Thank you to the Office Furniture Source team for all their hard work with the order of my new desk. From Donna who came out and measured the space and provided the quote to the delivery team, Justin and Tim, who put the desk together and set it up for me. Everyone did a fantastic job.

Just like a bad car dealership! Awhile ago, started working with Sam. He had said he was offering me a discount and started helping me try to find a desk. He had been taking forever with the process, I mean months, and kept putting me off to work with someone else, usually businesses offering him more commission. He finally said we arent a good fit and admitted he clearly didnt even know what he was doing and passed me off to Ed, another sales person there. Said Ed has the right to charge me what he wants cause each sales person can charge you whatever they want to. Ed wanted to charge me $1000 more for the same exact thing. Literally the worst experience I have ever had with buying any kind of furniture. DO NOT BUY HERE! They will rip you off. Find it elsewhere. Go to Office Furniture Connection in Erlanger, Ky or Loveland, Oh and talk to Josh. Much better, faster and more honest experience there. And they can get you anything this place can for cheaper and without the cheap car experience. Josh was right to the point, got things handled in a day and didnt overcharge me at all.

Visited this establishment to find a desk chair or two and a sit stand desk. I know the price on the chair I got was near the retail price. My daughter got one she was liking from the clearance area. Both should be really solid. What was pleasantly surprised was that I purchased a sit stand desk. The price of the new desk I found on-line was going to be expensive after the accessories were included. They had an absolutely amazing cherry veneer desk with two side pedestals of 3 drawers each. I asked about the price and it was on clearance. I brought it for the same price as the on-line minimalist desk I had specd. Looking forward to the delivery of the desk and chair then the home office will be fully outfitted.The COVID19 precautions were excellent. The door was locked and avoided just any old walk-in customers. They met us wearing their masks. We wore ours. The entire time the staff that we met had masks covering the mouth and nose. Kudos! They had shields by the counter, masks available if you needed one and hand sanitizer.Update several months later, I really like the desk and the chair. Today, the glass top I ordered was delivered. Looking forward to not worrying about ruining the desk’s finish do to carelessness.

Marita helped me set up my dental office waiting room, consultation room, and break room upon recommendation by my decorator. She was very patient, and gave suggestions and ideas that I wouldnt have imagined myself. She even Incorporated thoughts on pieces that were not purchased at Office Furniture Source. Measurements were utilized to accurately determine what I needed (it was perfect) and I was not oversold. The delivery crew was on time and courteous as well. Marita even came to my office after all was set up to check it out and verify that all was good. Great experience!

During the 11 years Ive been a customer with Office Furniture Source (Cincinnati location), Ive always felt like Ive come away with more than what was paid.My experience is that this company sets a new standard as far as doing what they say. They are friendly, responsive and the service is incredible. They worked wonders at acquiring parts (which could have left me either stranded or faced with buying new again) and they perform repairs in a skilled and timely fashion, all the while standing behind what they sell.I rarely make reviews but this is well-deserved. Very professional. Much satisfied.

A very friendly environment I went there to pick up some furniture and they was not even open at the time when I went there and I went to the door and they allow me in and gave me everything I need and also help me load it up which was a bonus and A+ and were very friendly and called you nice environment really enjoyed the few minutes I were there and the people that work there that was very friendly thanks for the time and I would recommend my friends to your furniture store thank you
