Derrick at the Claremont store is very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions and helped my girls pick out accessories for their new phones. They needed to order my new phone and even with the holiday it came in quickly. When I got to the store to transfer everything from my old phone to my new one Derrick was with another customer and still acknowledged that I was there without disrespecting his current customer. Brett kindly stepped in to get things started for Derrick while he was with his current customer. The entire staff in that store are extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Sean was incredibly helpful to me and answered any question that I had. He made me aware of the various deals that Verizon was offering. I am on a motorcycle road trip from Alabama to New Hampshire. Along the Interstate my phone slipped out of my pocket and was crushed by traffic. I walked into the Verizon store in Claremont, NH, and explained my predicament to the young lady. She was very knowledgeable and took care of my every needs. She even explained how we could erase the phone I dropped to factory settings in case by it was still alive. All in all a great experience even with my southern accent.

Mindy was awesome! she greeted us immediately. i wanted a new samsung phone but the selection was extremely limited; there isnt much device availability due to covid delays. she was able to locate one at another location and had it delivered to the store in about an hour. she was able to transfer the data to the new phone within 30 minutes and set up another phone too. mindy was pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. she was patient with me and answered all of my questions. i will 100% come back for future devices!

My old IPhone breathed its last breath today! So I stopped at my Verizon store in Claremont, NH and worked with an associate named Melinda, who got me into a new IPhone in minutes! I left my old phone with her for a half an hour while she transferred all my data from my old phone to the new one and I was on my way! She was professional, friendly and totally competent! I have almost never had a good experience at Verizon, especially Amcomm. HOWEVER, Derrick went above and beyond out of his way to ensure I had great service. From the moment I walked in the store he was professional and welcoming without pushing products on me. Came back the next day and he took time after I left the day before to research my questions without even knowing if I would return! Great service, will definitely return and hope to work with Derrick more often, though Mindy was also polite and professional. They definitely changed my perception of Amcomm in the best way.

Quite excellent customer service and attention to customers needs. They are well staffed with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable people. Even though they are often quite busy, they really work hard to minimize customers waiting times. Even when theyre very busy and Ive had to wait a bit for service, they always acknowledge me, and assure me that they know Im there and that they are working hard to get to me as soon as possible. They are very good at multi-tasking, so that when theres any delay in one persons progress, they use that dead time to help another customer. Whether Im there for some minor problem with a phone I didnt buy there or if Im there to buy a new phone, they always give great, attentive service.Ive been using them for years, and its always a very good experience. The management cares about peoples experiences there, and it really shows.They also have a good stock of accessories.Overall, an outstanding business.

Went there this morning, only person in store. I explained I wanted something simple and not expensive.The young lady walked me over to the $1,000. phones and explained that there was a $200. discount. Again, I explained I was not interested in anything that expensive as she continued to show other expensive phones.I politely asked if there was anthing cheaper. She started to show me cheaper phones on the other table, then walked away to talk to her supervisor, I assume, and left me standing there.Thinking she would be back within a reasonable amount of time. I waited long enough to realize I was being ignored, then walked out.I would not recommend this store for your business.

Staff here have been consistently helpful, professional and I have never felt they were pushing to sell something. They have also been honest about things that people at other Verizon stores werent.When I needed a new phone I went there for service I could trust.

Overall five-star customer service by any and all customer service/tech support representatives at the Claremont New Hampshire Amcom Wireless outlet/authorized Verizon dealer!!!All employees from the manager down are very experienced, highly trained and provide very professional and at the same time very friendly and personable customer service and support!I have been doing all my Verizon related business there for the last eight years now, from upgrading to my next new phone each time to also owning a Verizon tablet, a Samsung fast charger disc which that Verizon outlet carries in stock, not to mention all the other cell phone and other device paraphernalia such as Bluetooths, cell phone screen covers and protective Sheaths, such as OtterBox and others, cell phone and tablet charging cords and basically any and all current necessary and optional equipment and paraphernalia to use with your current cell phone, tablet or other devices!!

I came to the Verizon store because I had started a business and needed to estavlish a business phone line. I had an idea of what I was looking to do but was absolutely clueless as to what Verizon had to offer me. I already had a personal cellphone line with them so I wanted to see how I could blend both business and personal on one device if possible. I was greeted by Melinda the moment I walked into the store and she stuck by my side for the next 3 hours working to meet all of my needs and then exceeding them. She was extremely friendly, insightful (if she didnt have an answer for me, she went and got a answer from someone else for me), polite and made the experience as smoothly as possible. I am very happy with the new set up I have and qould recommend anyone to go see Melinda down at the Claremont Verizon to get their phone and device services.

We just purchased 2 s21 5 g phones. I went into the Newport NH verizon store.The girl that met me at the door. I said hello and got no response, so i proceeded to explain why i was there. She asked me where i purvhased my phones. I said from Verizon. She said with a snap that there would be a $50.00 charge per phone. That if i didntwant to psy that i would have to go to another stote. She very unprofessional. I will never go back there. I then went to the Claremont store. I met witj Mindy and she wad so nice, very helpful and told me the $ 50.00 was an opion thst they coyld charge but quickly explained that if we had to purchase accessories there would be no charge. I recommend the Claremont store to anyone and give Mindy and the store that manager a 10. Very friendly, out going and so helpful. I will never go back into the Newport store and tell everyone to stay away.

After a really frustrating hour long call with customer service trying to activate a new phone I went to the store. The associates there were able to have me out the door in five minutes and even tried to find a free spare of the piece I needed. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.
