Well let’s just say I had to stop at Kroger’s to buy flowers and a card for Valentine’s Day. I placed an order on 2/10 and stated it needed to be delivered by 1PM as my fiancé leaves by 3PM. I called Lutz flowers at 2:30PM due to the flowers not being delivered yet. The nice lady did call the driver but he said he would not make it by 3PM. Needless to say I had to cancel my order and my fiancé was very disappointed she received nothing. My fiancé understood but i was still mad and ashamed she got nothing. Guess I will try different flower place next year. First and last year of my business. Would not recommend.

As we grew into our career paths, I’ve watched years and years worth of her creative magic when it comes to wedding flowers. When I got engaged, there was no doubt in my mind or my mom’s mind who was going to do my wedding flowers. When I decided on the flowers I wanted, Stefanie drew up an estimate before our actual consultation so I could figure out if I needed to change anything based on our budget. I could tell she knew exactly what my vision was and was going to get it right! Just for fun and for absolute confirmation that we were getting the best deal on top of the best service, I sent my requests of 9 bouquets, 4 large and 4 small centerpieces, 13 boutonnières, and 5 corsages to another local florist. The quote I received from this other local florist was $1600 MORE than Lutz AND that didn’t even include delivery, set up, or tax! FOR THE EXACT SAME THINGS! We met with Stefanie for our actual consultation, and sure enough, she had everything down to a tee. I left feeling happy and comfortable. I will admit, flowers are the most uncertain thing you’ll do for a wedding because you won’t see what you’re getting until the day before or day of your wedding, and you just have to really trust the person doing them will get it right. You can put your trust into Lutz to know your vision and budget will be met. One problem we ran into was ALL of the sweet pea in the city was delivered dead. Lutz searched everywhere to try to find sweet pea for my flowers, but had no luck. Stefanie had a great back up in mind and made it all work out! Stefanie, you are AMAZING! Thank you for all you did for me! I have received SO many compliments on how beautiful my flowers were! You are a floral goddess!
