I called at 9am because my car wasnt starting and I NEEDED it to get looked at. Sarah got me in as quick as possible and my car got seen that day when other places told me it could be weeks. Mike Brown helped me once I got there and he was very professional and easy to talk to. He helped get my car in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible and addressed all of my concerns without making me feel crazy for asking. Sarah and Mike definitely helped change my opinion of taking my car to a dealership. Much less stressful than I worked it up to be.

Great service. Went in for an oil change but knew I needed tires as well. As I waited for them to finish they checked in with me giving me updates on their status so I never felt like I was waiting forever. Sought tire alternatives and even price matched some for me which I will have them order and put on during my next service. Very professional and courteous, didnt even charge me for my tire rotation.

I made an appointment to have my oil changed when I arrived for my appointment the service guy told me I needed to have 4x4 service. This was the first time this was brought to my attention. I had not allow enough time for this to be done. When I got the invoice it said customer had declined recommended repairs. If you know this service needs to be done, I should have been told when the appointment was made for oil change not when you arrive. To me this is very poor customer service. Until this visit I have never had this happen to me from the service dept.

I was driving from N.C. to visit my daughter and her family (including a 6 month old grandson I hadnt met yet!) when the Check Engine Light came on. The van being new to me and knowing I had mountain roads ahead of me, I was concerned and pulled off the interstate to do a google search and found this place. What EXCELLENT and compassionate treatment I received! Everything was explained clearly to me and I left there confident that the van would get me to my destination just fine. And it did and got me home again with no problems. Thank you so much!

I have been in the automotive service industry for over 20 years. I have recently moved back to the area and this was my first oil change at this service center. I did not get the young lady’s name that greeted me when I pulled up. She was very friendly and professional. I had someone else speak to me. I had no appointment. Then Joseph waited on me. Customer service was on point from start to finish. On and a day that you had an expected loss your employees were on their toes. Having been a GM employee for 20+ years in the service department I was very impressed. Hrs off to your team members. Joseph thanks for taking the time with me today.

Joe was the man who checked me in and I felt like I was treated with every consideration. He listened to my reasons for bringing my truck in and even took notes!I did buy the complete extra warranties package when I bought the truck and I felt it was well worth it as I was treated very well and nothing cost me a cent.I had gotten a flat tire on one of my dually tires and also was having an issue with my trailer lights flickering.I was out by 3:00 and was happy with the experience and new tire to replace the flat one which had 2 screws in it.Joe called me and kept me posted during the service which I appreciated.

We bought our 2021 Yukon XL from Wyatt Johnson and had an outstanding experience. We worked with Kyle Humphrey and he made you feel like you were the only customer he had. He was always willing to help and answer any questions. Shannon, one of the other salesmen, was also extremely helpful. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Kyle. Their customer service is great! I just wish the parts department would offer military discount like Jeep and Ford does.

Less than a year old GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 with less than 13,000 miles had random major engine issues. The dealer completed all warranty work to standard but I was not given a loaner vehicle for over 10 days while I waited on the maintenance to be completed. I received minimal updates about the actual issues with my truck and was not given any update other than they still didn’t have a vehicle available for me to use. I work full time and had to rely on friends or Uber to get to work for two full weeks before my truck was repaired. Not the type of service you would expect after buying a brand new $65k truck.

The service department worked on my pickup truck for several oil leaks a couple months ago. Noticed some oil spots on the garage floor. Took the truck back and they said looks like the oil is coming from the drain plug. They made the necessary repair and warranted the fix. Unlike some service departments they are HONEST👍Could of easily told me the leak was coming from some where else. I highly recommend Wyatt Johnson

I wanted to leave another review. I gave 5 stars because Danny Tyce & Bobby Daugherty are awesome. I brought my vehicle back as it tried to stall on me. Not only did they figure it out but they also helped me fix it. Danny, bobby and the whole Wyatt Johnson staff are amazing. Danny helped me from day one. I was told motor was no good. I bought this car somewhere else after I was in an accident in May. Took all the money I had to purchase it just to be told it was shot. Bobby Daugherty did an assessment found it to be the timing chain. Danny went over everything to help find the best option for what money I did have. Ultimately decided to repair the timing chain. Dropped it off @ 8am on Tuesday got it back on Wednesday @ 8am. Thank you both so much for helping me out, explaining it all to me so I understood what needed to be done. I will be doing repeat business for sure. Also telling everyone I know to go there. Thank you all again.

