Easily the best coffee shop in town. The baristas are some of the nicest people youll meet downtown. They really know their coffee and a recommendation from them has never let me down. Theyre quick and you will rarely wait more than a few minutes for your drink. This is a great place to relax, hang out, work, or study.

My espresso had a beautiful rich earthy taste. Love the sparkling water on the side too

Place is absolutely fantastic. Great experience and great flavors. They are very precise in how the make their pour over. They always ensure temperature is perfect, in addition they even have the blooming process down to a point as well. This is definitely a place for people that truly enjoy coffee

Finally found a coffee place that serves espresso worthy of this west cosster. Spent 15 yrs in Washington state so my expectations in coffee are higher than most. Starbucks burnt beans def doesnt do it for me, but this place was great. Reminded me of Dancing Goat in Oly. Just a great, smaller business that serves great coffee. I will definitely be going out of my way to get coffee from this place in the future

Absolutely loved the experience. I own my own business so I enjoy bringing my clients here for a comfortable local option to have meetings. I am more than pleased when I ask for drink recommendations I get something that works well with my taste. I ended up purchasing some coffee beans to send my husband overseas so he has a touch of local/home being sent his wat. Highly recommend!

Best craft coffee in Clarksville, imho. Love the vibe and it’s a cozy place to sip your coffee or do work (outside of Covid). Baristas and staff are friendly and familiar with regulars.They have great options for ordering during Covid- fast n easy! Try their seasonal flavors, my fave is the bourbon vanilla in a latte 🤙🤙

This is such a calming place to grab a great cup of coffee and have a different place to set up and work for a while. I love the different brews that they provide. I always buy a bag of coffee beans to take home with me, too :)

Adorable decor! Bought a t-shirt that was super soft. Had an issue with the condescending remarks of an employee regarding one of our many orders, but thats not the owners fault. I hope the business does well!

Great little coffee shop. As an avid local coffee shop goer, I appreciate them trying to educate everyone on coffee, brew and why using less sweetness is key to enjoying a real coffee. Got the avocado toast too, really good. Burrito was nice but a little spicy for my children. Highly recommend this place

Every time I come into town, I visit Plumbline several times. The staff are very polite, sweet and helpful. The drinks are delicious and high quality. The place is put together and decorated very well. Super clean. The only thing I would change, is the ability to add things to my drink rather than a order drink as is on menu protocol.

I am so thankful for this place. The coffee is incredible (iced cuban is a must) but what really makes Plumb Line so special are the people that work here. The team goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable while youre there. Jewel is my girl! They all take the time to get to know you and greet you by name. I would spend every morning here if I could.

The cozy sweater latte is the love of my life

My wife and I liked the atmosphere but the laidback hipster vibes alone aren’t worth the Olive Garden prices. We paid just under $40 for 2 coffees, 2 muffins and 2 burritos.The Cuban latte was pretty good but the dirty Chai had so much ginger it was actually kind of spicy. The muffins were great but a bit small for being $4 a pop and the burritos were definitely school lunch burritos warmed up in a George Foreman grill. Burritos aren’t typically my first choice of food at a coffee shop, but I sure as hell wasn’t about to pay $6 for a piece of toast with avocado on it and that was the only other option.All in all, it’s a cool place but I probably won’t be back unless I need a place to write a screenplay or act like I’m reading a book and Starbucks is packed.

I absolutely love this cafe to sit and read with a good latte in a REAL mug. The reason I go here instead of Starbucks, is to sip and enjoy a real coffee made lovingly (complete with latte art) in something sturdy that gives you a feeling of coziness. The whole design is industrial yet still homey with nice soft lighting and large windows.

Plumbline has superb coffee and espresso. Probably the smoothest coffee I’ve ever had. Well worth the wait every time. The staff is also very kind and always above and beyond. I think the staff is a huge part of the calm and good vibe inside. The interior and exterior is always so beautiful and well put together. Thank you for your service and amazing coffee and foods!

Make delicious lattes! I know this is a popular local spot and I have to agree everything is amazing, but the prices are high. Its not exactly a quick cup of coffee, but the staff always thanks customers for patience and waiting, answers questions about the menu, overall polite and friendly. This isnt my go-to spot, but its where I go when I want to treat myself to something special, aka a seasonal drink. Love this local business and hope they keep up the great work!

The chairs are uncomfortable, the tables held up by cables are annoying. I’ve never had the coffee, my issue isn’t with that but the environment and ambiance is my problem. I can’t fathom why people stay inside the place when they probably can’t sit comfortably or have any room because a wire is in their way.

The coffee was absolutely amazing. The service on the other hand wasnt so amazing. I ordered coffee and a breakfast burrito and went to wait in the cute little sitting area. Unfortunately the barista seemed pretty occupied talking to several guys that walked in. 30 minutes later I got my coffee, but no breakfast burrito. The barista forgot my burrito and it was another 15 minutes before that was out. All in all, I waited 45 minutes for coffee and a burrito. If you want great coffee, come here, but be prepared to wait!

Really the only craft coffee currently in Clarksville. Quality, locally roasted beans, great staff, delicious pastries with a selection of GF. The Cuban is a great choice if youre a first-timer but my go-to is the dark mocha ❤

Stopped on our way traveling for Christmas. Coffee was great but the wait was horrible!! We were the first people in as they opened, but had to wait 20 mins for two coffees and 35 mins for breakfast burritos. Dont come here if youre trying to get something quickly or have to be somewhere. There was nobody in front of us and it took that long.

