I enjoy this store however need some supervision of check out staff. Today every piece of fruit I had was slammed down by the check out clerk. Not sure who she was mad at but I am worried about bruised apples, bananas, grapes and other purchases.

Love their coffee kiosk. Helpful and friendly staff. I want some cream for my coffee. Ask a friendly team member could he get me some cream. Within minutes he refill carafe with a smile. To me that is grand service.

Had the Labor Day Shrimp Boil for a group of 7 and it was OUTSTANDING! Great service (as always) in the store. It;s a joy to shop at Fresh Market in Oakley.

A cute lil market. Like a local version of Whole Foods.Side note…they have a parking lot attendant who stares down everybody coming in and out of the lot. Sometimes he waves. Idk it’s weird.

Went in for a dessert and found an awesome selection and a real friendly & helpful baker.

Every time I shop Fresh Market setting is not put in cart at check out. Its so dark and small I cant see what they are doing Roast chicken. Never gets to my bag. why?

It may seem small inside but the do have a wide selection of products. The homemade croutons are my favorite, they never make it to my salad

I asked the Assistant manager when they may get in a wine I loved that I had not seen since last summer. He took down my name and number and said he would see what he could do. No sooner than 5 minutes after leaving the parking lot he called me and stated he was able to get a case for me by this Friday. Talk about SUPERB customer service!

I visited Fresh Market on Wednesday to get my weekly chicken and ground turkey. I just started going to Fresh Market for meat instead of Kroger, and I can taste the difference, Fresh Market meat being a lot fresher and better tasting.During my last visit at the meat counter, Alvin was extremely helpful. He told me I had come on the wrong day, and Tuesday was the best day to come. He stated that chicken and ground turkey were half off on Tuesdays (cheaper than Kroger). I will now make Tuesday my shopping day!Thanks, Alvin!

Small but lots of great quality items to choose from. Their prepared sides section varies from store to store, but you can find some pretty tasty food!

I love going to Fresh Market when I just have a few items to pick up. The produce is beautiful. The employees are friendly and helpful. My fellow customers keep their masks on, and they maintain a good physical distance. When meat products are on sale its a really good deal. Perfect for a smaller shopping run.

I love The Fresh Market. I like the fresh salads and meats you can purchase, that are made fresh daily. I love that the aisles are not very long,everything is easy to find and checking out is fast. The Fresh Market products are wonderful.

With as hard as it is to find healthy food today we need more stores like this. This place solves a public health issue in a way. Keep up the great work!!!!!

I bought turkey bacon fresh out the case and got home and the meat was no good and slimy. I tried calling multiple times and no one ever answered.

I find interesting flowers and set ups there.

A little pricey, but they carry some things that most other grocers dont. I come here to treat myself but wouldnt/couldnt do a whole shopping trip here.

I love this place! Everything Ive tried from the hot foods and the salad bar has been delicious! Everything else Ive tried is super fresh.

I understand the desire to keep as much parking available for your patrons, given how limited parking in the area is, but personally I found it a little creepy that there was a man standing in the middle of the entrance to the lot keeping track of all the cars. He was there both times I visited.Otherwise, the selection of organic products is decent, although fairly expensive.

I personally didnt like it i could have received better customer service given the high prices. I went to 3 different departments 1 was very helpful the other said you dont see it we dont have it .. They didnt bother to check check out wasnt better i am asking where to check out and after wondering around the clerk simply stood there no nothing until i was told they couldnt bag my things and to use your own bag or place in the bag provided for the hot meal purchased. For a 1st time shopper i was not impressed at all

While the groceries are a little more expensive than youd see at Kroger, they have some very fun and unique products. The store is also very clean, and organized, making it a pleasant trip to the store.

Good for the occasional random stop for a few things, but for the most part they just have a limited selection of things you can find elsewhere for cheaper

We visit this market about 3-4 times a week as it’s super convenient in Oakley and the food is always fresh. We pick up meals that are already prepared and just needs quick time in the oven. They have great $20 deals that include entree, sides and dessert that you really can’t beat!

They have some different assortments of food. Like their prepared foods, sushi. One thing I dont care for is their prices at times.

I am a senior citizen living in a senior building across the street from a church food pantry that receives donations from this store. They are incredibly generous and every thing is wonderful. This is a very good place.

The weekly meal deals are the best kept secret thats not really a secret.

Great quality for some of the goods I buy there. Prices are higher for same exact brands and containers of berries and select vegetables.

Pricey but definitely my favorite food store.... High quality, fresh, healthy food.

My Family will never support this store again. I used to enjoy this experience, as a village privilege, but my wife has experienced 2 incidents by the Black African American staff in your location, in the past 6 months, where they are rude, racial, on the attack and aggressive.

Fresh Market is not where I buy all of my everyday groceries because staples can be pricey here (although comparable to Whole Foods). They do stock boutique and local brands if you want to try something different or are making a special meal. However, they have excellent weekly meat specials, really good baked goods, and their prepared foods like roast chicken and sides are amazing! If you dont want to cook but want fresh homemade food and a great selection of side dishes for a good price, stop by Fresh Market.

Love shopping at this lovely place, makes grocery shopping fun. Their cut flowers last forever!

