My computer was disabled due to a sudden hard drive failure. My son referred me to Cincinnati Computer Center based on his positive experience when they sorted out his desktop PC.They were able to address not only the hard drive problem but also an issue with the operating system. They explained what they had found in a way that was understandable to me (I’m not very computer literate) and explained what options I had (no pressure).They were friendly and very professional. I think the pricing was fair. It is great to do business with people you feel you can trust. I would refer them to others and I would not hesitate to work with them again myself.

Greater Cincinnati Computer is professional and trustworthy. The first time I used their service I called Jim and he had his team transfer material from an older PC to a newer laptop; there were no hitches. The price was reasonable. All my questions were answered. This week, Steve worked with me remotely to reinstall my printer/scanner to work with Windows 10; he helped me with software I had installed as well. I am happy with Greater Cincinnati Computer. Since I work from home and, too, remain in contact with friends and family electronically having a place to go where I know I am listened to, which is reasonable in pricing services, and where their response is quick and professional is important. In todays quick turn around world, good tech help is a necessity.

I took my iPhone 7 Plus there to have the screen replaced that was cracked. Everything on my phone worked EVERYTHING. When I got it back the earpiece and speakerphone did not work. I put Bluetooth on and was able to call them and tell them. The tech said bring it back and they would look at it. After sitting there for about 40 minutes he tells me that this is just a defect from apple on their audio chip. That they can fix it for around another $100. After doing a little research I found out this happens when replacing the screen if you do not remove the old screen correctly. He spent time researching when I made my last calls is about all he did in the 40 minutes he had my phone. I do not recomend using this guy at all. He has no idea what he is doing and tries to lie his way out of trouble. its a shame I had so much work I would have gotten for him. My bike club is always cracking screens. I hope everyone reads this so buyer BEWARE.

I can not recommend these guys highly enough. I was faced with a very difficult computer issue that was very likely going to result in a total loss of the machine. These guys were able to resolve the issue and saved an expensive laptop. Without question they are now my go to computer guys!

My desktop computer would not load my settings on start-up. Error message stated Corrupted User File. I took it to Greater Cincinnati Computer on Plainfield Rd and they fixed it in two days. I am very satisfied with Greater Cincinnati Computer and will always use them!

We have used GCC for our needs keeping eight network computers and their server operating for a number of years now. You cant go wrong with these guys. Dependable and a good value. I havent found anyone better, but I dont need anyone better!

Great local business. Very nice people and handy location if you live in the Kenwood or Deer Park area. Right on Plainfield Rd with parking in front. They can fix your computer and they even do house calls.

My hard drive went bad. Took it in Monday and it was repaired and improved with a Solid State Drive the next day. Friendly folks and the price was very nice. I am writing this on the very computer they repaired and man is it fast. Highly recommended especially if you dont want to deal with all that sales pitch at the chain stores.

Had two hard drives that quit working and needed the data off of them. GCC was able to get the information for me in a couple days time which was a life saver. I originally had these drives at M-Center whom was unable to get the data and their solution was that they were going to send the drives out which also required an enormous deposit.

I love this business!!! In todays society it seems like excellent customer service is hard to find. Well not at Greater Cincinnati Computer. I have used this business 2 times in the last couple of years and have been extremely happy both times. Jim and his staff are very knowledgeable and will get your computer problems solved quickly and all for a great price!! RUN dont walk if you are having problems with your computer. I work as the IT guy of a small company.We had a serious hardware failure on the computer we use for our daily business (shipping, cc transactions, etc.) when the hard drive broke.These guys were great, they got the computer back to us in two days and had all the old programs re-installed.They really took the time to understand our small business needs and get us the service we needed in a very timely manner.I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for excellent computer repair, customer service, and a speedy turnaround time.
