This installation was ridiculous! An hour outside of their 8-10AM window. Pieced together molding!? Missing trim boards from what they removed? Holes from the outside for bugs and water? Cant figure out how to cut a 45º angle? Two different colors of caulking slapped on so messy it looks like a kindergarten project.For the low-low price of $5,000. RUN! Dont walk. RUN!The measure of a company is whether they make good. Will update if they do. I suspect Ill just be asking for my $2,500 back from the deposit.==UPDATE==Rep came to the house and agreed that the trim and caulking was done incorrectly, and will be removed and replaced. RBA subcontracts out the work to be done in your home.==UPDATE==THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE FULL AMOUNT AND THE JOB ISNT EVEN DONE!! WHAT?!?!

So far the experience with Renewal by Anderson has been extremely pleasant. No high pressured in home sales tactics that we have had in the past. Professional, experienced, and knowledgeable folks. The ethical solution to a slight oversight was very much respected and appreciated. You get what you pay for and hoping the installation of our new windows will go as planned and Ill be able to write an amazing review in a couple months!

I have attempted to schedule a quote several times and no response. They keep sending me coupons in the mail and when I call I get cut off. Would love to get a quote and possibly get new windows but at this rate I doubt I will use them any way

I paid $2400 in April as a deposit on two picture windows. I was given a July installation date. In July I was rescheduled to October. On the day of installation my appointment was cancelled. It has been over a week and I still have no installation date (after almost 6 months after I paid my deposit). I contacted my sales person and she said she would contact scheduling department. There has been no outreach from the company since my appointment was canceled.

Chris was so knowledgeable, professional, courteous and even called us prior to leaving his location to give us an estimated time of arrival. He answered every question we had and we learned so much from him. We would HIGHLY recommend him and this company to our friends, family, neighbors and business partners.

Very great experience with the window measurement team to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted. They were very responsive. Great quality window too.

Ridiculously expensive. After waiting 4 months for patio door installation, They set date. I took day off work. I answered their text message that, yes, they were scheduled and I would be home. 2 days before installation, man called and said they lost my door, no installation Monday. He would call Monday to reschedule. Monday came and went. Its Wednesday still nothing. Worst business Ive ever felt with!

We had the pleasure of meeting Chris Pitsch. He came to do the exact measurement for our new windows. He was very thorough about his job and making sure the windows will fit well. The doors that I ordered and had installed didn’t fit right and had the wrong hardware. Still waiting on the fix. 👎 Terrible communication and customer service. Would NOT recommend.

We are in the process of replacing/upgrading our homes main interest. We are very satisfied with our design consultant, and equally pleased the what we learned from Jonathan who made the precise measurements and advised us on preparative work that needs to be done prior to installation. He is a good communicator and we enjoyed the side conversations.

A few weeks ago, a sales rep came to my house to talk about Anderson Windows. We purchased them; today Jonathan came and carefully measured the windows and once again explained what we were getting. He was professional, came on time, but did not waste my time either. I would recommend Anderson Windows. I hope the final product is as good as I am guessing they will be. Only wish it did not take 2-3 months to install.

We are replacing the door to our deck after 30 years, and decided to go with the quality and reputation of Andersen. We’ve had a great salesman, and today Chris and Shane came to take measurements. They were polite, professional and friendly. Can’t wait for installation!

I have ordered a replacement patio door. I have not had the installation yet. I had an initial appointment on 3/23, then a follow up order verification appointment on 4/13 to take final measurements. Installation will be 12-16 wks out. It is a very long and drawn out process. However, I chose Renewal based on their reputation for having the best product on the market. The reps I have met with, especially Jonathan, have been very knowledgeable and have spent a great deal of time explaining the work they will be doing and the process. I am very satisfied so far.

Rachel was our sales associate and was very easy to talk to. She had samples of the products to help show us what we were purchasing.She did a preliminary measuring and got us scheduled for the final measuring before the windows and doors were ordered.Johnathan came out to do our final measure before ordering and was very thorough. He talked through each window and door explaining everything that would be done and what to expect it would look like. Feeling good about what we are buying and looking forward to getting the project complete.Both were very professional and open to answer my random questions. It didnt feel rushed but at the same time they were efficient.

Jonathan came to measure my windows. He contacted me with the availability of coming early. Showed up, was professional and thorough. Answered all my questions. When I received the addendum, I was confused about one thing. Sent him a message and he quickly called me and explained. I appreciated the time he took with me so that I understood everything. He did a great job. So far, all my interaction with Renewal by Andersen has been a great experience.

Johnathan was very professional and detailed in measuring the windows, explaining the process and what to expect from here on out. He was personable and very much interested in answering any questions I might have had. It was a good experience and my expectation is that the rest of the project will be as well done as this step was.

