Quick place to pull off and get some gas. Reasonable gas prices and the pumps fairly modern. The parking lot was pretty dirty.

I have been in this store several times in the last few weeks. The service to check out was terrible and a few times I walked out and went to Speedway. The lot was a mess with lots of trash, but I put the blame on the residents in the area that just don’t care and expect others to clean up their messes. A few people come in without masks on and don’t seem to care that there is a sign on the door requiring masks to enter the store. Until the service and other precautions are undertaken, I would advice not visiting this store. Perhaps Thornton’s should close this store since the residents they are serving don’t care and are not responsible.

UPDATE, 1/22/2021: The display on the pump no longer shows the digits you enter for your zip code or phone number.REVIEW, 10/2020:Its pretty clear that the management team isnt interested in regular upkeep for the outside of the store. No fluid for cleaning windshields and windows. No paper towels either. Lots of litter in the parking lot, too. Cars coming in blare their stereos because they dont care about what others think. Thats what you can expect when you come to this store.

The Cashier with dreads, she must be a newer staff because I’m a regular neighborhood user of Thorntons. She tried to actually scam me for $5.00. I gave her $15.00, After I noticed, I went inside just to have her give me a fake and stupid look of someone that thought they had got what they want... I’m very disappointed and Will be trying to report this further.

I have never in my life been treated so rudely in my life talk about ruining my day! I have never seen so much racial discrimination in my life sorry i am white i am not at all racist its 2019! I will never return to this location i live so close too i would rather drive out of my way! I recommend to everyone dont go to this location!

Employees are racist as F. dont even go here. they favor their own race and try not to give other races service. very unfriendly to some but super friendly only to their own. just dont give them your money. go somewhere else. spend your money elsewhere. the owner must not even care about their racist ways. DISCRIMINATION TRAINING CLASSES NEEDS TO BE IN ORDER FOR THIS PLACE.

Racist. Never been treated so poorly for being white. I left in tears. I would never treat anyone of any race that way. Need new employee training. Zero customer service. Im calling their corporate. If they even have one lets see if i call the location if theyll give me a phone number.

Ok Ill never go here again!! Its the closest store to my new place here on W.Northbend Rd and i hope this store dont reflect the Neighborhood! Thank God there is a Speedway down the road a bit! This Black lady was so Rude nice as can be to all the people of the same color but no when i came up it changed, Sorry am White and you dont like us its 2019! Always Loved Thorntons and was so glad there is one on the corner from my new apartment, But no thanks! Speedway will now get my Money!

Fairly sure that my credit card was skimmed at this location’s gas pump on Friday, July 19th.

Totally friendly! I got job in the area and stopped to get my mom a soda after work. The place was clean and the people were polite.

Ive never recieved worse customer service in my life. I was insulted several times by the cashier who rubg me up, she threw item i purchased on the counter and barked I.D. at me when i asked for tobacco products. This woman alone is enough reason for me nevsr to return to this location.

Ok in Honor ok Black History Month, Id like to give some! Its 2019 and its not our fault what happened in the past! Now now before you Judge me most of my best friends are black and some mixed family so no i am not racist! But when the cashier is nice to everyone besides you and i happen to be white and i say please and thank you and she is rude and throws things at u and around and then puts scanner and the countertop and makes you scan your own thorntons card and acts this way towards me for no reason and its not just me as u can see in other comments. Lady if u dont like your Job find a new one dont treat people different by the color of there skin but on how they treat you its 2019 just Stop! Now i did learn something today because i am in touch with history and dont like how things was in the past and for a min i seen maybe how Black people felt by White people and it dont feel good nor does your actions make it right on what you did! All Lives Matter!! Be kind to one another, Love and Peace and treat others how you want to be treated!!!
