Young woman working there is a terrible ageist and sexist. She had a humiliating little quip for my happy greeting upon entering the store, instantly revealing to me what kind of individual she is. I will take my business elsewhere.There is a bright side to the customer mistreatment I received; I learned to order directly from the manufacturers. I buy in bulk what I need and it is multiple logs cheaper.Thank you for giving me the push to find a better way to find and buy the products I need and new ones I never seen in the store.

Hands down the best place in town for all your smoking and vaping needs. Take my advice, skip the hemp chains, and check this place out. You wont be disappointed.

I love coming to Elite. Every time in there they always have new items in. A wide range of selection and unique pieces. Their staff is always amazing! They can always answer all my questions. I ask a lot of questions and they have never get frustrated with me or annoyed. I get all of my hookah supplies there. Most of the time they give me like 10% off. And on top of that they already have great prices. I would highly recommend going if youre in the area.

I recently purchased a Mighty Vaporizer from Elite in Clifton and within 4 days of having the device it broke. I was devastated as it took months to save up for such an expensive item, so I got in contact with Elite and told them what had happened. They responded within hours and worked me through the whole process of getting the Mighty replaced. Elite has exceptional costumer assistance, they make you feel important and will go out of there way to help you with anything you ask about. I highly suggest going to Elite, I cannot be thankful enough for what they did for me. Shout out to my dude Adam also, he is awesome.

Elite Smoke Shop is consistently the best smoke shop in the Clifton area, and one of the better smoke shops Ive patronized. The guys that work there know their stuff, and have the lowest prices on pretty much anything. They even matched a competitors price on a vaporizer. They are really well stocked despite their smaller size. They are the only smoke shop I know that carries replacement parts for vaporizers, and have the best shisha selection Ive seen.

I love these guys! Every time Ive gone into the store, the management has been nothing but amazingly helpful. I go in for e-cigarette supplies, and while they are a little more expensive than the ever popular Alt-Smoke, I enjoy this place more. The employees know their stuff, and as someone new to the vaping world, Im eternally grateful. The prices are still very reasonable, and Ive never gone in and not had a couple bucks knocked off of whatever Ive bought. Overall, a great experience. Theyve definitely got a returning customer out of me.

Best customer service of any smoke shop! I arrived to buy a pax an hour past closing time and the store manager unlocked the store just for me. He was very polite and laid back causing a very welcoming environment as he went over how to use the product i was buying. I left very satisfied and will come back with every smoking needs.

I was a regular customer there for a couple years. They used to have such nice staff that were very knowledgeable and helpful but not anymore. Since Farris left its gone down hill majorly. The customer service is absolutely terrible and the employees are rude. My business is now with Puff, right down the street. They have better staff, service and prices.

Nice Head Shop, however the owner should look into a better Kratom source; its really low grade. Id recommend an online dealer such as So Cal Herbal Remedies. They have an excellant product and good prices. The kratom I picked up was very low grade, and may have been cut with rice flour.

Not open at posted hours. Otherwise wonderful experience. Only place I will ever go. Just show up on time its cold.

The guy that owns it is a really good person. Always willing to make it work and make you a good deal. Youve got to realize this is not solely a vape shop. Its a tabacco store. Hes got some of the better prices on mods. Not internet prices, but he will work with you

The guys in here are always willing to help weather you need something that is $5 or $500 and would never try and force anything on you. they make suggestions or will chat about it but seem to never be pushy about anything.

Hands down the best smoke shop experience weve ever had! We visited Elite while on vacation and were thrilled to meet Faris at Elite and spend time with him soaking up his knowledge of the many products in the store. We went in for a charger for my e-cig and left with a new vaporizer. They have many hard to find products. After we left the store, my husband and I agreed that was probably the best smoke shop we had been in. Small store but they carry all the right products.When we returned home, we discovered that we had mistakenly thrown away our receipt. Since the vaporizer we purchased had a lifetime guaranty, we needed a proof of purchase. We gave Faris a call and he happily helped us out. He went the extra mile and even contacted the manufacturer directly to register our purchase. Customer service at this level is hard to find and extremely rare in todays world. We highly recommend this shop!!!

One of a dozen small shops in the area that primarily sell Chinese glass pipes.Its obvious that people are just clueless about what theyre using to smoke. Lots of college kids in the area who are new to the whole smoking thing and have been duped into buying a super-cheap pipe from whatever shop is in walking distance. These are the ones keeping Elite smoke shop in business. They probably just upgraded from a jerry-rigged gatorade bottle.True glass enthusiasts understand the health risks and inferior quality with glass pipes from China. People dont realize that places like elite smoke shop have such low prices because they buy in bulk from China - vendors like DHGate. These are pipes made with thinner glass, mass-produced quickly and carelessly by over-worked and underpaid laborers, many of them children. Many of the pipes arent even annealed properly and will break so easily, some of them still have glass dust stuck inside... Support American industry. Support glassblowers and artists who make each pipe with care. Dont buy Chinese glass. An American pipe will last you wayyyyy longer trust me. To my knowledge The Cupboard is the only good place in the area to pick out a decent American-made pipe.