Brought my vehicle in for 7500 service (2021 GMC SIERRA SLT X31) oil change tire rotation and vehicle inspection. Michael Brown was my advisor and was great. I have always brought my vehicles here to be serviced and have never had issues. They service my wifes Buick Envision and before my current vehicle they serviced my Chevy High Country. Kim and Angel always help me when needed as well. They have a waiting room, and coffee available and keep you informed as needed. Awesome team!

I took my 2020 in for a regular oil change and tire rotation. I also needed my back up cameras repaired. The camera repair was going to take longer than expected, so the dealership gave me a courtesy ride home. They came back and picked me up and took me back to the dealership after the repair was completed. I was extremely satisfied with everyone that helped me take care of my car.

I bought a brand new 2021 Buick Encore GX and the cruise control/front camera wasn’t working. To keep it short and simple the sales manager nor the lady that sold me the car tried to help me with the situation in the way I felt they should have. I had to call Buick myself to get an understanding of what was wrong with the car because when I called the dealership they tried to say nothing was wrong with the cruise control at all. Michael and Doug from the service department went above and beyond to get my part for my car, scheduled it to be put on, and got the work completed. I’m very disappointed in the way things were handled with the sales manager at the GMC dealership located on Wilma Rudolph. I wasn’t able to test drive the car prior to purchasing it and I didn’t think that it would be anything wrong with it being that it was a brand new car. If the proper communication had taken place, effort to help fix the situation or even an sincere apology would have been given it could have went a long way. I have never had such horrible or disappointing experience and I won’t be going back for another purchase after this situation.

I had to have my water pump replaced. I had to go to the deal as the timing belt was involved. It would not have been a problem but the price was 150% more than repairpal. I also had problems with getting timing out of the service advisor. The target kept moving without explanation over 3 days. I finally spoke with the service mgr who quickly told me when to expect the service to be completed. No major issues with the repairs, I just felt it took too long and cost too much.

Michael in service is always professional and always makes sure all of my vehicle needs are taken care of!!! I dropped my vehicle off yesterday and needed a loaner which he made happen. This morning called me right away to tell me everything wrong with my vehicle. Looked out to see if they were covered by warranty first and make sure that I knew what was going before any work was initially done to my vehicle. My family very much likes working with Michael if he is unsure about something he doesn’t hesitate and tells us he will find out for sure about a situation. Initially brought truck in for a sunroof trim repair but also mentioned the transmission was jumping. After the mechanics evaluation, it was determined the torque converter needed replaced. Repairs were complete and truck is running and shifting stronger than ever! The WJ crew truly treats you like family! From the used car experts like the sales managers Jay & Rich and car salesmen Nick, Mike, Keith and Sylvester (just to name a few), to the service folks like Angel and even the guys behind the scenes like the mechanics (sorry dont know their names), and all the way to the general manager James. Bought the truck used in Dec. 2019. GMC 1500 SLT. I also bought the additional warranty to go along with the warranty left once the the truck. The business is good, okay. Preexisting damages unseen by the naked eye are the problems. Went in because the signal light indicator was coming on when it snowed or when its raining. Otherwise when something underneath gets wet. Took the truck in. They now find out now that the previous owner had spliced wires to attach a line to pull the truck with another vehicle. Now when I purchased the vehicle I had asked about the front tow hooks because they were missing. Well long story short, I am responsible for the damage that was on the truck when I purchased it. The warranties are no good because it is considered WATER DAMAGE now. My opinion: the truck was supposed to have a GMC CERTIFIED vehicle at Wyatt Johnson. Was it not inspected prior to putting it on the lot. I am responsible? Well its gonna cost me a truck payment to get the truck fixed. Since purchasing the vehicle all maintenance has been done in this facility. I gave a 5 star because I have had a good relationship with the crew at the dealership but this last visit.

