I went to several Harley Dealerships and I have to admit Appleton wasn’t my first choice…. That being said I wish it was my first choice. I told them what I owned, what I was looking for and what I wanted to pay. Billy was able to help over the phone. She didn’t try to over sale me or sale me a bike that I didn’t want. She listened to me and got me the bike I wanted. The next day I went in they gave my bike the once over and gave me the trade in value they told me they would. The financing part was straight forward. Again, they didn’t try to get me to buy the extended warranty. I sat down and we signed the paper work. That simple. Let me tell you I will buy my next bike from them and I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a flat tire while cruising through Clarksville, Appleton service dept stayed 45 min after closing to get me back on the road. I dont know about the rest of the store but the techs and the woman writing service are awesome.

These cats stayed late when I broke down in the area at the end of a 2 month ride. They were super cool and got my bike inside well over an hour after they closed. Incredible. They were super professional and helped me unpack my bike after a brief assessment. They went over and above and as a solo rider out on my own, they saved me a lot of hassle, big time. I cant say enough great things about them.

This was the best dealership experience I have had with any vehicle purchase in my life. I am absolutely blown away by the service I received at this dealership. I stopped in during a trip to have an oil leak fixed...long story short it turned out to be a bigger problem than than initially thought. Great people, great owners, great bikes. They dont try to force you to get a bigger better bike they talk to you to figure you which one best fits you. They also give you allot of free stuff when buying a bike like shirts gift cards and even the MSF basic riders course for free if you need it. The store feels like a home and even the Barber shop inside the store is amazing. They do events all the time and they welcome all like family. You cant get a better experience anywhere else. Even when my wife got into a wreck and lost her job because of lack of transportation they offered her a job. They really do care about you. I love this place.

A helmet manufacturer Ive used in the past says Appleton carries their products. Nopers. Despite that, it was a very busy place. Several Harleys out front with their riders. Very nice showroom with many shiny new bikes. Plenty of helpful staff. Nice place to be on a Saturday afternoon in June.

Best part of this place is I got my haircut by Chet inside the dealership. True old school barber treatment, straight razor work, scissor cut, beard trim and good times. Walked around after the barber and checked the bikes and gear out. Ryan in parts will help you with recommendations from stock to modded and service will keep you on the road.

I bought my first ever Harley at Appleton and I could not be more pleased with the help from my Salesperson, Billie and the Finance Manager, Larry. The overall buying experience was smooth & professional. I bought a used bike for now but, next time Ill buy new and it will only be from Appleton.

Mike Hodges is one of the best Service Advisors that has ever worked at the dealership. I have known many over the many years I have been doing business with MY DEALERSHIP. Appleton Harley was on-site at the Loretta Lynn Ranch for the Motorcycle event this past weekend. As I was riding to the ranch, my Sportster developed a problem and oil was dripping out fast. Appleton actually picked my bike up at the campsite I was staying at on the Ranch. Cory, the tech, discovered what the problem was and they loaded my bike in their van to bring it to their shop to fix it. The next day, it was back at the Ranch. I was absolutely thrilled! I was impressed with not just Cory the tech, but the manager Jason who kept me informed as well as Mary who kept me informed. I was surprised, but happy when Mary said the towing charges was not on the bill because Appleton does it free for Harley customers at the event.Sunday morning, I was back on the road before 9. Bike was running great. Stopped for gas a few exits offI-24 E and got back on the interstate and all of a sudden, oil poured out of my bike! I quickly pulled over where it continued to empty all over the road. My second pair of jeans was now soaked with oil! I knew I would not be able to make it back to Murphy, NC and was stuck on the interstate. I called Appleton, but being Sunday, they were not open. Fortunately, a friend in Murphy had a trailer and I called him to trailer the bike for me. Although I was on the side of the road, being there was dangerous. Two guys driving trucks did stop even though there wasn’t anything they could do, but one driver provided me with a half dozen bottles of water. I thought since I would be stuck on the road for at least 4 or 5 hours, perhaps the police could put out some cones. A trooper stopped and sat with me for what seemed forever, but let me sit in his vehicle and we chatted about everything. He was wonderful! After a few hours, he suggested that instead of staying on the interstate, I should call a local towing company. He said I could have the bike towed 16 miles and there was a Walmart with a large area to park in and also safely load my bike. I called a few companies before anyone answered,, but eventually one company agreed to come and tow the bike to Walmart. I guess I should consider the $100, cash only towing charge a blessing as the charge could have been much higher…. My friend eventually arrived, we loaded the bike on the trailer and started the journey back to Murphy, NC.What failed? The work that was performed by Appleton, the day before! Seriously, if a business agrees to repair it, the bike should not fail in less than 130 miles!

