The employees were very kind and helpful, I needed a paint match that I bought in, they worked until they matched my sample perfectly

Saturday morning was in the store for 5-10 minutes and received no help. No one was in the front, just before leaving I heard someone on a phone. This is par for this store, I dont know why I expected anything different. So frustrating, I did go to the new competitors store and received help immediately.

The sales associate was very helpful. She matched the color I needed perfectly. I used up the sample she made when I determined it was the right color and then called her to make me a gallon. I arrived at the store 15 min later and it was waiting for me 😁

I took an item in to get the paint matched and had one person in front of me. The salesman never acknowledged I was even there. Granted, the person in front of me was very high maintenance, and kept needing help with more and more things. But I could hear noise in the back and I knew they had more people there. I never got any service and I finally just left.

They can sign up for paint perks and they will keep your color purchases on record for 5 years so you will know what colors you bought. Also, the guy that helped us was so helpful and answered all our questions about that paint would be best for where we were going to use it at Kitchen, bathroom, trim etc.

Their paint colors are great and the quality is better than most, they are very helpful, been doing business there for years..
