge you until done with purchase and they will finally ask if you want a receipt (first verbal transaction since arrival), open 24 hours, meaning I show up at late hours and doors are locked and no one is around, have even found the overnight cashier asleep in his truck.

07/15/2019Was at Madison location where I spend over $500/month, but the overnight guy with dreadlocks was too rude one too many times, and so drove to Wilma location. The clerk at the Wilma location was excellent - friendly, prompt service, and the store and bathrooms were clean - unlike the overnight hours with Dreadlocks Boy on Madison. I think these stores are related. HAVE THE LADY AT THE WILMA LOCATION TRAIN THE CLERKS ON MADISON REGARDING COMMON DECENCY, WORK ETHIC, AND THE IMPORTANCE OF TREATING CUSTOMERS WELL! Im a Madison regular ($500+/month) but since stores are related, I may choose an entirely different business. Love the music at Mapco; hate the ridiculous way I was treated tonight at Madison location. Truly disgusting.

Use to be my go to convenient store for fuel and other items.The last, I would say 4-5 stops for fuel the pumps had conveniently shut down or stopped working right as I arrived. Not to mention the ordeal with diesel fuel being in the unleaded pumps. The cashier service has also been dreadfully slow as well recently. Step it back up Mapco because I enjoy the store and the rewards program.....when it actually works.

Twice Ive been there and no receipt at the pump. What good is pay at the pump if you have to go inside and stand in line for a receipt?

The lady with the blonde braids acted like I was inconveniencing her by being there. No hi, no have a good day...nothing. very disappointing.

So happy I found this place since the gas stations are running out of fuel.The cashier named Leon (I believe)was helpful, as well as offering me a Mapco rewards card,that I had know idea existed that would help save a little money.Whenever Im in the area Ill be sure to stop by, and hopefully gas prices go down soon👍🏾

They have a very good convenience store that has just about everything you might need while on the go. Their chicken is great, and they have good prices. They have a large selection of snacks, as well as a beer cave and deli.

Excellent all around service, food and drinks at this location. The gas prices fluctuate as they do with any other gas station but other than that it is a great location to get gas.

I came to this Mapco because the one on Madison has a boy with dreadlocks that is rude and lazy. The woman working here at this location was helpful, friendly, and has the common sense that people need to make it in the working world

This store is not 24 hours. I am fed up of going after midnight and all the lights are on but a closed sign is on the door. It happens ALL the time.

Well lets start with customer service1: Prepare to stand around for half an hour(There could be multiple people working behind the counter but only one person is going to be on the register creating a horrific wait time to buy your gas or item.)2: Management(If you have a problem with trying to find an item, go ahead and be ready to be told to go to another store, no one is going to take there time to go and find the item your looking for. even though its sitting right in front of your face behind the counter.)3: Pricing(you can and will find cheaper prices for gas and drinks in just about any other location)4: Stocking(God forbid they take time out of there day to check the shelves, everytime ive been in that establishment ive had to choose a different item than what i wanted)

Terrible!! Cashier did not know how to work the lottery machine. Got smart with me! Terrible customer service! I like Mapco but I will not put up with smart mouth anybody!!