Kinda pricey, but usually good produce. I would give them more stars if they would stop replacing all their good pasta with egg noodles. My kid has an egg allergy and youve replaced all her fave pastas, including the heart-shaped veggie pasta, with egg noodles. Gotta shop elsewhere now :(

I love Fresh Market and have gone for years (and will continue to support them). I like the ease of being able to run in and get out quickly. Its not like the standard grocery shopping experience and feels inviting from the first step in the door. Unfortunately, lately, theyve taken to hiring workers that are not synonymous with the image theyre trying to project. Last Christmas they had to fire one of the men behind the meat counter because he botched a ton of orders. People were 3 deep at the meat counter and were so upset due to this imbecile. They told me we cant find your order, to which I replied, well Im not leaving until you hand me something. I walked out with my tenderloin but I have a feeling someone else did not. Totally unacceptable. This morning I was gathering ingredients for an appetizer for tonights party and decided Fresh Market would likely carry this particular gourmet item. The polite gentleman transferred me to a gal who claimed I cant hear you but Ill go check. Okay? How can you check on an item if you didnt HEAR me? She comes back to the phone, tells me they have the item she couldnt HEAR me request and slammed the phone down! Do they know how many stores are in this area? Kroger just built a new beautiful market down the road! Hey Fresh Market, try hiring workers that actually possess the ability to communicate in an intelligent, articulate, polite, respectful manner.

I love this place! I go here to pick up individual meals, and they always have a great and tasty selection. The staff is very friendly and personable (not on auto-pilot). Calm environment, and easy to shop. Would recommend over other similar grocery stores.

Love love love the fresh market. Wish they had one closer to me, but its worth the drive to get food you cant find in Kroger. Prices are higher than most shops, unless you find the deals. The organic section is the best.

Everyone there is super nice and helpful, and they can have amazing sales. While the food they offer is good, it can get expensive and there arent always options for people with food restrictions - although I feel like thats only because the store is smaller.It honestly feels like a neighborhood mom and pop grocery with an amazing wine and beer selection. I continue going there when I can, but I cant get everything I need because of my food restrictions unfortunately.

Love their offerings here. Although a bit pricey at times they have a good selection of brands and also in-store prepared food items. Try their smoked salmon or any of the baked goods.

Love this market for a quick run in, its nice to be in and out of the store in minutes instead of hours like at the mega stores. The deli made bbq chicken pizzas are divan, the deli land bakery staff are so kind. All the staff are.

Fresh Market has a great butcher dept. Good red meat variety, chicken selections & seafood etc. The little big meals are really great and change weekly. The roastisteree meats in prepared foods are delicious.Easy to get in and of store if you arent distracted by the fresh flowers, coffee and beer/wine selections.

Fresh Market offers great selection and employs friendly, helpful people but its a pricey place to shop. If your money is burning a hole in your pocket, this is the store for you.

They have great meat products, especially the fresh chicken. Their produce is also excellent, better than the large box grocery stores.

Great produce, excellent customer service. The strawberry rhubarb pie is heaven. I found the store to be flawless and that is where I shop when I am needing special foods, they are so much better than any other specialty food store. Their almonds in bulk are the absolute best!

Great little store with lots of variety. Especially like their almond butter made fresh with no additives. Does lack the personality that I find in those working at Fresh Thyme.

Usually a great place for meats, veggies, fruits and small unique items. I.e Cards, candles, etc.

They have the best Irish soda bread on the planet, seasonal of course. And their French vanilla bread is to die for. They have many ftrsh and healthy products along width some organic groceries.

The best grocery store in the Oakley, Hyde Park, and Pleasant Ridge area. The Kroger stores in HP and Oakley are a stressful pain in the a** to get in and out of and Fresh Thyme, while better, is still in a busy area. Fresh Market has a very helpful staff, great selection and, most importantly to me, is a stress-free place to shop.

Overpriced but the grocery selection is definitely excellent quality. The butcher was extremely helpful and willing to help. Nice selection of prepped meats and cooked meals.

Snobby place to shop but the meat and baked goods are usually good quality.

Store seems much better than the Kenwood store. Had some hard rolls that were the best I have had since leaving New York. It does seem cleaner than Kenwood, not nearly as many fruit flies and it does not smell like a leaking sewer main.

Absolutely horrible customer service and staff. A friend and I came in and asked if we could try some samples from salad bar, they told us we could and before we knew it they were kicking us out for supposedly shoplifting. At no point did anyone come over and ask anything or communicate at all, just complete rudeness disrespect from an apathetic bunch of sociopaths with with the faces of I really wish I werent here right now. Even though the products were unique and enjoyable, the customer service just ruins everything.

The store is so dark I cannot read the labels in the grocery aisles, cannot see what they are or the prices. The nutrional labels on the bulk items are printed on difficult to read tags and not included on the labels attached to the pre packaged containers. The deli staff frequently ignores me. The check out staff are ALWAYS nice and try to be helpful. Good cookies! Everything is expensive.

Decent selection but dont go when youre in a rush Ive never seen more than one cashier working at a time and there is no self checkout.

Only place to shop for meat, both red & white. But you need to go on Tues, great prices. .

High price, low wages is the fresh market way. Over half of the people from opening are gone. The wages were a joke, plus they forgot to pay what they had promised. Dont waste your money shop at Trader Joes.