Customer service here is spot on. Every time I go in they’re super nice and helpful. I typically do all the work on my motorcycle, and when I go in for little bits the service desk gentlemen are always helpful and give little snippets of info only Harley techs would know.That being said, I needed a 20K service and was going out of town so I had them do it out of convenience. They let me schedule it, drop it off, and held it for a week for me until I came back to town.The only reason it’s not 5 stars is the cost.... they’re pricey. But, it’s Harley so you have to be expecting that. I would absolutely trust them if anything serious came up that I couldn’t do my self.Thanks Appleton! As always, I’ll be back.

The 2 service guys moved all my personal gear from old bike to new bike.We visited here year ago they told us to come back by when we were ready to buy a touring bike they promised to take care of us. I feel they kept their promise.

I was a brand new rider and took the beginner Motorcycle riding course with Karl and Keith as the instructors. I am only going to say one thing, if you are not taking your course at this location you are taking it at the wrong location!

Not much to choose from as far a bikes and they were out of tuners scream eagle so I spent my money elsewhere

A friend of the salesperson interrupted us while she was helping me find a helmet. Salesperson was more interested in talking to the other guy than making a sale, so I backed away and casually walked out of the store with no helmet.

I bought my Harley from them in January. They set up my stage 1 for me, and when the exhaust didnt fit the auto tuner they bought back the exhaust and gave me a good deal on a new one. This company knows how to treat their customers, especially Jason.

A++ customer service from Joe! He helped my husband find the perfect bike to fit his needs as an inexperienced rider. He helped us look over the course of three days to find exactly what my husband was looking for. He was extremely patient with us and we never felt pressure to make a decision immediately. This was by far my best Harley-Davidson experience. Billie made things very simple. She got me easily approved over the phone and got me what I wanted for trade in on my old bike. Would recommend to any buying a new or used harley to go see billie at appleton.

What can be said that hasn’t been said. My husband and I too had an amazing experience at Appleton. I took my husband in to “look” at bikes. I’d been saving/hiding money for a while and wanted to surprise him. With Lucky’s help we ended up driving away with a 2020 Harley-Davidson Street Bob. I had a blowout on the interstate and they came, picked up me and my bike, located a rim/tire to fit, went and picked it up, installed it and had me back on the road in just a few short hours. Dropped by today to get some information on the riding course for Veterans and to check out the different bikes.I’m brand new to the bike world and have zero knowledge on where to start or what to look at.With that said, Ryan Stevenson did one hell of a job taking me around and showing me a few different bikes. Bought my first bike about 3 weeks ago. Mr. Joe was my salesmen and I cant say enough great things about the man. He wasnt pushy or hovering as we looked. Just wanted to give a great big shout out to the Appleton H-D service department. You see what happened was my bike started acting up late on Saturday before a long out of state ride on a Tuesday morning. I brought my bike to Appleton’s at 0900 on Monday and asked to get it looked at. Mind you I had no appointment and they were booked solid, but Mike and Patrick took exceptional care of me and got me back on the road. Bike performed flawlessly on the ride out to AZ and back. Make sure to see these folks if your in need of service, parts, accessories or clothing.

I was experiencing mechanical issues with my motorcycle. I called the Service Department and they asked me to bring the bike in. Within a few days, the problem was diagnosed and repaired. Always get treated well at this dealership...the guys in the parts department are helpful and knowledgeable on accessories, apparel, and tools and products to help me maintain my bike. When I come across an issue mechanically that Im not comfortable with handling myself or I just need need some friendly advice I go to the service department and request Mr. Hodges..and you should too

The staff was amazing. Especially Billie. They stayed after on their weekend to help us close the deal and did not make us feel like we were a bother even though we probably were on their weekend. It made my family and I feel valued and welcomed. Definitely recommend this dealer.
