Great service. Called in the morning to 3 other competitor locations that could not get to it for at least 6 hours. Called Raben and they were able to get me in and repair two tires while I wait. Did not know of them prior but will be taking vehicles there from now on

I was on my way back east and the truck that we have pulling our trailer needed an oil change. The RV camp recommended this company so early the next morning I asked if they could quickly do the job for me. They said that it was no problem and gave me exactly the oil that I needed. I very much appreciated their timely service while I was on the road!

Pre-ordered tires, week before, said they had 1 tire in had to order other one. Appointment was the following week, got there 30 minutes early, they could not find the tires, was really dissatisfied, was out of town, they did not check where the tire was at the store, and didnt check the tires that came in, and when I got there those tires that did come in were the wrong ones sent. You would think those responsible for ordering and inventory would check that what was delivered and those for customers to worked on would be checked and verified that it was correct. Well it wasnt, they ordered more tires and agreed to come in first thing the following day to put tires on. Total mileage for 2 day trip was 140. They did give me a discount, but still dissatisfied with the overall experience.

Their work is fine. The problem is, they have the customer relations of a rock. I went in there yesterday to get a simple job done. A man who works in the office quoted me a price. Then after the work was done and it was time to pay, it was 3 times as much money as he originally quoted. He claims he told me the correct price. I say he didn’t. Of course, the house always wins so I was out of luck. A solution to this problem would have been for him to print me out a quote and shown it to me prior to the work being done. But it doesn’t really matter now because I will never go back to Raben tire as long as I live.If customer service is important to you, do not do business here.I recommend Discount Tire.

They had in stock the inner tube we needed. They were also kind enough to hold it for me for pick up. Their price was very fair. Thier lobby was clean and clutter free. They were polite and nice. Even offered to order the tires for the trailer when we need them. I would recommend.

My wife had a damaged, beyond repair, tire on the evening of 03-03-21. We found Raben right at their 5:30 closing time but they were willing to stay and replace the tire and get us on out way.On top of that they were friendly and fast. Excellent customer service.

Amazing service! I just moved here from Ohio and am not familiar to the area. I was on Wilma Rudolph and picked up a nail and a screw in my tire. I could hear the air hissing and my tire light came on. I panicked and didnt now where to go, but I seen this location and pulled up and told them my situation. They fixed my tire asap, and were very friendly!

I recently visited a Raben Tire and Auto Service shop in Clarksville, Tennessee. The previously owned shop I visited for many years was recent purchase by Rabin and I wanted to give them a try at my business. I dropped off four aluminum painted wheels for summer tire mounting and balancing. When I returned home with newly mounted tires, I noticed each one of my wheels was damaged. The staff did not use rubber bumpers or guards when using the tire mounting machine, resulting in each wheel recieving damage to the paint on the inside barrel, and scratches and deep gouges in the aluminum.Needless to say, I am unhappy with the service I received and the damage to my wheels.

These guys are so awesome. I made an appointment on line. Brought my car in for a rotate and balance and just asked them to look at my breaks and rotors. When I picked my car up they did not try to force an expensive package on us like some mechanics. They were very very nice and gave us all the information we needed about what we could do to fix what needed to be fixed including how to do it ourselves. I will always go to Raven Tire for my auto needs

I had to take my car in over the weekend to get my alternator replaced. They were the only company willing to help me when my car stalled due to a bad alternator. Another company that I went to prior to going to Raben Tire refused to even help me in a time of need. I happily recommend Raben Tire & will plan on going back again for additional car needs.

Had not one but TWO tires low. Raben offered me an appointment that afternoon.When I arrived they immediately took my car into the garage and got to work. I waited in a clean and spacious customer area.They pulled a screw from one tire tread and plugged it and installed a valve kit to the other.It cost me less than $30 and about 90 minutes. I was greatly relieved and quite thankful! I always take our cars to Raben!

Was on a road trip from Florida to Wisconsin when my engine overheated. Since I’d just had work done at a Florida Firestone I decided to go there. They were great about checking it out right away it it was a problem they couldn’t fix! I called three other repair locations and no one had any openings till at least Monday! Even when explaining my situation they just said no! Someone recommended I call Goodyear! What a relief!! At least Robins mechanic was willing to check it out right away for me. Was close enough I could drive it there without overheating. They looked at it then Brian my new favorite mechanic said he could fix it! In a little over 2 hours it was ready to go! Now 550 miles later I’m in Wisconsin with family and TRULY thankful that one company in all of Clarksville was willing to help a visitor from out of state at least check it out!! Always great people and good prices. I dont go anywhere else for tires. Best prices overall for tires, repair, and vehicle service. Generally will check your tires for free and small repairs are always under twenty dollars if not under ten. Cannot beat it.

Needed 2 new tires and the mechanic replaced them with the same tires that I had requested when I scheduled my appointment online. The price was good and the service was fairly quick. The staff never tried to upsell me on getting a much higher priced set of front tires which gave the impression that they were more about the customer and not just all about money. Will definitely recommend this company to others and will do business with them again in the future.

I don’t know what happened to this place. This used to be my go to mechanic shop. But now, I feel they do not care about my truck. I just got quoted $800 dollars for my heater core. Then when I got there. They slapped me with an extra $222 dollars. I wouldn’t be as upset if they updated me considering I called them everyday. But they did not. And when I got my truck back there was screws and bolts missing. It just isn’t the same. Sad to say. I don’t think I will go back there again.

