I will be back for more!I grabbed a mango- veggie smoothie after a trip to the farmers market and I was instantly refreshed! The mango flavor is rich and sweet and natural tasting- plus the smoothie has a perfect slushee like consistency. They have a variety of “grab and go” items for convenience which I thought was a great idea for those of us who don’t like to wait! The interior of Yada is stunning! The atmosphere is classy yet warm and welcoming. The menu is filled with delicious sounding foods and drinks- I’ll definitely be back for dinner some day!
The staff were very pleasant, especially that handsome blue eyed gentleman. He sat us but allowed us to move in the window as requested. He also helped me with suggestions that definitely tasted good! The food & beverages were great. The atmosphere & setting was amazing! I went for lunch with my mom. I have to take my husband for dinner (as I seen them prepping the tables for dinner). And apparently my mother went once w her friend & met the owner whom she continuously speaks highly of, she definitely left an impression on my mom & my mom was very adamant about taking me there. Im glad she did! Oh yea, the prices werent bad either!
Yadas interior design is spectacular. I love the copper hammered tables and turquoise blue velvet chairs. The interior decor was very chic and new. Very charming place. Nice staff. I was told that the food is good. It is not authentic Italian food though. Bathrooms were very clean. Service was nice and friendly. She was a little forgetful. She apologized for forgetting to get me a clean drink menu. The one I had was messy with a wine splash on it. I was recommended the Everyone Hates Gin and The Devil Wears Prada Cocktails. I selected the gin one.EVERYONE HATES GINBombay Gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, honey, strawberry syrup, fresh mint, orange bitters, and egg whiteIt was good but not the best cocktail I ever had. Very girly and light.Ambience 5 stars.Service 3 to 4 stars.Cocktail - 4 stars.
The service was quick and friendly, and the food was DELICIOUS!! I cant wait to go back again to try more!
A one of a kind dining experience right here in Clarksville! Everything we had was over the top in flavor and quality. You order a few choices and then share all the food that comes out to make your meal. So fun and wonderful being able to try so many things on the menu. They have the best bartender in town and have built a delicious drinks menu you will not find anywhere else here. Do not pass up the opportunity to eat here. They are open for any meal of the day you find yourself wanting to share with friends, family or just in the mood for great food. This spot is well worth it and will not disappoint!
This is my second visit here. I had breakfast here a month ago. The bagel and parfait was very good. Decided to walk in tonight to try there bar. I ordered “The Queen “ and it was exceptional. The bartender knows her stuff. I will be visiting here again one day for lunch. I love the atmosphere here.
My daughter and a friend and her daughter came here Saturday for lunch. Our waitress was very unpleasant and rude. She had a braided pony tail and was a young Caucasian girl. I tried to see if she had a name tag but didnt. So from the time we got there she seemed like she did not want to wait on us, and yes we are black. Her replies to questions were rude and short. I asked her a question about the menu and her replies was WHAT! in a smart rude tone. What type of professional reply is that From? From then I knew she was going to be a big issue. I also decide that I was not going to tip her what so ever at that point. I asked for a plastic fork and she gave me the ugliest look then proceed to get a fork and she laid it on the table, I stopped her and asked for another one because that was unsanitary and threw the first fork away. She acted as if she didnt want to bring another one.My friend also witnessed her talking to another employee that was making the lattes, talking about me because they both got caught looking at my back side. The lack of customer service was a 0. Maybe yall need to think about who you are hiring because she almost got a mouth full from me. Will not be back here!
I do not understand why everyone hasnt given this restaurant 5 Stars. Yada on Franklin has the best service and food we have we had in years. Someone who understands that when you are out for an enjoyable evening that an over 21 dining area is very pleasant. Yada also has an area for families. The staff was kind and helpful with the menu. The staff was efficient and anticipated your needs. As for the food Excellent. Appropriate serving size. Flavor was spot on. My husbands will try a restaurant once and will not go back if he could make it better. When we are in the area WE WILL BE BACK TO HAVE A MEAL AT YADA. Morning, Noon, or Night a restaurant with integrity and style.PS The butter cake is not just bliss it is heavenly. Take time to enjoy a meal at Yada.
Great first time experience for us! Plan to be there for a while, definitely not fast pace dining. Everyone in our party of 6 was happy with their orders and we all shared a bite with each other as suggested. We will definitely be back!
