I never thought I would care that much about customer service at a smoke shop, but the wonderland employees always go out of their way to be extra kind and ask me about my day. It doesn’t go unnoticed. I love that they’re so quick too!

I walked into Wonderland after walking out of the Cupboard and I was pleasantly surprised with a large selection of quality pieces for a reasonable price. Moe helped me pick out a piece and could not have been more courteous.

This is the best smoke shop I have visited during my last 2 years of stay in the United States. Today, I visited the store looking for CBD oil. The store has all sorts of genuine stuff and Mo is very professional and helpful. He even explained to me how to identify genuine stuff from a fake one. I am definitely coming back.

This smoke shop has everything youd ever need. Even when Im not quite sure what I want, they help me find things I never knew I needed. Moe is especially GREAT in customer service. He does everything possible to make sure his customers are satisfied and, on multiple occasions, I have seen him be exceptionally helpful with others. I would suggest Wonderland on Ludlow to any smokers out there, especially people who are new to the smoke/vape world and new to Cincinnati. Best smoke shop ever!

This is the best smoke shop I’ve been too in my lifetime. Employees are very helpful and the store just has good vibes every time I walk in. They have the best selection of Vape Juice and mods, glass bongs, etc. with good pricing as well. I have been to a lot of smoke shops around the area but none of them top this one. Alex is the most HELPFUL and AMAZING smoke shop employee I have had experience with to this day. I used to go to Puff and Planet Caravan before I found Wonderland but I will never go back--he has the best attitude, work ethic and knowledge, and he helps me fix my tank/change my coil/find the best juices and pick out the best mods every week. His knowledge is uncapped & I know I can trust him to always help me and give me the best insight. Definitely hit up this vape shop 👍👍👍

By far the best smoke shop Ive ever been too. The selection is fantastic even though its a relatively small store and the customer service is always 10/10. I went there a month after my first time and Moe remembered my name and what I got the last time. The employees there are always super helpful and friendly. Wonderland has the best variety and with the best deals on prices it is my number one smoke store to purchase from. The one thing that sets them apart is their staff. Always able to help and gives me advice on what new flavors are in and what night appeal to me, given previous purchases. Moe in particular has been my go to guy since he has always put me, the customer, first.

Today is the second time Ive visited this fine establishment. The first visit Alex helped me. He was very kind, sincere, empathetic to my needs. Alex did not try to over sell me he knew I was on a budget and worked wonders with me. Just an all around great person. Today I met Moe. Again wonderful experience. I let him know my needs, he was super kind easy to get along with. Its honestly a pleasure doing business as Wonderland. I have no reason to shop anywhere else.... Most places are so impersonal, not Wonderland. I highly recommend this establishment!

WOW! I went in recently to check out Wonderland Smoke Shop and was blown away by the incredible service and selection. They have a vast collection of water pipes, bowls, vaporizers for every price point. I was lucky enough to be helped by Alex who was extremely knowledgeable about everything in the store. He helped me find the perfect bowl piece and taught me how to clean it! Thank You, Alex!!! I used to go to the Cupboard exclusively, but not anymore. I was much more impressed by the friendly environment and hands-on service. Not to mention its worth visiting just for the mural in the store. Without a doubt, this is my new headshop. Absolutely great place! Since I work across the street Moe helps me out a ton. When Ive forgotten to bring e-juice to work hes given me samples of juice to help me last the day, hes sold me a great mod, and helped me out with the cigar selection.
