Do Not Go to this store to buy phones !! I have two complaints. First time I went to this store was to upgrade I wanted pro max 11 they I thought I paid for a pro max 11 they put me down for a pro 11 which is two different phones they kept sending a pro 11 which was not the phone that I wanted. Moral of the story sprint took my activation fee for a phone I never even had, took out the box, or walked out the store with because this store want to keep putting in the wrong information. Second I go back months later to get another phone added on to my line it was 45$ a month which was a deal which was fine my phone bill come back it’s 304 for a probation rate that I was never informed about. All the worker had to say was come back on a different day or time and you won’t have to receive an extra 100$ on your bill but noooooo from my knowledge they get paid for this extra fee.
These Kids who work here are uneducated on sprint products and services. We went to upgrade and ended up with and extra 120 on our bill just for and employee(Kid) to get commission. Sprint refuses to adjust the amount and oh and we have an extra line..SMH.GO TO A CORPORATE STORE...DONT COME TO SPRINT WE HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER A DECADE AND THEY TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE NOTHING..

The young men at this location were very helpful and easy to talk to. I highly recommend going to this location to get your phones.
Worst customer service ever. When I went inside with my kid they kept play 18+ songs. And I have been with sprint for 20 years and I asked them about couple of deals but they didn’t cooperated with me at all. Employees kept saying they can’t do anything without even checking on their computer but when I went to different location they gave the deal which this place said there is no possibility to do that.
Customer service sucks here! They are so rude to you and try not to even help.