Salesman was super honest about pricing & sold us 4 windows. When they were supposed to come out for installation the day of they canceled .. they did this to us TWICE. On the third scheduled date we received a confirmation the day before & between 8 am and 10 am they didn’t call or show up. We tried calling the salesman, the office, the scheduler, their 888 number, their warehouse, the installers.. NOTHING. No answer, no returned call. We left several messages and didn’t receive anything. Not even common courtesy to call & say hey we need to reschedule or we will be late - that we deserve as paying customers. We ordered our windows 3 months ago. We have already made payments on windows we haven’t received which the salesman said wouldn’t happen. 👎🏼 I do not recommend this company to anyone.

My new windows were installed in one day. They are beautiful. Charles, the installer, was very professional! He was able to complete the entire job in 2 days. The inside installation in one day and the outside the following day. I have never seen anyone be as consistent as Charles when it comes to sealing windows. Every caulk line is exactly the same, so neat and clean. Great job! My home is so much warmer!!

Absolutely overpriced. They wanted approx $2700 per window based on my calculations. They won’t even provide a detailed quote, so had to figure that out for myself.Neighbor got all windows and front door replaced for $26k same house style, so about $1000 per window with a different major company.I didn’t think much of the salesperson. I would never do business with this company based on the salesperson attitude alone. Let alone the exorbitant pricing.

Wife was present for window measurements. Was informed on this day, weeks after signing up for 27 windows, that our blinds will not fit correctly because the replacement windows are thicker. There are literally thousands of dollars worth of new blinds that are going to be problematic. This was unknown to us at the time of sale.

Came to my door at 630pm. Only answered because he saw me. Young kid at my front door!! I kept telling him I was a stay at home mom and had to ask my husband when he got home. I was trying to get my 3 and 1 year old baths and he would not leave my property. My kids screaming through the door. I told him multiple times we just got all our windows done. Agreed to a appointment just so he would leave. Now I just received another thing in the mail trying to once again sell we windows. A week ago they where once again going door to door. I refused to answer the door.

Really expensive! I have mixed feelings about my experience. Chris the sales person and Tom the person who measured were professional and easy to work with. However, the price of two garage windows, installed is more than a bathroom remodel! Crazy. If you don’t buy a bunch of windows the price is really outrageous. As explained it’s because the installers time is too valuable for small jobs. However 2 regular windows should not cost almost $5,000 . So if you have a small job, I’d suggest going somewhere else.

Our sales lady, Kathleen, the installers and the actual door are a 5/5 stars. The glass on our new patio door is absolutely wonderful and we love it!The reason I will not give them 5 stars is because of the customer service we dealt with when our door was made wrong and they admitted it was their fault. We do have the correct door installed now, but dealing with the company to come to a resolution was just absolutely disappointing .1 out of 5 stars for customer service for dealing with the above issue.

I have never experienced someone so unprofessional in my life. Me and my mother, plus my grandmother both had Scott Goble come to estimate the cost of window replacements. This man, came to my GRANDMOTHERS house and had the NERVE to disrespect her. She has 5 less windows less than our home and was quoted 2,000 more. The price was not the problem. When my mother attempted to negotiate (given that the price made no sense), he became frustrated. Instead of stating that the business was unable to change their price, he had the nerve to throw a tantrum as he left about she said no, nothing I can do about it! wasted my time coming out her for nothing! All while my newly widowed grandmother is fervently trying to apologize for something that was not her fault. We will be telling everyone not to use this business, unless his horrible behavior is reprimanded and dealt with accordingly.

Our installers were efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the product. They even cleaned up after the project was done. I am so happy with the beautiful windows and doors, and the trim work is flawless!

30 minutes phone interrogation about my home, family members and so on to tell me in the end they only do special designs and cannot tell me the price range for windows unless I could discuss the special designs for another 90 minutes appointment!!! Its not serious and extremely annoying! You cant expect customers hung out with you fpr 2 hours just to tell the price for a regular window of already known size and type!!!

We were given a date and time for the measuring process for the project, and sent a reminder. When the day came, Chris from Renewal by Anderson called us about 15 minutes before his arrival. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

I was in the market for replacement windows and got a quote from 3 local companies. Not only was the salesman from Andersen upfront and honest with me, he took the time to explain how the “other guys” windows work. I went back and asked them if this was true, and it was. I would’ve been losing inches of my viewable window on all side because they only use inserts. They don’t do full replacement.I was also impressed by how easy it was to work with Jeff, my sales consultant. He made picking out windows fun! I feel like he cared about my experience and had a vested interest. I have a LOT of windows in my house and it cost over $90,000 to replace them before discounts. Andersen was generous enough to make that number more realistic for me so that I COULD replace all of my windows.If you are interested in new windows, you won’t find a better company than Andersen or higher quality windows. I am actually replacing existing Andersen windows mostly for newer technologies and cost savings. It’s a solid product with a long standing history in the local market.

So I had a letter on my door I decided to give them a shot for patio door they set me up at a 2pm then changed it to 2:30 I was cool with then without me knowing jumped it to 3:00pm very bad first impression will not be getting my business I will use Lowe’s or home depot!

I called to set up an appointment, they gave a date and time and them they called a day before to cancel. Then they called me many times to set up another appointment and at the second appointment the never show up, and never call. This is not professional.