I tried two different cocktails and wasn’t a fan of taste for the price. I think the staff was a bit thin because our server was behind the counter, serving and behind the bar so we waited a good bit for drinks and food. I enjoyed my sandwich and soup (Italian job and potato soup) but half of my group were not impressed with theirs. Just kind of an “okay” experience that we didn’t feel was worth the price.
One of the best locations internationally and this is coming from a hardcore European traveler and a former general manager running numerous pizza restaurants in Orlando Florida. Everything is made fresh. Customer service is top notch. Decor is beautifully set up and the vibes are so comforting. I’m a huge coffee lover, and they have hands down the best coffee I ever had. You can definitely feel that each employee is satisfied and happy working there. 100-100 on cleanliness! Bathrooms smell fresh and are well taken care off. They have different menu from breakfast / lunch / dinner. Had them all within 5 days and I was very very impressed. Will definitely highly recommend to friends and family. Kudos to the knight family for helping out their employees on the floor and in the kitchen. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
I think the positives up front.* The food is definitely well-crafted (as they like to say there) and the sauces are well above most restaurants I have gone to.* My mother had the eggplant parmesan and said it was the best she had ever had.* The meatballs were really very light and almost fluffy in texture (that was a different experience).* The pizzas are definitely good and match the experience they promise with a Naples-style pizza.* Service was really, really friendly. I saw some reviews that panned the service, but everyone was smiling and were helpful to a fault. We were well-taken-care-of.*Overall, the food is actually really good. Now the negatives:* Definitely not a place to bring the kids. No kid-friendly options. We had wanted plain pasta for the children, but were charged the full price for the pasta dish with the bells and whistles. I was not happy with that. I was not looking for chicken fingers, but plain pasta or a regular pizza option should not be too much to ask.* No free bread? I had to pay eight dollars a loaf. That seems like it should be a staple. Now, the meals do some with bread, but while you are waiting...* Portions, as has been mentioned in many other posts, are very small.* Be really ready for sticker-shock. As you get the items, the cost really really adds up. For a group of six (three of whom were kids, though one does eat like an adult) getting standard meals and a couple glasses of wine, the cost was $250. I am not sure I have paid that much for a meal ANYWHERE.I am not sure where to rally rank this as a star rating - good food, but really expensive. Puts it in the middle for me.
The reason for one star, is I need to knock this place a peg or two. The food is ok, a lot to be desired, and definitely not worth the excruciating price. If cocktails and meals were both literally doubled then I would agree with a four star eatery.A casual date night for $93 and that’s with only two cocktails. They try to go for “fancy” hence the prices. I would show up in sweat pants and a sweater. They are attempting “fine dining” along with the price, but fail to deliver.Don’t feel intimidated to call this place for what it is. Overpriced Fazoli’s.
Great food and service. First time experiencing this kind of dinning and it allows you to try so many things. Their pizza is on point!!
LOVED the food and the ambiance! There was live music which was fun but too loud. That was my only complaint.
Quaint, amazing meatball and pizza for a decent sharing experience. Cute place for a date or little gathering. Losing a star IMO solely because it was uncomfortably warm in there, and of course as more people came in it got even hotter.
Pizza, meatballs, and drinks!!! Fantastic all around. A very busy Saturday night, the staff is wonderful. Had some live music of sorts, fun but extremely loud. 😳 but will definitely be back again.
We had a delightful lunch after walking around the market. I really enjoyed my hibiscus java juice and my cup of chicken salad. The atmosphere was perfect and cool after being out in the heat. Attentive service with a friendly smile. The turkey bacon ranch wrap seemed more wrap than turkey and bacon but the flavor was quite delicious - that was really the only reason we didnt give 5 ⭐.
Absolutely love everything on the menu.. in particular Im in love with Cold brew with lavender.
Everything is fantastic, breakfast, lunch, dinner, cocktails, coffee. You cant go wrong with anything on the menu here. Easily the best food around.