Called around 11am on a Friday and after I was informed they dont carry used tires I was trying to ask her another question and was rudely hung up.

Be aware that Raben Tire doesn’t offer life time balancing on your tires, the $18 per tire isn’t life time, when you return to get your free rotation they will give you a bill for $100. There are far too many places in Clarksville to buy tires, we won’t be doing any business there again. We have purchased tires in this location for 20 years, when Raben bought the place it certainly changed for the worst.

Very friendly, helpful & professional staff. Came in after I got a flat on the highway; they checked it over, showed me why it couldnt be repaired & got me set up with a new, comparable tire right away. I was in & out in about 25 minutes.

This was my first time getting a tire change at Raben, process was so easy, made a phone call and set up an appointment. They didnt have the tire I wanted so they ordered it in... Staff was super friendly and I was out of there in about 30mins...I highly recommend this place for the short waiting time and affordability, I will go back for all my tire needs in the future !!!

Friendly, affordable, professional and willing to go above and beyond to take care of their customers! Raben Tire matched (and even beat!) a competitors price on a set of new tires. I have since returned for the complimentary lifetime tire rotations included with the tire purchase, as well as oil changes, and the staff has always been helpful and honest. And when I woke up one morning to a flat tire, the manager even came out to my house to install the spare, so we could get the car to the shop and me to work as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

I had an appt at 9 am. Dropped my car off for just a tune up!!! They did have to order valve cover gaskets from nashville,I get the delay! They call me at 1and say, they had to order it. The lady at front desk tells me part will be there in 20 min!!! 1 he and 20 min later part comes in. They finish finally at 5!!!!! CLOSING TIME!!!! THEN I PULL MY CAR OUT IT STOPS RUNNING!!!!! THEY ONLY PUT ONE PLUG ON DISTRIBUTOR CAP!!!! Then they ask me to have it towed!!!! I wont go back!!

Christina was super helpful and got me in quickly on a Saturday morning after I was turned away from a dealership for an oil change. The oil change was done within about an hour and a half, a delay coming from being out of the kind of oil I needed which is understandable. They called me to pick up my car. Reasonable, well explained pricing model.

Daniel and his staff were GREAT!! We got a flat tire while heading on vacation and stopped in Clarksville, TN. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He tried to located our tire with other dealers in town so we could get back on the road. We ended up repairing the tire, and 45 minutes, back on the road!!

Repaired a stroller wheel after a competitor told me to go to Raben!

Needed two tires and sensors moved from one set of wheels to a new set. Well for some reason they do not know how factory bands and sensors work. But they still mounted the tires????? Now i have to pay another shop to unmount the tires and install the sensors. Also now I have to go to Ford to reset the sensors since there is no way to tell which side they need to be installed on. This should have been a easy job for any tire shop, not sure why this happened???

Great service! My husbands SUV had a slow leak in one tire and they easily found the culprit (a nail). I was in and out in no time. They were all very polite, efficient, and helpful. If I need any other services, Ill definitely be back and I highly recommend this business.

I went to them because it was recommended to me by a friend . As a woman, I often have businesses try to overcharge me and add stuff I dont need. These folks are incredible! They listen, and have a great sense of humor, making me feel comfortable and welcomed. Mike took me to work while my vehicle was being worked on. Tim, the other gentlemen that was there was helpful and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was stupid, so did Mike . I had a wonderful experience there and I will definitely be going back. Hopefully, anyone who had a bad experience will give these wonderful people a chance.

We bought 8 trailer tires 12 ply there they were called trailer Kings. They were the worst tires I have ever had. My driver was calling me every couple days with the tread peeling off a different tire so I took them off and replaced them for my drivers safety. Those tire were almost like retreads. That’s one set of tires you definitely will not get your money worth out of

I selected this location because it seemed to be a local establishment that I could send my wife to while I was deployed and I wanted to support small businesses in Clarksville. I wrong! When I spoke to them on Friday they said they could get the tire I needed at another location and wouldn’t charge me a freight charge because they were going there already but when my wife got there to get the tire Saturday they added a $27.00 for the freight. The original price that they quoted me was not even close. They told my wife that they hadn’t added the tax in but they had in fact done so when I spoke to them. They were extremely rude to my wife and treated as though she was unintelligent because she was not an expert in tires. I am going to do everything in my power to ensure that other military folks do not go to this shop!! Please don’t send your family there or go this location yourself. They were extremely RUDE and when I asked why the lady stated that she was rude because my wife rolled her eyes when she was asked to move her vehicle. This is how she justified it. Totally unprofessional, disingenuous and a very discourteous staff! STAY AWAY, BE WARNED!!! Unfriendly to the military!

Spent literally, all day here. Went in for an electrical problem with my trailer brakes, they decided I needed all new trailer brakes. I waited 7 hrs for them to do that. Not the problem when I told them to look for something electrical. They figured out it was a pin in my connection, another 3 hrs. A month later, my trailer brakes are squeaking and they arent working correctly. Im extremely disappointed being a constant traveler.

Dont let these people work on your car. They over tighten my center cap on my wheel and broke it out the manger tried to get real smart and rude with me. I will never go back there. This people didnt treat me like the last shotp 3DS mechanic auto body and paint it in Mount Juliet. So dont even stop at raben they are a joke. Save your self a headaches.