Parts were not ordered correctly causing a 2 month wait. I was originally told it would be a 4 hour job and therefore I opted to stay in Clarksville rather than drive back to Nashville. After waiting for 3 hours I was then notified it would be a 6 1/2 to 7 hour repair. I had to cancel all my plans/appointments in Nashville for the afternoon. The worst part of the ordeal is they didn’t fix the problem. Two trips to Clarksville, 1 entire day wasted, problem not fixed, overall the worst service I have had in many many years!

I’ve serviced my trucks here for over 10 years, prices and courtesy had always been fair. I spent my last penny here, $81 to change oil is outrageous, minus the $500 they got from me prior to change a $24 sensor. I will never purchase another vehicle here nor have any services.

We had our vehicle towed in because our keys had been stolen. We needed them to change the ignition cylinder and door locks, they had it in their possession for over 2 weeks and they would never call back or update us on what was going on, after 2 weeks of them promising to call back and not doing so I had to go in person to figure out what the deal was. I was told the parts were on back order and they would call me the following Monday with an update. They never called, I then decided to just call a locksmith to just give us new keys and as I was there with the locksmith the service department called me saying the parts came in the day before even though he had seen me in the office telling them I was taking my vehicle. They wanted to charge me 130$ for a diagnostic which I never agreed to and didn’t even know they had done because there was no issue with the vehicle itself just the locks but they decided to wave all of the fees thank goodness. I will never bring my vehicle there ever again.

Went in for a check engine light that had gone out the day before. Usually a shop would write off could not duplicate, but not Wyatt Johnson. They troubleshoot it and fixed the issue. Also fixed 2 recalls. My wife Used the shuttle service, and truck was ready when we were told it would be. Can’t go wrong with Wyatt Johnson whether it be the shop or showroom. Great place

Scheduled service visit the day after finding the dealership did have the brattery in stock at a lower price of $165. The day if service I found out they had sold my battery and had to wait 2 hrs before they had me ready to go. Upon check out they wanted to charge a higher price that what I had been quoted so I informed they that I had received a quote so I was able to pay $165 for the battery. My car is 6yrs old and it had the original battery so I knew the battery needed changed. I was told they would do service checks while they had my vehicle but was never told they would do a diagnosis check at $50. My final cost was $241.20 which I dont think I should have been charged the diagnosis check because my battery was 6yrs old and I didnt give permission on that to be done.I usually get good quick service here but that wasnt the case at this time.

Was told our appt was at 930 only to get there and the glass dealer wasnt even called and it took all day to change.(5hours) Unlike other dealers this dealer will not get a loaner car out( they did this time) but they expect you to wait around all day with nothing. They made it right but weve seem to always have some issue with them. It makes it frustrating to want to go back for any other service in the future.

Mr Danny made it his priority on to get my transmission in..My truck went it on the 19 May...Gmc told us it was on back order it was going take 2 month to get .Mr Danny called to Gmc every other day to ask about the transmission....But he made it happen dealership got it on 3 Jun and 5 Jun I got the call that it done......I really gonna miss the service

What an awesome experience. Corey Rhoads was very attentive. No waiting for unknown reasons. I was there to have an oil change in my corvette. Last oil change at another dealership had me waiting 3 hours. Not every mechanic knows how to work on a corvette. I left that dealership vowing never to return. The entire staff made sure I was taken care of. 1 hour later I was on my way! I cannot say enough good things about this team! My husband has even ordered a truck from there because of the excellent customer service! Corey.., you rock! You are good at your job and I appreciate your service!
