The card readers there need to be updated, every time I use it at the self checkout it rejects my card. Customer service trys to tell me theres nothing wrong with the reader and it has to be my card. When they use the reader at there desk it works fine.

Saw a mouse running around behind the deli counter. Deli helper was nice at least

Store was not the cleanest. Overall clean enough though. The electronics area was nice cause they actually had a lot in stock. Customer service was quick & friendly as well

There is quite a bit they could do to better this place inventory isn’t bad they seem to at least have things in stock unlike some other store locally right now. But they could definitely figure out a way to speed up the checkout times.

Always great workers who are happy just to see u and for them to help u. Like i said before i am a Walmart gal!!! Below are the items I have purchase at walmart.

Nice walmart. Everything was restocked and in nice order. People were helpful.

1 register open. Line stretched to clothes racks. Forced me to self check out since I didnt have a huge amount of time. Self check out didnt register what I was trying to purchase. When someone did see me looking for help I should have stood in line. Not a good experience.

Self kiosk is more friendlier than actual employees and it makes me feel more welcome to be in the company

Not as bad as other stores the selves were not mostly empty.

Basic walmart, but alot of shelving is empty, not good at keeping stock out for customers. Last time no carts in store. Had to go back to parking lot to get cart. Never enough check out employees. Always long lines due to no cashiers, never enough employees on duty. You go to a dept and need assistance, its like a role of the dice. Whomever does ordering for this store obviously does not know what they are doing. Been to many other stores and never had lack of material or employees at any other walmart that I have shopped at. Dont know what this stores issues are buy they need to correct how they operate. It is not customer friendly !

I would get five stars except for it can be very busy at times and there wouldnt be enough cashiers but besides still pretty good

Walk in ask where the pillows was, guy come with me it will be easier . Two minutes and I was looking for what I needed, thank you sir and I was back out side in less then ten minutes . Sweet

Sorry but I think Circleville’s Walmart is going downhill. They need to hire more people and ones that actually want to work ! My boyfriend and I went there last night to get a car stereo. No one was in that part of the store. Finally a young man came and I asked if he had the key to open the cabinet. He told me I had to go to customer service and ask them to page someone. Mind u he was young and healthy. I am older and disabled. When I got to customer service there was a very long line. I asked a cashier upfront if she could page someone and all she said is no.Finally found an employee in Pharmacy who would ask them in Pharmacy to page someone. We waited and waited for someone to show up and they never did ! I will be shopping at another Walmart with employees who care about their customers !

Only go if I have too. I do not recommend working there. Or shopping there if you can help it.

This Walmart is usually stocked up on everything with mostly nice employees. One downfall is some places in the store can be dirty all in all 4 stars!

I love going to Walmart. This one was out of a few things I needed but the employees were nice and helped search. Ive had no real big problems or complaints. And I love to go and shop here!

So few cashiers, but self check out was easier.

The absolute worst. Always dirty, most staff are pretty rude. (Except the pharmacy staff, they are always amazing) always see staff milling around while one register is open and only one person is manning the customer service. Shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes to return items.

Wal-Mart is always convenient. Every time I go to Wal-Mart for a certain item they have it. They have a little of everything! Theres something for everyone!!😃😃👍

This place runs hot and cold! Sometimes stocked up and very clean. Other times a complete disaster, shelves unstocked, and in need of a good scrubbing!

He towed a car for one of if friends that was not his to tow he didnt flow yhe right steps before towing it and towed it anyways now hes trying to say its impounded and charging 30 a day for it when it was stolen I no yhe law to towing I did towing and he took a car without yhe proper paperwork so now I got the cops going tomarow and with my mom and she pressing charges on tow plays for tacking yhe car and impounding it him self when the cops did impound it thats steeling David see you tomarow

I skipped my home town Walmart that week to venture out, an what a wonderful surprise, they actually rang out my groceries, Washington Court House does this give you any ideas ; do your job.I buy groceries an you ring them out, thats the way it is supposed to be.

Middle of the day and it wasnt crowded. No mask mandate. Their garden center is looking GREAT.

If you are wanting to dig threw empty boxes to find whats left of groceries on the shelf...shop here. I get everywhere is short of workers but its obvious shelves havent been stocked or touched in a while.