When I am downtown, I like to visit here for their Ricotta Toast. I tried their seasonal toast - peanut butter, banana, coconut flakes and honey - and was not disappointed! (I prefer sweet over savory) You will have to wait a bit to get your order and the prices are on the higher side. I see it more as a treat than a go to location for me. But, quality is consistent and service is always good!

Ordered Curbside when they had first opened one morning and called to them where I had parked. They were so nice on the phone. My order came out swiftly and the girl that brought it out was so sweet! Every experience I’ve had with this coffee shop has been great. Can’t wait until they are able to re-open their doors!

Fast, friendly service right from the start. The inside is warm and relaxing like a nook in an old book store where you could spend hours reading or having a nice conversation. And if all that wasnt enough, the coffee was excellent. The cuban latte is my new go to!

Best coffee in the city of Clarksville, period! The only place that does a proper pour over. Beans are always fresh, grinds are always perfect, flavors are always amazing. And they have the most friendly employees and owners you will ever find.

Wanted a latte add caramel. (Simple) but was told they werent allowed to deviate from the menu as if no one adds sugar after they make the coffee. As if everyone has the same taste buds. 👎

Nicely decorated and staffed. Service was fast and prompt during my visit with them. I had a large Cappuccino with some chocolate powder sprinkles and it was amazing. Most definitely the best coffee if youre around Austin Peay and surrounding downtown area.

I dont know, its one those near campus coffee spots that make it all fancy like and add weird ingredients. The wife and her mom liked it. Not gonna lie, coffee wasnt bad. I had some weird concoction that was pretty tasty. Ill come here if the wife makes me.

The coffee here is not good. My wife and I ordered a Mocha Latte and a hot chocolate. The hot chocolate foam was too thick. The hot chocolate taste was thin and lacking a full chocolate experience. Mocha Latte I ordered was made with dark chocolate mocha. The dark chocolate mocha is absolutely a not good drink. The owner dictates that the customers and baristas cant change the recipes of the drinks. I did not have a different chocolate/mocha option. The baristas refused to change the drink recipe. I returned the dark chocolate mocha and asked for a regular cup of coffee. The regular cup of coffee tasted dry and lacking good overall flavor. We spent over $8 for these two drinks. We will not be going back.

Rides on the coattails of being the ‘hip’ and ‘trendy’ downtown coffee place. Uses it as an excuse to take over 30 minutes to produce a single latte. Ordered a single latte to go at 2 p.m. Was not ready until almost 2:40. At $6.75, is except both friendly and timely service. Neither was delivered.

Seriously this coffee shop is amazing! I’ve lived in a lot of places and hands down Plumb Line has the best tasting coffee, these people are so devoted to their craft and giving you an amazing finished product it pulls them in front of all others (no joke). Highly suggest making a trip over and they are super nice and so down to earth!

Ordered a coffee for there and after waiting over 10 minutes went to check on it, asking to change it to to go. Barista said she didnt have a ticket/receipt for me. Cashier said ooh there should be one. Made it for me finally but not one single apology from either of them.Place looks nice and wide selection so I might give it a second chance to change my opinion.

Atmosphere was fantastic! Dirty Chai Tea was delicious as well as the pumpkin muffin!! However, it was a bit pricey at $20 for only two Chais and one muffin and the service was extremely slow.

A lot of coffee shops are going for this industrial look lately with the tin chairs and low light bulbs. Its not exactly my favorite thing but considering I visit a plethora of coffee shops, this seems to be the standard. Walking into Plumb Line. Same vibe. Same lighting. However. The coffee is absolutely excellent. Fresh. Strong. Tongue burning. Super good coffee. I recommend!

This place has your typical coffeehouse vibe outfitted with great beverage selections. The staff is nice and very accommodating. However, the size is very cozy and narrow. Also, the menu could use more food items such as wraps, soups, etc. In other words, dont show up hungry.

We have gone to Plumb Line several times. Our latest visit really showed that they are an asset to our community. The interior is warm and cozy and the staff is so helpful and pleasant. It was the night of the big Christmas parade and they were busier than usual. My 2 year old was a little impatient so they gave him a juice box free of charge to keep him occupied. They have a wide variety of items to choose from and on weekdays they have different discounts available.

Absolutely everything on the menu is amazing. I have yet to feel the need to add sugar to any of my drinks and the pastries are to die for. Just had their Cuban and it was like drinking liquid smoothness. The chia will always be my favorite though with its authentic spiciness and fresh flavor

My first time and they were super busy but still made time to answer all my question because they have alot to offer and Im not a coffee drinker so the atmosphere was outstanding staff was extremely friendly but the coffee I got did seem a bit bland. But remember Im not a regular coffee drinker so take that into consideration.

Visit to get coffee, no other customers and the woman behind the counter doesnt even acknowledge us while standing literally two feet away from her. We stand there 5 minutes and begin to ask questions about the menu. She THEN informs us its cash only today. How do people like this get jobs.

I could eat my body weight in baked goods they have to offer. You must try the orange creme roll!! 😋 The owners really do care about the customers and will provide you with an excellent cup of whatever you order. I will advise that the chai is spicier than what you are normally accustomed to because they use authentic Indian spices. Also a fantastic atmosphere to decompress and relax.
