I went really early on a Friday and I found what I was looking for quickly and I was out of there fast. The price for the part was almost a 3rd if I would of bought it at the auto parts store.

This was the fastest trip Ive ever made to the Pick-A-Part. I went right when they were about to close. Fortunately I was able to find the parts that I needed from two different vehicles. They gave me good directions to the Lane that I needed to be in to find the cars I was looking for.

I wouldnt recommend this place to no one. Customer service was one of the worst Ive ever had, inventory was not in order. Most of the time there was spent looking for a car and its hard to find one when its honda, chevy, ford, Nissan, Lexus, dodge all in one line together.

They use car at the end of row to write down the row number & when that car get removed the row number is gone. They should use row number signs on each row so that you dont have to walk around just to figure out which row you are in. Which save times in a bad weather. Also they should need to put gravel in the walkways so that we dont have to walk around in the mud. They wouldnt hesitate to change $2 per person but they dont care about upgrading their row number or add gravel in the walkways. Also they have a sign in the toilet out of order & use toilet in a gas station I wonder if toilet is out of order then where the employee go to use toilet? Also after you find a part they will charge you more for the parts then other junkyards.

Its the Wal-Mart of the scrap vehicle world. The inventory is cycled too quickly and they almost never have anything older to pull from. Just go to LKQ, they are better in every way.

My husband pulled and purchased a headlamp for a Chrysler in Feb. 2021, but had to return it for a store credit, because it wasnt the special edition & didnt fit. He saved his receipt. We live 65 miles away.We returned a couple days ago to use the credit toward another purchase, BUT, when the clerk found his account, it had a zero balance. They even printed a reciept showing the transaction for May 16th 2021 that it was used toward, with a paid remainder cash balance, for a manifold and bumper guard. Thats all fine and good... for them.UNFORTUNATELY...WE, NOR HE WAS NOT THERE THAT DAY AND CAN SHOW FOR IT IN OUR GOOGLE MAP RECORDS. I questioned the manager to compare it with their sign in log, and conveniently most signatures were not legible to her. (Id bet if we were allowed to see it, or she compare it to the new computer system they have utilized since then that now includes the customer email and full name and signature shed not see an identical between two days ago and May 16th, PROVING he wasnt there, and our conspiracy theory is ( the gracious version, the cashier mistakingly credited a stranger our money) OR (did a favor for someone)CAN👏YALL👏SAY👏SHADY👏

Inventory is small and the yard is hard to navigate due to the washout areas caused by heavy rains. Staff are not very knowledgable about inventory. Prices are decent. It really is the only auto salvage in Clarksville so you take what you can get.

Walked in for the very first time. There was 2 cashiers one was sitting where it said $2 entrance fee so I decided to go to her thinking that’s where you pay. WRONG. She was on her phone not paying any attention another worker walks over to me and asks did I need help with anything I said yes I was trying to get into the yard. She first asked if I needed a vehicle looked up before entering so I knew where it was. Lucky me they had 4 cars plus she went above and interchanged it for me. All while the other employee sat her on her phone. I asked the cashier that was going above for me what was her name she then replied (Laura). When I came back after a few hours she was so very nice asking did I find everything I needed and even helped load a door in my van when I didn’t have any help. As I turn around to bring back there cart the same employee that didn’t help me and ignored me was still on her PHONE! I then ask this nice cashier what is the other cashiers name she then said (Carla). I asked (Laura) does she do all the work she laughed and said no sir then she made excuses for the cashier that was on her phone. But I find that extremely unprofessional. If she getting paid to help customers then why is she on her phone? If your looking for help go to the nice cashier (Laura) she goes all the way to help you. If you want someone to give you poor customer service and just take your money go to the lazy cashier.Second Trip:Same girls so I go to (Laura) she continued going above for me. The other cashier is smoking where you walk in. Which once again unprofessional some people like myself doesn’t want smoke in there face where you walk in maybe have a area just for smokers not where you walk in. When I come back inside I of course go to the one that helps me. I bought strut&coil spring I asked the cashier why are they charged separate if it’s one unit she then tells me it’s per part understandable not that big of a deal. This other cashier (lazy one) says if I didn’t want it take it outside. It might just be me but that’s not professional either. I then explained to her I wanted this part I was just asking what was the price and was it cheaper if they had a bundle type of deal. She then continued to be rude and said no it’s separate. Okay I understand that the nice cashier done broke it down for me and help me understand very nicely. She then walks off. I ask (Laura) what was the manager name I wanted to talk to her she then replied this hateful one was the manager on the weekends. This hateful one is in charge no reason why this company has nothing but bad bad reviews. DO NOT GO HERE. The young lady was so very nice but not enough to change my mind on this hateful woman that’s suppose to be in charge of it. Looks like they need a wake up call on some of there employees I wouldn’t wanna keep the lazy hateful ones around that makes the company lose money and customers.

Well if youre talking about Pick-A-Part in Nashville the only bad thing is the distance you have to walk I feel like they should give people a ride to the vehicles and then give them a ride back once they have their parts off just a suggestion

Cool place a lot of inventory but 45 dollars for a used cluster they may or may not work then one with a crushed front glass still 45 dollars where do these prices come from I can get same used cluster off eBay that’s known to work for 50 bucks it’s a bunch of plastic not like it was anything metal that’s actually worth money? Don’t plan on ever going back was a joke to work that hard to find 2 different clusters just to Ben told at front counter they 45 each what a joke

Review №35

Ive been going there a long time. Probably not any longer. The price sheets, which are readily available as soon as you walk in the door, may not be the price you are charged. I picked up a factory head unit. Radio with cd is what I assumed I would pay. 29.95. She says that will be $49.99 $56.11with tax. I asked why? Her response was because it comes up on our screen. Touchscreen w navigation. I asked where that price was on the sheet? She said it isnt. So youre making up prices? How about updating the price list. Updating online price list because that is shady AF and misleading. They also like to sit and Google part numbers and up the price that way. The two employees just didnt see how any of this was misleading and wrong.

Staff was professional parts were inventoried and vehicles you needed parts from were easy to find been to several salvage yards this is really good impressed on how they keep up and even update inventory as parts are pulled, and was able to look up what I needed over the phone so I wouldnt make a trip for nothing. The only thing missing is maybe a person that could pull parts for you if they had that option, lucky I know what Im doing so it was awesome to get in there and do it myself.

This junkyard used to be awesome. Cost 2$ to go play in the junkyard. But then they started pulling the tire machine stunt. Used to be able to look on the tire rack for used tires. You would pay a fee for mounting and balancing, theyd even put it on ur car for u. Now apparently theyll sell you a tire but surprise, surprise no tire machine. I wonder how they remove the tires from the rims. Must be doing it the old fashion way for all them tires uuuuuummm, yeah right. Went in there last week. Picked out some rims all had bald tires. Cashier said, wouldnt charge me for the bald tires. Left them there and got my doughnut tire to make sure the holes on the rims lined up. A different cashier was trying to charge me for the tires aswell as the rims. She quoted me 200$. I told her to quit smoking crack!!
