Hello, I am the one who came for water in the door panel, around 3:15 today. I have been sick quite a while with non covid sinus. Also multiple deaths in family. I wanted to get home quickly. Saw how on YouTube but I didnt want to chance doing it myself.You all really helped me get one less thing off my plate. The gentleman came to my car out front, and he not only drained it, but showed me what to do if it happens again. I will definitely be back! God bless and have a great weekend!

I stopped in to get a quick quote. The owner was very nice and explained everything that he would be doing to my car. Gave me a breakdown to submit to insurance and let me know how long the services would take. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are great. Always making time for you when you need them, even when theyre obviously busy. I have used them a couple times now, they are always willing to work with what you need and if there is anything you dont like theyre quick to fix it. The quality of work is tremendous. I dont gush often, or review that often for that matter, but this place really is great.

This body shop has the best service of any body shop I have ever encountered

After several calls and an unanswered email, drove down there and still couldnt get answers.

They take twice as much time as they claim and all I saw the workers doing while waiting in the office was messing around in the back instead of working. They arent even offered proper supplies to complete the jobs efficiently with. The boss hoards their supplies in his office and forces them to use run down sandpaper that doesnt cut through anything. I was very disappointed by my experience at this shop.

This place is not a good body shop. They hire excons and help them get out of garnishments by letting them go and rehiring. I bet they get taken to court real soon and maybe even sued over it. Go else where. The work they do is subpar at best. They take way to long and stuff will be missing from ur car when you get it back.

Brought my BMW to them for the front bumper to be fixed after Bumpus Body shop tried miserably 3 times to fix it and were still unable to....West Side got the bumper looking great and would recommend them most definitely. Customer service was great, very nice and personable. Thanks West Side Auto Body!

Cant speak about the quality of their work because 6 weeks later they still have my vehicle, not a big deal but it would be great if they could answer the phone to give me an update. Called 8 times in the last two days and never get an answer.

Best customer see ice I have received from any car shop in Clarksville (hands down). Excellent job quality which also comes with lifetime warranty. Prices are a little night but you pay for what you get.

Was told by the owner that my truck would be back in 1 day (all that was done was the door handles were painted) and after 3 days dont have my truck! On the 2nd day was told by the receptiinist I could pick up my truck at 8 a.m. went at 9:30 and it was still torn apart. I was given excuse after excuse as to why the job was not complete. Will update when I actually see if the job was done to my satisfaction.

They have no sense of right or wrong hiring ex cons who can barely do their job anyways. I talked to their boss because one of my chargers was missing from the glove department. He told me he would call me after he looked into it and this was three months ago. I am only writing a review now because one of my friends recently had a car accident and thought about going there.

Complete lack of structure and very unprofessional....Came in for a quote...after waiting for about 46 minutes I was finally approached by an employee who was cleary on drugs...Do not bring your vehicle here let alone your family!

I was very disappointed with how my whole repair experience ended. This shop was unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy. In addition, there was very poor communication! I will never choose to bring my car back there again!

Turned a two week job max into nearly two months my truck wasn’t touched the first three weeks in the parking lot. I called a month in to ask what was going on with my truck and the woman got a attitude with me saying they were waiting on my insurance I called my insurance agent and they said they had sent everything to them the week I dropped it off. The fender wasn’t flush, the clear coat is pealed off everything they replaced now I’m having to get rework on that.

Not good in my opinion I mean my cars been in there for a month they told me two weeks ago it would be done on Monday July 16th I called she said no waiting on parts it will for sure be done wed the 18th I call Wednesday she said still waiting on parts it will for sure be done by Friday the 20th I call fri she said no it’s not done just got back from paint now they need to assemble it back I said ok when will it be done by Wednesday on 25 th I called Wednesday she told me they where waiting on a head light that by Thursday night the 26th I could come get it I was like ok so if I come in Friday morning 27 it will be ready to go she said yes for sure I went in and it wasn’t ready she said in alil while it will be done I have called since and it’s still not done! I’m sorry but my dad being a macanic and doing auto body work I could have installed my head light 10 since the time she told me they where doing it 😡Not happy with the service! Resptionist is always annoyed when I call and when I came in this morning she rolled her eyes when I was like well when is it guna be done!I hate being told over and over a different date that it will done! I got kid who need to go to doctors appointments that I scheduled after she told me when it would be done and had to reschedule them multiple times now cause I have no other vehicle 🙄 not impressed would not suggest putting ur car there unless u have all the time in the world to wait on it!
