I dropped into this Rural King or some home improvements supplies and this is my first time ever been to this box chain or even hearing of it.It’s your typical home improvement store a lot like a Lowe’s or Home Depot but a little bit more on the rustic countryside. I’m sure that this is a reflection of the community that it’s in here in Circleville which is very nice change from the fast pace hustle of Columbus Ohio.As far as typical home-improvement supplies go they have a minimal limited selection but they have a lot of other different things like baby chicks never seen that for sale in a home improvement store before.All in all I can say they were equally price to Lowe’s and Home Depot but if you’re in the area this is definitely a nice store to go to but as I said it’s a little more on the countryside without the frills

We always get our bottled spring water there it tastes so good. We usually pick up bird food and dogfood too. And then browse for bargains. Its our favorite farm store. Oh and free popcorn!

Normally love Rural King but todays experience I called to check and see if they had something in stock they went and looked said it was in stock drove all the way down there they didnt have it soon todays experience was s***

Phone number doesnt seem to work properly, prices on fencing are way too high, had to retrieve it from the shelf myself. No workers around to help me carry a 6ft high 100 foot spool

The people at the Circleville, Ohio Rural King are always so friendly, and ready to help. Today we were thankful for Eric, the store manager who didn’t call on one of his employees to help my husband with loading a chest freezer….he himself helped us out! Thanks, Eric, we appreciated your service.

It seems that every time I go in now there’s always an issue with the staff. But last time the cashier kept rolling her eyes at me and huffed when I told her the price of my fencing was wrong verses the price outside. I showed her the difference luckily she changed it. She got annoyed when I told her I was tax exempt as well. But what’s really annoying is she didn’t even contact anybody to even open the gate for me to get my fence I paid for I waited 10 mins until I finally called. The loader had no idea because she didn’t even tell him. He was nice but he really should have used a dolly to get the fence cuz it made it difficult to grab. Something needs to be done with this store, because the staffing is getting worse. I work retail and I would never roll my eyes at a customer. I wasn’t even being rude with her.

Everything I purchased was on sale. Ten cents for hand sanitizer - didnt ring up correctly, face masks were fifty cents - didnt ring up correctly, bandanas on sale - didnt ring up correctly. WHO caught the error? I did. Luckily, I had added up my purchase before going to the register. My purchase was almost $3.00 over the amount it should have been. So, if you purchased any of these items, check your receipt. They happily adjusted my purchase to the correct amounts.

So I LOVE LOVE LOVE RURAL KING, However Not so much for this particular location! I have been waiting for 6 days for a online order to be filled. Yes I called. Yes I spoke with someone who told me my order should be ready the next day the first 2 times I called. Just for the next 2 days not to have it ready. When asking the last time when would it possibly be ready I was told with a ATTITUDE from the employee It will be ready when its ready. You will get an Email If there is another store near you or a different Rural King close by I would go there.

Love this store! We dont have one near us, so when we go we do a lot of $ damage. The garden ornaments were amazing...bought lots of them.

Pretty cool store. I had never been here before. They have just about anything that you could want. They don’t have groceries though. But the place is very nice an I like the vast variety they have.

Good place to shop. Prices are really that much lower than other places except when they have sales. Variety of items is terrific. Easy to get to and parking is convenient.

I just stopped in earlier, and Bruce (I believe in the fishing stuff) has the greatest hat, and a perfect, gleaming smile. Caleb on the other hand, had the hottest, flowing red hair, and the best pubescent mustache. Will be returning

Interesting store, desperately in need of more electric carts, and carts in general. Due to my disability, I could not explore entire store - too much walking. Nice people, bathrooms in SERIOUS need of attention.

I really enjoy shopping at Rural King. Friendly service, great selection, reasonably priced, it is a distance to travel from my home but definitely worth the trip.

My experience was a great. I must say it was due to two great employees (Vicky and John). It was late and they were helpful with a smiles. Vicky answered the phone even though it was after closing time and trying to finish my purchase. Love this store and the employees.

I wanted to say thank you for saving the 5 kittens that your employees found in your trailer. Im so happy for everyone who works there who cares for even the tiny, 4 week old kittens. I went into the store looking for a pair of black dress cowboy boots only to find their selection was quite sparse. The pair I found on their website was only available for mail order to my chagrin as I need to try shoes on for a good fit.