I have been to this place a few times now. The first time I LOVED this place. The food was great, the service was spectacular, and the experience was wonderful. The second time was a different story. The food was OK but not nearly as good as the first time. The service was terrible. Server forgot our orders and had to run back and get her device immediately after we told her our orders. I know this only because she told us so. I also witness her do the same thing to 2 other tables around us that day. We got our food and its like she forgot us, waited forever and had to have the hostess get us a box and our ticket. Meanwhile the tables around us got incorrect orders and the server is no where to be seen once the orders come out. If this had been my first experience, I probably would not have been coming back.Third time was a little more back to normal. Service was excellent but food was still not on par with the first time.Maybe my second experience left a bad taste in my mouth and Im a little bias be cause of it. I dont know. I do recommend this place but dont expect consistency, at least not at the moment.
A nice new place downtown, certainly not the small coffee shop it used to be, now its a big bar and restaurant. Nice place a unique lunch, prices are not bad, menu is good but hopefully they add more options, maybe more meatfree dishes for those who want them.I can certainly see this being a popular place to help draw people downtown.
Great atmosphere, drinks and food ! Kat is awesome and very knowledgeable. We always enjoy when she is working.
This place cares about customer service more than anything. It’s the nicest best restaurant in the State Of Tennessee. The owner and her staff do an amazing job.
This is one of the best restaurants to ever come to Clarksville! Be advised, this is more of a going out or date restaurant. It does have a traditional and limited Italian cuisine, which is always cooked and presented perfectly. The mixed drinks are some of the best Ive ever had in the US or Europe. Service is absolutely amazing as well! My wife and I come here once a month.
Portions were small and food was just okay. We were told that each dish was meant to be shared between 3-4 people but when we ordered the fried ravioli there were only 4 pieces in the plate and it was $8.This service type is a good idea, I just think its poor execution.Clarksville is in desperate need of good Italian food as well as just good restaurants. Yada could change their service to match other restaurants and would make a lot of money.
Josie was super in serving us and knowing the history behind the building. Good vibe atmosphere and cocktails as well as espresso was on point!!!!!
Really cool place, beautiful bar, fun cocktails and good food!
We loved coming to your restaurant for date night, and looked forward to many more nights there. We work late, however, and have tried to come to your restaurant 4 times in the past two months only to be turned away. We either make it there just after you guys close, or like this last time we rushed to make it there and walked in the door at 7:40 ... only to have the hostess turn us away cause the kitchen closes at 7:45. As we were walking away, another couple that was clearly dressed up for date night approached your restaurant ... only to walk away in defeat as well. Love your guys’ restaurant, but we simply can’t make it there with the earlier closing time anymore and we suspect there are many other couples out there like this = a lot of frustrated customers and lost business.
Beautiful restaurant. I got The Vermont and it was delicious! I also got a cappuccino and it was excellent. Pricy for 2 of us ($45 before tip) but worth it. Knocked off a star because we stood at the host stand for 10-15 minutes before we were acknowledged. Will definitely go again!
Will was great! He took good care of us all evening. Wonderful wine and delicious food! Beautiful ambiance. We will return soon.
The food was superb and LOVED the fruit tea. Service was a bit slow but understandable in these times with trying to hire help.Everything we ordered was light and refreshing.
I thoroughly enjoyed my birthday dinner here at Yada on Franklin. I had the brussel sprouts, spinach ravioli, and parmesan crusted cod. I loved the flavors and the sauces of everything! The pizzas looked really good... Ill definitely have to return. One star off because I do think they need to offer serving spoons with each dish if its meant to be shared. I do not want to stick my fork in a dish with everyone elses.
Always great food and best desserts and Italian sodas.
Came here for a catch-up brunch. I never went to the old location and was excited to try this new spot. The store front looks so clean and nice. I had heard good things about this place so naturally I had to stop in. We got coffee and sandwich and split a cookie. Everything was delicious. Need to hit this place up for dinner.
ABSOLUTELY wonderful!!Wonderful food.Outstanding staff.Great menu & prices.
Interesting place. Good food and atmosphere. Serving could be faster
Restaurant was a bit overpriced - Got the chicken quesadilla and pastrami sand both good & the coffee (unique taste) and tiramisu omg 😱& Great service also.
We went to Yada for lunch. The staff was very friendly and the place has a great atmosphere. My gripe is that the only sandwich option they have for vegetarians is grilled cheese. I wanted to have a chicken teriyaki wrap without the chicken, but that wasnt possible. I wanted potato soup, but it has a chicken stock base. Hopefully theyll expand their menu to be more vegetarian friendly in the future. I actually found more vegetarian options at the steak house a few doors down.
