I understand supply chain issues are outside of employee control. I also don’t expect Sherwin Williams to take losses on the transportation of materials, however this recent 5% price jump is problematic because the only one spending more time driving to get materials is me, as their employees won’t accurately inform me of quantities at other stores. So I take their word that materials are at another store and immediately drive an additional forty minutes only to not have the material available. Just shop at the box stores, cheaper prices and same careless service without the pomp.Edit: the pricing issues and the supply chain issues are less of a concern compared to store employees being unable to accurately tell me where materials are. I was told that the commercial store had the materials I want, I drove immediately to the commercial store and they told me they don’t have it. They said I should have your employees look it up. Your employees already told me they looked it up. I’m not a random customer off the street, I’m a commercial customer for 5 years, I’ve exclusively have used your products in the five years since I’ve started my business. It’s not a problem if you don’t have the materials, it’s a problem that your staff won’t look. Spend the less than 3 minutes it takes to look it up. Again, I’m not frustrated that you don’t have paint. I’m frustrated that you have me drive to stores that you say have the paint I want and then they don’t have it, and didn’t have it. It’s wasting my time.
I have been in a few times since the beginning of Covid and Cindy has been there everytime. Mostly I go in knowing what I want and Im a simple customer. This time however I was THAT customer. Picked out a color and didnt love it, when I went back in to try to remedy it Cindy spent the time to help fix it. I was super wishy-washy but she was patient and really helped. In the end she helped me come up with a color that I now love in my bathroom. I love this store, its been great to me over the last 4 years!

Great place to buy paint! Plenty of selection and helpful people. Alex helped us with our paint choice today. Very personable! Look for coupons 30% off coupons are circulating. And dont be deceived by what looks like a store closed sign as we almost were. They are there!

Most times the employees are knowledgeable about decorating and what does and does not go together. And we love their paint.
My husband purchased two gallons of paint from this location while passing through the area to use as touch up paint on our home. When we opened the paint to use it the can rim was severely bent in two spots due to being improperly removed from the machine at the store. So severely, that the can will not seal properly. Their response to fix the problem was for us to return to that store (which is a 45 min drive) and they would put it in a new can (we would loose alot the paint) or pay $5 to have the store near us put in in another can..Seriously???? This is what you pay top $$ for.? Would have given this location a 0 rating if possible....UPDATE: Its been 4 days since my phone call to this location. Manager was supposed to call me. As of today I havent received a phone call. Another example of the type of customer service you can expect from this location....
I have been coming to this store for years now and I am always so happy with the service from the team here. Everyone I have worked with is so patient and helpful. I will always come here for my paint needs.

I have painted professionally for 30 yrs. Sherwin - Williams paints are a great product. It covers well, looks good and holds up for many years. All around one of my favorite paints.
I would have liked to actually receive the color of paint that I requested, not once but twice.
