Does NOT stand behind there return policy. My buckle broke off a bookbag and they refused to repair or replace it with out the packing slip from the order. WHO KEEPS THOSE! Said the bookbag lived out its life and was normal wear and tear. A normal life is only one year on a backpack used for hiking is crazy!

The backpack I was looking for was out online. I found that you could reserve one online through the Kenwood store. I did that and very soon after received a call letting me know the backpacks they had left had been reserved already. Abby the helpful employee that responded so quickly transfered me to the hot line to hopefully purchase the one I was looking for that way. A couple minutes go by and she called back with one she had just received from shipping! I was so happy to get the book bag for my daughter in the color she wanted. Abby monogrammed it that night and it arrived the very next day. Great customer service ! She even wrote a cute little message for my daughter on the shipping papers!

Friendly staff and some great products. I have been shopping for boots and had my eye on some more expensive pairs. I was so surprised when I tried on the house brand Mountain Classic Hikers! They checked off my wishlist and for about $50 less than my other favourites.

I wanted to thank kasandra personally. So thank you for the wonderful work crafting my boots. I just love these boots so well put together. Exceeded what I expected. They were right on about how to pick your right size. They were delivered faster then I thought they be.

What an awesome place to shop. Had an appointment and limited people there. Associates were so helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable about their merchandise. Highly recommend shopping there and will definitely go back.

Having never been to a LL Bean store I was let down. I guess I shop for the more obscure things and I’m sure stock was down with holidays too. The store seemed to really focus on the bread and butter products. Not so much sport/dress shirts. Nice staff and good facility.

After accidentally ordering the wrong size slipper for my fiancé for Christmas, I went on a wild goose chase to find a store with the size I needed. This location was the only store in the country with one left. Not only did they honor the discount I received on Black Friday, they gave me some of the best customer service I’ve ever had and ensured my order would arrive in time for Christmas. Big thank you from Rhode Island!!

I had the ABSOLUTE WORST experience at LL Bean on a recent visit. An employee noticed me adjust my mask and immediately ran up to me and yelled at me to put my mask on. She continued to stalk me throughout the store and never once asked if I needed assistance. About 10 minutes later, she came up to me again and screamed at me to put my mask on... my mask was on my face, I hadnt removed it. The employee then proceeded to yell imagine how I feel in this environment. I walked away from her, purchased my item and left the store. This employee made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and I am disgusted that an employee would treat a paying customer this way. Shame on you LL Bean.

Feb 2021 cincinnati. Half of sole came off my bean shoes. Tried to return for some remedy, something, the were not new nor worn. They had my name and phone number on file but since I had no shoe receipt they offered nothing. Not happy JohnUpdate ...Kara responded to me far past business hours, Thank you Kara and llBean. Very happy . LLBean really went out of their way..

Great store and it is directly due to the helpful knowledgeable staff. We were promptly treated and offered assistance with our exchange (wrong size in a pair of pants) were recommended a different more flattering fit of pants based off of body type. They were out of stock and they offered free shipping to our home with the desired product.

I love all of their products, but unfortunately, out of my price range. 😭

Good product, untrained cashier, randomly stuff $400 clothing into a small bag and try to help shorten the check out line. Understand the busy work, but aren’t u trained to fold/pack cloth quickly and to treat your own product with respect?

Great to have an LL Bean store in the local area. They have average stock. But, anything on line can be picked up or returned at this store. Nice people, I just wish they would stop asking me every two minutes if they can help me. So times people just like to look.

Friendly & helpful employees! One fellow in particular, Patrick patiently helped me find the right fit with hiking boots for over an hour and half! He really listened to my concerns about fit and even conferred with coworkers to present the best choices for me. I ended up buying a pair of hiking boots, socks and trail shoes- no pressure at all from Patrick just really awesome service. What a great customer service experience from someone who went above and beyond.

I reserved shoes online and they had them waiting and ready for me when I called on the way there.

LLBean closed my account due to the fact they sent me notice that they were bought out. I called last week to get a new card and they sent me a new card, I called to activate the card and they told me my account was closed due to lack of use. Why would they send me a new card and shut down my account. I was very upset that I had not received any correspondence about my account change so I talked to a supervisor who did not help me at all. He told me if I want I can reapply. So my credit gets dinged for them closing my account and a hard pull if I reapply. I am asking everyone who this has happened to please close your account and ban LLBean. They would not cooperate with the fact I never received any notification. There was lack of use due to the fact I did not need anything I was told that the client is always right. So I say again ban LLBean.

Thoughtfully designed retail store containing many L.L. Bean clothing items for men and women. The selection included a variety of shirts/pants, footwear, coats, winter accessories, backpacks and campfire games. The customer service is excellent!

We took our two children into the store today. Normally they are well behaved, but today were extremely hyper. Instead of getting annoyed, the employees were very forgiving and even brought out corn hole for them to play with while we waited for my husband to finish trying things on. Awesome customer service, very friendly employees. We will always make a point to return to this location.

LL Bean knows cold! Their clothes are well designed to withstand the elements. This location is open and easy to shop. Most of all they know flannel. Don’t miss their flannel PJs, the best in the biz.

Love LL BEAN, great store, great experienceWould of given 5 stars however during a return the customer service agent was helping me get an item from another store and the manger came from behind and handed me the phone and said that I need to do it myself that the customer service person needs to help other people. Asked this same mangaer for help in the floor and she told me to go to customer service and they could help me get it in. Ultimately she just tried pushing stuff onto other people and the customer. Watched it happen to some other people as well

A smaller store but they have a decent variety of footwear and clothing. The sales associate was very helpful.

So happy to finally have one of their retail stores in the area. It is a little small so they do not carry any children products or plus sizes, but they still have a great selection, as they packed a lot into the small space. The staff is always helpful and the satisfaction guarantee is unbeatable.

So great to have an L.L. Bean store in town! Have yet to make a purchase at the Kenwood store, but have been able to find tall sizes at their Pittsburgh area store so Ill expect to be able to do the same here. Great clothing for active people!

Received a pair of shoes from an online order that were too snall. Returned them to the store and the LLBean associate found a better size with no questions or hassles, for the same price with all the discounts from the original order.

I bought a slipper about a month ago and wanted to change it to different size. No issue at all. Very friendly and helpful.

Beware LLB is going through some sort of IT changes that can / will make your experience miserable. I tried to order several items online that never shipped. I found it hard if not impossible to access my account to check status. I called CS and used email with my issues and seem to get varied answers. Watch your credit accounts for bogus charges from LLB. I hate to say it but LLB has gone the way of many others. I will at some point try them again but not until after the holidays. Revised 10/19 I have since tried the online order process again and this time it worked. Two more stars added as a result.

Its the best place to find my favorite clothes.

Not super impressed with service. Ive shopped at the kenwood location several times recently. Each time I have had to track down help. For one item, the price online was 1/2 that at the store. At the cash register theyve seemed lost. On the upside, if you order an online item at the store, its shipped to your house without shipping fees.

Attempted to exchange several items and apologized for the amount to the associate right of the bay. I got the impression from him that I wasnt trustworthy even after providing all information requested. I felt so uncomfortable with the encounter that I left the store with my items . I will be returning the items via mail order instead. Its disappointing the a loyal LL Bean customer who has spent literately thousands of dollars with company is treated so poorly by this retail location.

They have clothes that I like a little pricey but worth the cost quality last longer....