Nice place. Friendly service. Chicken salad is a little bland but it was still fresh and a good sandwich. The fries were hot and salted just right.
Had a wonderful experience. My hot carmel latte was bry good and tasty...
Had a quick bite to eat with friends from out of town we loved the live music the atmosphere and the ambiance just really had a hard time with portion size and pricing. $26 is an awful lot to pay for 4 meatballs and a cup of tortellini. was not very shareable. Pizzas were really good Our order one of those next time. that said I would come here again now that I know what to expect.
Amazing! Their variety and fantastic service is truly qunique and youll have a wonderful experience at every visit.
Our waitress, Josie, provided fast, friendly service.
Great food and a beautiful place. We tried several things on the menu. On the weekends the parking is free downtown.
I can now say that I have been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner! I will go back for all three, again and again. The food has been great and well priced for the quality of ingredients and freshness. The staff and atmosphere were both extremely inviting. We felt like we could have sat there all night and would not have been rushed. The dinner menu was an experience and something no one else in Clarksville is doing. It is not often in Clarksville that I have tried a food Ive never had before. This was the case with the Burrata Caprese. I am still thinking about that cheese!
It was.... disappointing, I think our poor server was serving, bartending, and cashiering. The drinks and food were just okay. It took almost an hour to get the food, not really sure how this place has such great reviews. It ended up being over 100 for 4 people. For that price Id rather go to a steakhouse.
Too slow! Waiting 15mins. No server. No bartenders. Best place for taking a pics. With bad exp. good luck
Ive spent a LOT of time at Yada due to my work -from-home job that usually has me working in coffee shops/restaurants so I have lots of experience to draw from here! Im usually in Yada twice a week for breakfast while I work and the service and the food/drinks are amazing. Its such a pleasant atmosphere to work in and the coffee is stellar. Im a super big fan of the peach smoothie they offer too. Ive had lunch here several times too when I stay long enough and the Italian sandwich is a godsend as well as their yummy chicken wings! I havent done dinner here quite as often (simply because Im there for breakfast/lunch so often) BUT OMG Its definitely the best part of Yada. Its an experience for sure. Its really fun doing the small dish tapas style dining where you can share with your guests and try a smattering of so many dishes. I have dreams about their brussel sprouts dish and I love the little pizzas! This is hands down my favorite spot in Clarksville. Friendly staff, great drinks, great food!!!
Awesome coffee, food and service! Super friendly staff!
Great lunch! Great atmosphere! Great Service! Will return (often)
Love the vibe and the pizza was nice to share as a small snack with my husband
Coffee: mediocreService: very slowFood: slightly above average
Food was excellent. Very pricey. Service was a bit on the slow side. Overall, I would recommend
Yada is a great place. I frequent there often. But it is a little disappointing to me that they sometimes have things but do not have them always. I went on for coffee, but they were out of Stevia. In my opinion, the real draw for going there is the best cheesecake ever. But I go there and they say they do not have it. They should have the cheesecake every day.
My family and I enjoy going here from time to time. The drink menu is on point and the small plates are so delicious. Seemed like the pizza is wood fired full of flavor. The owner will come to your table and recommend certain beverages and food choices. Staff/waiters are very courteous and knowledgeable. The restuarant is very clean and kid friendly. Our favorite restaurant in Clarksville!
Cute little coffee shop tucked away in Clarksville. Good selection of coffee & smoothie items.Wish they had more bakery items. It would be nice if their deli options were displayed a lil differently.Tables are high tops and are comfortable to sit at inside. Tall windows let in light that makes the space feel bigger than it is. It is not loud an echoey like some coffee shops can get inside.Very friendly staff, they answered all my questions nicely. I wish I would have asked more about the buffalo chicken flatbread. I was expecting a sandwich and got something more like a pizza. Still good, just surprised. It was big enough to share or enjoy as your meal.Good food, quiet space, would definitely recommend.
Always fun. Staff is always friendly. The Kramer and Expresso Martinis are awesome.
What an amazing experience. Atmosphere was top notch. Very 20s vibe swanky but comfortably casual at the same time. We chose to sit at the bar and Im so glad we did. Our bartender Brandon was informative and walked us through the cicchetti concept expertly. Cocktails we fresh and different and delicious. And the food OMG!!!
