Ordered a custom cake and their signature pretzel sandwich to feed 16 for the birthday of my 5 year old granddaughter. The cake was great. They claimed we never ordered the sandwich despite the fact that my wife stopped by and ordered in person several days before. From their perspective, too bad … get lost. Won’t make the mistake of ever going there again.

Amazing cupcakes! Took some to a party and everyone wanted to know where they came from. Fantastic pastries, pretzel bread and dips! My favorite place for sweets and dips in Cincinnati.

I call them and have them save my 2 pretzels sliced and 1 apple fritter always ready well I need to change this, I went to pick up my order but was unable to because the cash register was being used to ring up a order for a lady who had NO idea what she wanted so the women said since I had not prepaid for my order I would have to wait until they were done with her. I chose not to

All of the baked goods are stellar! From the Vienna bread to doughnuts to cookies everything they make. The staff are very helpful and make each visit a treat.

Everyone is always so friendly here! They make great coffee to go with whatever delicious treat youve decided to eat that day. Im also a huge fan of their pretzel bites and beer cheese.

They have horrible customer service. I entered the store and asked for my items. The young lady could not help me checkout so I waited for the other woman. She comes to the counter and helps the lady behind me even though she does not have on a mask. Then the young girl tells her that we need to check out. She then asks the next lady how she can help her and acts as if Im not standing there. That woman informs her that we were there first.

The girl that they have working is EXTREMELY PUSHY and rushing everyone to get out of the store. When I said I felt rushed she just looked at us and said is that all? So, wont be back to this location.

This actually saddens me to write this. I have been going to this location for 2 years, I live right behind the white oak shopping center walking distance, several times / week and spend quite a bit of money there WEEKLY. Never had a problem with the staff, except one girl could be a little nicer but thats neither here nor there, over all a pleasant experience every time I go there. Except today @ 11:20am Thursday April 20, 2017. I went in and got some hot dog buns and hamburger buns and they were out of donuts except 12 chocolate glazed a half dozen sprinkled and like one cinnamon twist. I had went in for a dozen initially. My total came to $15 and I handed her a $50 bill and without skipping a beat said (Assistant Mgr)- oh yeeeaaa...I cant take that. I said Welp, thats all I got so you ladies have a nice day. Mind you they know who I am for I go several times /week I home school my oldest and this is a little thing him and I do here at home. When I got back to my house I called the Western Hills location, VERY NICE, and proceeded to tell her what had just happened. She advised me that its company policy to spend a certain amount in order for them to take large bills, in my case I would have to of spent $5 more, which I would have been more than happy to do so. (I was breaking the $50 because thats alllll I have and my kids bowling league is tonight and he needs $8 and I am not sending a 10 yr old with a $50 bill! lol) Instead of professionally stating, We would be more than happy to take your $50 but, you will need to spend $5 more dollars to meet company policy. ;) she just said we cant take that.Unfortunately, I will never return to Servatiis, and its a shame because there are no other donut shops near by except Dunkin... I think? The Western Hills location gave me the number to corporate and I am going to have to file a complaint :( I would have been more than happy to pay the xtra $5 to complete the order but, was unprofessionally not given that option, instead shooed away. I hope that the issues with the White Oak location can be resolved for, I didnt know there were this many issues until I noticed the reviews. I guess what makes it worse, it was the Assistant Mgr. that acted so unprofessionally. Good luck with your future businesses.