Mostly stop for animal feed but found jeans for a decent price so win!

Would have been a 1 star rating if not for Michelle, she deserves 10 stars. I looked up what I needed online and it showed limited quantities. So instead of driving 30 miles to the store to find out they didnt have it, I ordered it online for in-store pickup. Got an email saying my order was ready for pickup. When we (the better half went with me) got to the store to pick up the order, the clerk asked if I got another email updating me that part of my order was not in stock. I said no, and explained that the item she said was not in stock was the main reason for the order . The other item was simply an add-on. She said my card would be refunded and we were welcome to search for the item ourselves, the system said they had 4 in stock. We found the tag on the shelf but the area was a mess. We re-organized several items to the correct spots while searching for the item I ordered, but we didnt find the desired item. My wife noticed similar items on the top shelf mostly hidden behind the signage. She found someone to help since a ladder would be required to reach the area. A young man came and helped, but gave up a minute or two. He said this wasnt his area and he would find the proper person and send them over. Soon, Michelle arrived and she graciously searched everything we pointed at and eventually she found the item. God bless Michelle for her kindness and willingness to be so helpful and kind.

Probably had the worst experience at the circleville location. Went to get 14 gates and they sold me some but when I drove around to have them loaded...there were none. Spoke to the manager on duty...he could care less. No customer service at all. A one star is being generous. The store was dirty and unkempt. The 2 young girls at the service desk only cared about who was going on break next...very unprofessional. This rural king is going down hill...wait...it already has.

Unexpectedly this place is a a+ on their clothing and boots. I never expected to find a selection like they have as far as to close and that are 2x tall and above and boots that are I catching and durable at the same time. Check it out if you get a chance and trust me panties will be dropping all over the place.

I usually have good service at any rural Kings. But Rural King store #54 in circleville Ohio over charged me and would not make it right. Charged me 75$ for a case of weed killer and as you can see from the picture it clearly states 18.99

I might shop here more if they were closer but i wasnt too impressed with the crates and pallets in the middle of the walkways. They do have a lot of good pricing and some hard to find items. I bought a battery there, mostly because a friend took me there for his shopping needs, saving about $40 from our local auto parts stores. Pretty much a good place to shop if your in the area.

I had a return and it was hassle free, with all the proper documents. Rural king has so many great products and deals. The one thing I they dont have that they could definitely benefit from, is LUMBER. There are no lumber stores in this area and with a store like Rural King that has everything else, why not add that one last item?

My go to place for fluids for the truck! Love the baby chicks. Hope they get taken well care of

Even with COVID-19 I have felt safe in most places, however Rural King is not one of those. Half the staff either are wears their masks around their necks or arent wearing them at all. Aisles get congested with customers, also not wearing masks waiting toe to toe to check out. Before the outbreak this was one of my favorite places and now I find myself avoiding it almost completely.

A little light on the welding supplies. But a pretty good selection of most everything else. I was actually pretty happy with their selection of printed T-shirts. They have a couple Im going to have to snag for myself and my girlfriend.

Customer service is great. Store is not as orderly as other Rural Kings we frequent but still a nice store

Love Rural King. Unfortunately, yesterday we were shopping and my wife noticed a very large bag of peanuts in the center isle. The sign above the pallet said $9.99. My wife asked a.man at the center desk,which was directly across from the peanuts, what is the price of the peanuts, he looked at her and said 9.99 like was on the sign. When we went to check out our cashier while ringing our order in, rang in the peanuts for about $22. When my wife questioned the cashier about the cost difference, the cashier said the price is right on the register. We stated the sign and a member in the desk stated $9.99. Cashier said theyre wrong, and if you dont want them we can remove it. Which we did. Problem is instead of inquiring, she just said Theyre wrong and shouldnt of told us that.. I realize the bag of peanuts isnt a big deal, the issue is we tried to verify prior to picking the large bagThank you for your time.

First time in a Rural King and to say I was impressed of how much they have to offer between clothing to grocery supplies. Friendly staff indeed, they made sure everything was what I wanted and correct before purchasing.
