Do not use this company! They will tell you what you want to hear about delivery dates but nothing actually gets delivered on time. Dont even try to get an update on your order or a straight answer from customer service. If you dont hound them, they wont even bother contacting you. Im two weeks into school with no desks and no answers.
One of the wheels broke off a lectern that we purchased 4 or 5 years ago. Even though they couldnt find the order (I didnt have the original order available), they offered to send us replacement wheels free of charge. This will certainly have me looking at their company the next time we have to purchase something.
Dont waste your time here. Buy from a company that has the product in their own stock vs drop shipping. I refuse to deal with drop shippers. School Outfitters sat on our order for 2 weeks before telling us the item was out of stock. They claim they informed us because had we clicked their tracking link, we would have seen the delayed status. I call bogus. Our company calls or emails customers directly when issues like this come up.
The BEST customer service. My company move was delayed by a month which could have caused huge delivery issues. But, NOPE, last minute nonetheless, Caitlin comes through, gets our order pulled off the loading dock and HELD!!! She was on top of it in literally minutes!!! Great prices and customer service...VERY rare...and appreciated. Thanks, Caitlin!!!

If you think you might have a return on anything you order, think twice before ordering from this company. Hard to get a call back; had to follow up to finally get a return authorization; I do NOT get reimbursed for initial shipping cost; I am responsible for the return shipping cost; and there might be a restocking fee. Cost to return was not even reasonable or feasible, so I am stuck with it.
We recently purchased cots made by School Outfitters and sold by a third party. After assembling 3 of the 4 cots, we realized the yellow cot was missing a piece. Unfortunately the third party vendor offered a measly 10% back (although 25% of the order was unusable), or to return the product in which they did not have a replacement in stock. So, I looked on the tag on the cot and called the manufacturer, School Outfitters. It was the weekend so I left a message. First thing Monday morning I received a call and they are shipping us out the missing part free of charge! I am thrilled at the customer service we received from School Outfitters, even though the vendor we purchased from clearly came up short. I highly recommend School Outfitters as my joy will only be surpassed by that of my kids when they find out that we will be able to keep their new cots that they already love.
