Hot Topic has unique items for sale, and I enjoy just browsing in the store. In the past, I got mermaid iridescent makeup brushes and Supernatural cosmetic brushes for a low price. I, also, got a Harry Potter leather skirt on clearance.The clearance on Cinco De Mayo day was buy one get two free. I got oversize soft tees to sleep in and two masks (buy one get one 30% off). The sales staff was kind and helpful there as always.Military discount is honored here with proof of ID.

Fun place! Anyways some cool Clearance things for the bargain hunter in me! All the latest popular items featuring favorite characters from games books movies! Very helpful attentive staff!

Not the Hot Topic I remember growing up. Mostly t shirts but its not horrible. Pricey but everything is these days.

This is not the hot topic I grew up with it all bright and sunshiny hardly any products store layout sucked over crowded and way over priced

Really frustrated with hot topic right now. First, I placed an order online and ordered the wrong size shirt. I changed my mind and want to change that shirt completely with a bunch of other things (they had buy 2 get 2 for jewelry). I called this morning to change the order but they said, they cant change the order anymore once its been placed. I asked if they could give me free shipping for the new items Im about to order instead and Ill just return the shirt that I didnt want in store. They took my order, took my card info and 6 hours later here we are, I still have not received my confirmation email from them yet. Ive already called like 10 times today and its not like they answer right away either. Really bad experience. If youre going to buy from this company, buy in store or if youre going to buy online, make sure you get the right items because theyre really ANNOYING to work with. So annoying Ive gone into frustration. This is just adding stress to my holiday shopping.

Rude employees. Not helpful, then they scold you when you have to do their job in order to view their product that you are serious about buying.

Gotta wear your mask to get in. Still is the same great store. Theyll even order something for you if they dont have it in store!

Absolutely just had the best shopping experience in this store! For such a busy time of year it is understandable for retail employees to be annoyed but not here! They even walked me around the entire store to ensure I knew all the best deals! Absolutely will be back and recommend that everyone go here. Its easy to believe that some shops in the mall especially licensed shops to be expensive but this store is unbelievably reasonably priced and has amazing sales! Thank you to the amazing staff that assisted this lost mom, my kids are both going to be so excited at Christmas because of all your great help!

Hot topic has been changing, which I understand. Business is business and they have to stay with the trend but it is not like it use to be in the 00s. It is a place for anime,pop its, and any gothic style or ghostly thing trending kind of store now. I do however love the jack skellington collection

Little pricey but they have the cutest clothes, accessories, and great music. They are always up to date with all the kids favorites. (Riverdale, Disney, Anime, etc.) Cool place to stop by.

Good place for some edgy shirts and getting that one Funko Pop you dont have in your collection

Favorite store

Well planogrammed and stocked, good layout for the store. Variety of merchandise, more focused on the young, alternative group. I think its a little high priced, but Ive never bought poor quality items there. The staff has always been helpful for me. They have a school foundation you can donate to but they dont push it. They also have a rewards mailing/email list and that can have pretty good deals in it.They sell: make up, cruelty free radical color hair dye, clothes and accessories, jewelry and body jewelry (usually a combo deal available), costumes, random sit around things.

The customer service is always great when I go in. Always have something new and interesting to see.

Nothing special at this store. Prices are higher then ever for cheaply made products. Getting service was a bit rough but they only have teens working so it is what it is

Well the selection is not bad but watch out if you decide to get a Guestlist card.Be late one day just once and they will terminate youre card.They did it to me.

I have always been a hot topic fan. This one realy had alot of things that got my atention though. I watch an anime called cannon busters. It only has one seson so far and although it is a netflix anime i enjoy watching it. Thay had meech there! Its such a random anime to have merch at a hot topic, but that realy made my day.

Love all the anime products, Im huge Dragon ball Z fan, they have a lot of other anime and rock shirts as well.

If not for the sex items that they now sell, I would have given it 5 stars. Its unfortunate. The employees were nice and helped me find what I was looking for.

They said hello as soon as I went in. But no one informed me about the sales they had going on. I had to read the signs to find out. They also didnt have many tees in xs size. I didnt have many options to choose from.
