Jaden is a great employee. Despite her intimidating presence she was very kind and knowledgeable. Qualities uncommon for someone so young!

The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I visit for something. I have dropped off quite a few UPS items to ship, which has always been easy and quick. The store is pretty good altogether.

Conners the best thing to happen to Staples in Clarksburg/Bridgeport. We looked everywhere for a cable for hooking up a sound bar to tv. Although there were none in stock, he went through his private stash and found us one. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Should promote the guy. Hes way too qualified to work retail.

Worst customer service at their copy and print center. The two ladies were too busy flirting with the UPS guy to acknowledge and help me. Waiting a few more minutes even after he left, needed something from the floor and they did not come out to show me where they item was located, they just shouted behind the counter. Told them the spot was empty and their attitude was oh well thats all we got didnt check inventory. Very, very disappointed. Poor quality customer service.
I dont give bad reviews often, but I honestly cannot remember a time where I didnt hear an excuse why they couldnt do something. The few times they had what I needed in stock it was at least 3 times the price of getting it online.
This place went above and beyond today in helping me with my daughters laptop and her charging cord. I never would have gotten one in time for her to do her work Thank you all so much!!!!!

Called and had me waiting on hold for 40 minutes when I know the store is not that busy. Also the attitude I get every time I call, I will take my money to best buy. Garbage store dont ever plan on going again.
I give UP. I have ordered menus, business cards and other products from this locations and they have been messed up EVERYTIME. I never get a call when my order is ready, so I have to truck it 20 minutes there to see if they are finished. They have “lost” my order twice. I ordered business cards 6 days ago from here, and never received a call that my order was ready, so I stopped by today and apparently it was put on hold without anyone telling me. So I re-order them and nobody seems to know how to get the card to print correctly, even though I have ordered these cards from them twice already. So I told them to just forget it. I go here because the print shop that I used to go to is closed now, and now I’m officially using vista print online. Done.
This is a great place to come get a bit more specialized tech than what Walmart or Sams club will typically offer. The in-store kiosk is very helpful and gives you access to a large amount of product that you normally cant find in store. Return policy is above average and associates are friendly. They may not have everything in store, but they offer good variety.
I have felt with them for 11 years on work orders for my business. I went in today wanting to purchase a office chair price tag of 99.99. They have desk 5 shelf organizer I asled them to throw in with the chair or cut me a deal. They refused. Thats how loyal customers get treated. I wont be back and I will take my printing necessities some place else

I just want to give a shoutout to Russell at the UPS. I was shipping out a picture to my husbands mother and they didnt have a box that fit it, so he spent a solid 20 minutes looking for, and then MAKING, one. True customer service. You the man, Russell!
In my opinion, Staples in Clarksburg, WV has gone fromgood to exceptional.Michael Stump is a fantastic manager. His store is clean, organized, and well run. By observing interactions with his staff, he seems to be highly respected and well liked.I dont want to forget about the staff at this store. They are all helpful and polite, however, in my opinion, one associate in particular is outstanding. He is down to Earth, smart, well informed, polite, friendly and eager to please. His name is Stephen Tustin, a youngman who will go far in life.If anyone wants quality products and service, shop at Staples in Clarksburg, WV.
All I needed was to drop off a prepaid box for UPS and recycle electronics. Other places would be anoid that I wasnt buying anything....Not here. They all were aSo nice and welcoming, I ended up buying some fun things for my grandkids. This store is large, well organized and has great staff!
My experience at Staples was very nice I had some paper that I wanted to get shredded the lady that helped me is always very nice recently I have been there three times always been a pleasant experience

Wide selection and helpful staff, but the print shop is incredibly slow.
Went to by an HP computer on sale. The sales associate informed me they were out of that computer. He went on to convince me that another brand computer was a much better computer. All I can say is that was the most expensive paperweight I have ever bought. I will never trust another Staples salesman again! (EDIT: after writing my post I scrolled down. Only a handful of Staples reviews in total and I already found another disappointed review from the East Pointe WV Staples!)
I went there to pick up a better wifi adapter for my wifes desktop. A rep asked me if he could help, so I told him that I needed a better wifi adapter, and that it had to work with Vista. He then proceeded to chide me on the dangers of Vista, not to sell me an adapter.Most unhelpful. I will not be shopping here any more if I can help it.

All we needed to do was purchase a computer for my son for college. Cameron was very helpful. We bought the HP and requested the 2yr accident protection and virus plan. I suspected Microsoft Office was going to be through WVU, but couldnt remember, so he sold us that, too. A bundled package that was supposed to be cheaper (#5 package that was about 400 on top of the computer itself.) We were told to come back in about 24hrs (That would have been today at noon or 1pm.) We received a phone call about ten minutes after we left the store stating Cameron had forgotten to charge for Virus and Accident protection. Really?? We owed an additional 250? Strange, but ok.We returned to Staples at East Pointe today after 5pm, to be sure they had more than 24hrs to set-up the computer. A rude and huffy service desk employee (Andrew maybe, but definitely not Cameron) told us to come back tomorrow. I said we were told 24hrs. That was 4 hrs ago. He huffed around, asked us if we had data recovery (I thought they could tell what we had purchased) I told him yes. He said it wasnt ready. We didnt leave. He irritably mentioned he would try to do something. He pulled the flashdrive out and said that Cameron didnt plug it in right yestrrday. He wanted us to come back tomorrow. I told him we were leaving at 8am. I needed it tonight. He asked us to give him an hour. I told him WVU was providing Microsoft Office for free, so he refunded that. I asked if I could send someone else back to pick up my sons laptop, or would they need his debit card? No, they assured us anyone could pick it up. Ok.I just received two phone calls from my husband. They didnt charge us for the plan we ORDERED. I asked how did they give a refund on Microsoft Office (part of the #5 bundled plan we had purchased yesterday) if I hadnt purchased it?? Staples guy insisted it was a mistake, but we still owed $250. My husband paid it. I angrily hung up. Less than a couple minutes later, he calls me AGAIN. Staples guy said we may have already taken the EMPTY BOX home yesterday. Im livid at this point. Why would we take home an empty box with NO COMPUTER in it? Staples guy finds it.This was one of the most aggravating purchases Ive ever made. Cameron was helpful yesterday; he just made a mistake. He is young. Thats fine. But the guy today had a horrible attitude that made a simple fix feel aggressively ridiculous.
