I ordered 10 holiday baskets for my teammates at work and couldn’t have been more pleased with the excellent service I received. The baskets were beautiful and filled with wonderful, tasty items. Excited to order more gifts from here in the future!

I live out of state and needed a gift basket delivered locally in Hyde Park at the last minute during the busy holiday season. I had a minor issue ordering online, and the customer service couldnt have been more awesome. Not only did they quickly resolve my issue, they prepped and held a gift basket for me without me asking, and delivered it the following day. It was a hit and I will definitely be ordering from them again.

My mother and I stopped in to grab a bottle of wine for dinner. We were greeted by the older lady at the register and continued to look for wine in the back of the store. About 5 mins after we entered she came back to us and said We have people waiting if youre just going to browse. We only allow a few people in at a time. pretty much telling us to buy something or leave. I decided to take my business elsewhere.

Great product and awesome service! It was around 2:00 PM when I called to inquire about having a basket delivered the same day and Mary was just incredible. She took my order over the phone and called me back a few minutes later to confirm that she could in fact have the order delivered that day. Stopped in today for the first time. I have an extensive wine cellar of premium, boutique wines. This store has the best selection of premium wines, wonderful cheeses and meats, olive oils that I’ve seen in the Midwest at a small privately owned business! The wine prices are very fair too. Hats off to the owner! Nice lady....we talked to her as well. Great hidden treasure in Hyde Park Square!!!

Best wine store in Cincinnati, hands down. Evelyn consistently gets fabulous small production wines that cannot be found elsewhere in Cincinnati. Better yet, if you go in there and tell her what your menu is for your dinner party, she and her incredibly helpful staff will steer you to the perfect wine for every course and make sure it matches your budget. Her tasting events are amazing and the food selections are always first rate. Great prices too! If you dont see something you want -- just ask. She has tons more wine in underground storage and has the connections to get almost anything you can imagine.

Hyde Park Gourmet creates and delivers wine gift baskets for us. We build outdoor living spaces for our clients, so we are at our clients homes for several weeks and get to know them and their families. When we complete a project, we like to send a gift they can enjoy with their new living space. Hyde Park Gourmet Gift Baskets have been a favorite with our clients. Wonderful gift baskets and superb customer service!

Best soups in the area, HANDS DOWN! Especially the Gazpacho! The only negative is that Gazpacho is not made year round - no matter how much I beg for it. And on top of the soups, the sandwiches are a favorite of my kids. If you are in Hyde Park, definitely stop in. Besides the great soups and sandwiches, the people who work there are knowledgeable about their wines and always welcoming!

I visit the area to see friends and family and have had nothing but great experiences here. I can stop in and get a bottle of wine and some gourmet snacks without having to plan ahead. Its nice to find selections that you cant just get at your local grocery store. I also used their gift basket service this Christmas and my friend was so pleased with it.

Bought a wine and snack gift basket here for our boss. Super friendly and helpful people and lots of gift basket options, at least during the holidays. Only downside is also sort of an upside - its right on Hyde Park Square so lots of other shopping around it, but parking is difficult.

Not sure if it was my messy afro or workout clothing but something merited an “extra service level” in this place. The “kind” host insisted that he “help me pick out” a $10 bottle of prosecco, which he grabbed with himself and passed directly to the cashier. As I was checking out I looked to see if the white couple behind me received the same concierge treatment. They browsed freely 😒. Typical Cincinnati I guess.

Great wine shop, best in Cincinnati. Very curated selection - from entry level to rare, hard-to-find gems. If you are looking for a serious bottle this is the place to go. Evelyn is very friendly and knows her stuff (shes also a certified somm with the Court of Master Sommeliers). If you are really into wine, I definitely recommend visiting.As a side note, ignore the sham review posted by Eric Salome below. The guy is a fraud and pariah. I have first hand knowledge of the fact that he is nowhere near his Master of Wine. Thats like a 4th grader claiming to be one level shy of their PhD. No MW candidate would ever behave in the unprofessional way he has. Nor does he understand how state regulated pricing works in Ohio (hes not from here) - his comments about the prices are a total fabrication. All prices are at the OH state minimum.

A terrific wine store with knowledgeable staff

I love coming to this store because they remember what I like and are very helpful in making great selections for what I am looking for, whether it is wine, olive oil, or a gift. I recently had a dinner party and the staff made outstanding recommendations for hors doeurves, cheese, and paired wines perfectly for my menu. I go out of my way to shop there.

Best wine shop in Cincinnati hands down.We drive extra distance to visit HPGF&W. Evelyn (the owner) has a ton of knowledge, and they have very nice wine tastings and events.

Evelyn and her staff went above and beyond to acquire a case of Pol Roger Champange (1998 Winston Churchill Cuvee) for me and for all the trouble gave me an outstanding price which was not anticipated or expected. If you are someone with discriminating taste in wine, cheese, or other delectable food stuff please, please, please visit and make it your one stop shop for all things delicious! Again, my thanks to everyone at Hyde Park Wine for making my shopping experience extremely pleasant. I will be back for years to come!
