Called to get a quote and the receptionist Sarah was extremely rude and passive aggressive. Here I am attempting to simply get a quote on easily a $10k job and Sarah refused to give me the contact information of the person I needed to speak with. Customer Service goes a long way.No Thanks!

I cant say anything about their company but its hatefully tacky to ask for an upfront payment of their $98 service call fee. Im more than happy to pay them to repair a door at one of my office buildings but to ask for payment up front like Im some sort of credit risk, nope, not going to happen.

As a first time customer, I highly recommend Allied Glass and will definitely use them again. We hired them to replace two large fogged windows on either side of our patio door. They visited our home 4 days after I called to request an estimate, and the work was done within less than 3 weeks of my initial phone call. We are very happy with their work, and their customer service is top notch.

Highly recommend Allied Glass! Our office needed some sound-decreasing windows. I spoke with Sarah initially and she could not have been more pleasant and helpful. When it came to sizing and quotes, they were on time, worked quickly and provided a couple of different solutions, with the pros and cons of each. They were extremely knowledgeable and were more than happy to explain everything to us in detail. They even offered solutions for other windows in the office without forcing the product. Company canceled installation with 2 hours notice after i had taken of work to accommodate them. Appointment was rescheduled with Allied for next day but I decided to cancel my appointment when i found a company that could repair my window pane on short at a better price. During my call to cancel with Allied I was pressured to keep my appointment because they had a copy of credit credit card on file.

Zac and Sarah helped me when I had two broken glass panels in my entertainment center after moving. Super nice people!!! Took the measurements and cut the new pieces right there on the spot and now my entertainment center is good as new. I highly recommend Allied Glass on Reading!

THANK YOU! Allied Glass was amazing to work with. I called them in tears because my house had been broken into via a glass window. Sarah was beyond sweet on the phone, trying to calm me down as well as help me. Her manager happened to be in the area and was at my house within 15 minutes of the call. All together, my glass was replaced within 4 hours. My only complaint was that the estimate that was first given was much lower than what the final bill was ($100 difference), but with the service they provided, I was not concerned with the price. Excellence customer service!!

We received a vanity for my daughter on the day of her 4th Birthday and it was the only gift we had for her, and the mirror was broken. I called in a panic and spoke to Sarah. She put me at ease that they could get the mirror replaced quickly to have in time for her celebration. My husband rushed it down and they cut a new mirror. Then Sarah replaced it for us on her own! We are so grateful and would recommend to everyone we know.
