Terrible. My grandson and I walked in for new shoes. No one in the store. 2 employees. 1 pm. NEITHER employee acknowledged us. Looked right at us square in the eye. No “Hello” or “How can I help you?” We stayed in the store for about 10 minutes. We left without ever being acknowledged. I went and gladly spent my money elsewhere.

When we went there no one greeted us or asked if wed like to try a shoe on, just no contact at all! The workers were too busy speaking to each other! Dont they make commission off of selling shoes because I ended up buying 4 pairs that day!

Worst store in Cincinnati. I NEVER COMPLAIN... but in this case the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. There online shoe price for this location was $19.99 for toddler shoes. After driving 17.5 miles one way to get there we were informed that the price was 3x the advertised price. When we asked about their price match policy they refused to budge or accept their OWN PRICE. My advice do not waste your time and money with this place. If I had a choice I would give this place NO star.

Not much of a womens selection

Found shoes that were really cool, and after 2 hours of searching for a store that had those shoes, we found them here, except they didnt have them in my size. We ordered them from that store in my size, and when I got them, they gave us the wrong color, and didnt have the right color in stock, so they sent us different ones without telling us they were out of stock.

They were more worried about me having a cart in the store then selling shoes. I had my 2 year old and multiple bags of items. So it was easier for me to push a cart in. There was one other customer in the store and that was it. I could see if there was a lot of people but there wasnt.