No customer service in electronics waited to find somebody finally asked for help still waited a while longer no help ever showed up except for employees happily saying not my department and waking away

Nice and clean, Customer friendly staff, prices are reasonable. Subway restaurant is located inside of the Walmart store, close to check out area, near entrance, which is convenient to grab and go or dine in there. Sandwich was delicious.

I have been standing in line to check out with my groceries for the past 20 minutes. Store full of people shopping and only have 1 checkout lane with an actual person working. Most of the time I can run through self checkout with a couple things, but when Im actually grocery shopping it is a different story. Walmart is saving so much money by not having cashiers to pay it is incredible!!

Always busy and understaffed, but isnt every Walmart? Not the cleanest or most organized store. Grocery section is always well stocked and prices are awesome. Store availability ONLINE is never accurate once you get there. Very nice greeters, cant say the same for cashiers. Not too many store selections around here so I cant complain too much.

Need to focus on cleaning a little more. The parking lot was litered with trash and inside wasnt much better.

The lanes get backed up at this location and everyone looks like theyre ready for a break but, the shelves are stocked well.

Tried to replace an item that I bought an hour before that was missing pieces, was told it was too late. Asked for the name of the general manager and was told they did not know. I now dont have the part I need and was told to come back in the morning

Great employees, great store and you get some good deals if you catch it on a certain day.

Dont want to have anyone run registers except one lane and the self check out is slow and aggravating. Always have wait on a worker to fix. It would be nice to have option to go to an actual person to get checked out

Employees are pretty standard for Walmarts across the nation, pretend not to see you and hope you dont ask for help, shelves constantly out of the most popular products, fairly typical walmart experiance.

I found a low cost costume

Purchased something today that was marked in 3 place $.20, but rang up for $5. Was told I could have for $2.50 and not a penny less. They do not honor their prices that they have on their products. Very disappointed today

This visit was bad. On a Saturday afternoon, they had TWO manned check out lines. And the one line was manned by the slowest cashier in the world. Nice, but SLOW. There were, not exaggerating, at least 8 people waiting in the lines for the time I was in line.

This is one of the worst walmarts I have ever been too. There are never any registers open there are more personal shoppers than actual people to help. Half the people working there cant help you or ignore you. The personal shoppers will park right in the middle of the aisle and just stay there on there phones. I have even said something about dark brown meat they were selling that it needed to be pulled because it was obviously bad and was just ignored.

The people loading are great rite to ur car.

This store almost always has empty shelves, and not just of essential supplies. They also only had ONE checkout lane open at 5pm on a Sunday

Everytime I place in order with store pick up Im never getting what I ordered, or the pick up team says its out of stock, but when you go in after they place your items in your vehicle, its right on the shelf. Oh and dont bother calling because they never pick up the phone

Needed some paint. No one at paint counter. No one around paint counter. Waited and called store via my cellphone. They said they would page someone. I have waited almost 45 minutes at this point. My advice is buy your paint anywhere except Walmart. They obviously are too busy to help their customers. They deserve zero stars, but I have to give them 1 for a review.

Wish more lines were open also wish they wouldnt close the doors by the pharmacy side before 9 oclock. Its kind of a pain to walk clear across the parking lot. Nice store and well kept.

The urinals were very clean. Been in other Wal-marts that had a strong odor of urine. Here however, the urinal cakes were working properly.

They rarely have what I need in stock. And they have a terrible selection in their baby section. It seems like this is an ongoing problem, so most of the time, I go out of my way to visit the Grove City Walmart, which pretty much always has what I need.

Shelves are not fully stocked, and often times, they are out of whatever I am shopping for.Very dirty and messy store as well.If I go to this Walmart, I know Ill probably have to make an extra trip to another store anyways...

I shop here because Im local Im pretty familiar with where things are until there is a reset. I have never had any issues with staff. But I try to get along with everyone.

They always seem to have horrible lines, and the self scan machine are often down. Aside from that though, I generally always have a good shopping experience. The employees are kind and helpful, the shelves are always organized, and I never have problems finding the items that I go on looking for.

I like the set up of the store but I was having a rough time finding long grill lighter, I asked one employee in passing & she informed me that she was off the clock!! I asked a total of 3 employees gate to report no help, but my husband finally found them in the camping section!!! Awesome price too!!

Havent been here in awhile but they were very nice

Went to get an oil change. No cars in the bay. No customers but was told I had to make an appointment! Last time I made an appointment I was here 2 hours due to them taking in walk ins Totally unacceptable business practice!!!
