I had an experience that I thought would stop me from going to James Corlew to have my vehicles serviced. After close review of my situation, it was corrected by Jason Blurton and I must say I was very impressed by the way my situation was handled. Thanks to Mr. Blurton, I will return!!!! Awesome job!!!
I just wanted to come on here now, after I have had my new car for over 24 hours...I wanna thank Tyler & Jamie in the Service Dept for all your hard work every time I called in or came by with my Chevy Captiva. Tyler Bril, I cant thank you enough for introducing me to Jeremey Russell. Jeremey Thanks for all your efforts and help getting me into my new Diesel Chevy Equinox LT 2018. You made the car buying process bearable even when I could not get the Traverse that I wanted you worked so hard to help me find the perfect car for me...you made sure I was comfortable in the car and with the purchase...you were so kind to my Mom, Bonita Alley and my Boyfriend Brandon Anderson. You stayed late and missed another sale while you and your buddy over in the corner tried everything to make this purchase happen. Please extend my apologies to you beautiful wife and kids for keeping you so late at work. You handed us off to Brett Bishop to sign the paperwork and we laughed to whole time talking about the other finance guy that used to be there...While we were signing the paperwork another co-worker was washing the car and filling it up with fuel and then a torrential downpour happened and all his hard work was ruined...you even had the gentleman to back the car in the bay so Mom would not be soaked getting into the car and us too which was a huge help. We would of all definitely been soaked by the time we got into the car had you not done so. Today I came back by and cleaned out my old car and once again Tyler & Jamie had me cracking up...You guys are wonderful and I appreciate you so much! Went inside to give my registration to Brett and sign another paper for my tag transfer...I have to give you guys in service props cause you all remained calm even when you had an angry upset lady yelling and cussing at you...you all stayed professional and tried your best to help her out...she not only scared me and made me very nervous but several other customers were shocked at her behavior and all they kept saying was man these guys are really good cause thats just not necessary...your poor service manager came out to try to speak with her but she had already gone into the upper lobby yelling in there too. But all was solved and no one was injured. It just goes to show how much you all care and love your jobs. Jeremey Russell even came back outside to see me once again and asked if I was ok with my purchase and as Im told him I love it...Thanks So Much for all you do and I know you will continue to be a valuable employee to the team of employees at James Corlew Chevorlet.
DONT GO HERE! THE WORST PLACE EVER. MY MOM ENTIRE AXLE FELL OFF HER CAR WHILE SHE WAS DRIVIVNG BECAUSE THEY FORGOT TO PUT THE SCREWS BACK!! PEOPLE DONT GO HERE!! SHE COULD OF DIED!!