This place was great we ordered so much of everying and I loved the salsa and it’s all home made witch makes it even better
Ive been here a few times, and it has always been lovely! My friend and I split the quesadilla and the asian chicken the first time I ate there, and it was pretty tasty. The broccoli crunch is amazing! I could eat lunch just that. More recently, I got the Vermont, which sounds insane, because it has so many different flavors - spicy, sour, sweet ... All on the same sandwich. It doesnt look like it would work on paper, but its actually amazing. Also, this most recent time we got dessert. I would definitely recommend splitting the cake with somebody, but if you get the tiramisu, you might want to keep it all to yourself! We had a great time. Will definitely be going again.
Great Food. Great atmosphere.
Cocktails were fantastic! I ordered The Last Word and my friend ordered the Devil Wears Prada. I have to compliment the cocktail connoisseurs making drinks. We also ordered the meatballs and the thai chili wings. The sauce did not have much flavor and the wings were basically baked in that Mae Ploy egg roll sauce. With that, I will come back for drinks for certain but I am a bit reluctant to waste money on food that i couldve purchased much cheaper at a chain restaurant/ fast food restaurant.
Yada never disappoints! Last night with friends was by far the best experience we’ve ever had there; the other guests are fabulous, our waiter was personable, professional, and had great recommendations for our specific tastes, and the owner Darla is amazing! It’s rare to get to chat with an owner for 15 minutes while dining, and even more rare for them to be as warm and passionate as her. It’s clear that she values her customers and her staff alike, and she’s very intentional with everything that goes into Yada. We will ALWAYS be back at any time of day! The Spanish latte is the best coffee in Clarksville and I’ve never had a better Eggplant Parm or Tiramisu. You name it, Yada probably does it best.
I havent tried their food...yet, but man those cocktails...Delicious!!!!
Always a great experience, live music was a nice touch. Super friendly staff, great prices on their great food. Ask Darla for her special smores hot chocolate with marshmallows made in house!
The food was amazing, just the right amount for a portion to fill you right up, followed along by robust flavors and the fries are so delicious! I also got a dirty chai this time around and although the expresso was tasty the milk totally overwhelmed the chai flavor which might i add did have a hint of a spicy kick to it that i wish i could of tasted more of!I would like to give the coffee another chance since the food and service was so amazing!
Good people and positive atmosphere
Limited menu options, but very good. Fries were great, crispy shoestring fries. The tiramisu was amazing
The broccoli salad is my favorite!! Sandwiches and soup were good, too.
Well, as far as customer service goes, i am so not impressed! My husband and I frequented Yada Yada Yada, and have been excited to try their sharing plates of Italian food which I am sure would have been amazing. I will not go now. Why? Because I tried to schedule a reservatuon by phone and was rushed off by a host who quickly explained to me that I make it online, on their site. Well, both my husband and I tried to find this magical reservation area, and both he and I could not. So I emailed them, only to not have any response. This, to me, is an establishment that obviously doesnt need any more customers than they already have, and so I will not be dining with them . Helpful and timely customer service is key. Sorry, but they fall short on this.
Everything was great! Super cute inside, to-go case had good selection, coffee bar, menu, everything had good pricing and selection. Service was quick and friendly. Food was excellent. Love the home goods section they added!
The interior is beautiful. The service was great! And the wait for the food was not long at all. I wasnt really at all impressed with the food though. But the coffee and the other variety of drinks they serve makes up for it. The food presentation looks good but Im only giving four stars cause the food could be a bit better
What a delightful treat😁 I enjoyed the pastrami sandwich half with a cup of tomatoe basil soup. Topped it off with a hot caramel macchiato. Waitress was masked and a real treasure, she made the lunch a real joy😂GG
Way overpriced for small portions of food. Doesnt serve bread for lunch. Will not come back anymore.
Fun place fun drinks
Unexpected good food in a quaint lil location.
Cool vibe. Owner and staff are super friendly. Nice place to take the sweetheart.
Was totally shocked that there’s a place to get reallyGreat craft cocktails in Clarksville, lol. Their beverage program from the coffee to the cocktails is really well thought out and above and beyond anything else I’ve seen here. I had the meatball bowl and everything was made from scratch. So fresh tasting and delicious; you can tell everything here is made with love and to me that’s honestly just super refreshing.
