I love shopping at Procam! It’s a bit of a drive to get there but totally worth it. I’ve never had a bad experience there and everyone is always very friendly and down to earth. I recently purchased a new camera and worked with Steve and he was top notch!

Before posting this I was reluctant to do so as it seems like the store has a proven track record for knowledge and customer service. I unfortunately do not feel like I have gotten that level of service during two of my visits to the store. I can certainly be a difficult customer at times, and being in customer service and sales my entire life I probably have a pretty high level of expectation. The first time I had an unfortunate visit with this store, it was over a defective product that until about a week of arguing they would not exchange for me. The second time was over not being able to receive help as I was waiting to purchase something at the store. Steve was on the phone and two employees were standing there talking to a UPS delivery person and I was the only customer in the store. I was there for a couple minutes and couldn’t get help so I left. I do have to say that George the owner contacted me and was very nice. I will not be going back to ProCam but, the merchandise that they have there is certainly impressed. I spoke to Steve over this and the call was a disaster. When the owner called me to check into the situation he assured me that audio and video of the store were recorded at all times and this will be reviewed. I found out today that audio is not recorded and their video cameras were offline. .

Had a great experience here. Steve very patiently answered my novice questions and was very friendly and helpful. He walked me through some aspects of a lens that I was interested in and had several camera bodies available so I could see firsthand the impact of the lens. This store was recommended to me by people in one of my camera clubs and now I can see why!

Bought my camera, backdrop, and a couple lenses here and couldnt be happier. Great product selection and support. I signed up for the Sony class they host online and it really helped. I think its awesome they do stuff like that for their customers, would love to see even more events like that!

First time coming to Procam and immediately when I walked in the door I was greeted as if we were old friends. I had a list in my hand and not once was I pushed to buy something else for a larger price. Super patient and never made me feel rushed. This place is like a photographers dream with lots to choose from. And you’ll have to ask about the “celebrity” that works there. Seriously, I will make that hour drive to go back. Everyone that worked there was top notch. Thank you, Ed and team at ProCam. You have a customer for life.

Salesmen are very friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are a bit higher than online but if you want to get it quick and need some advice - it’s worth it.

The two staff people I spoke to were nice but not all that helpful and they didnt have want I wanted. They didnt want me looking around the store and had someone watching me as I did. Its a retail store and what that means usually is proprietors want you to look around in order to see something to buy. My credit card was ready but I decided not o buy. I was glad to go.

Horrible experience with lee an employee here. Brought in about 1,000 (new value) of lighting gear for trade in and was only offered 150$ such a rip off. I wld not reccomend this place.

Jonah the sales rep did a fantastic job at helping me get my youtube setup. I had a ton of questions and he was able to answer all of them. Im so glad I went to Procam vs best buy or some other place. Will definitely be back here.

Went to Procam looking for Rode Go Wireless. Customer service was outstanding. The service we received was great. He took time with me to set up the Rode system and practice with it around the store. Tested it to make sure it was working for me. Our next purchase will likely be Nikon Binoculars. Its an out of the way place for us to get to, but the customer care makes it worth the drive.

These guys are awesome! I was having an issue with my new sigma 35 and Josh and Steve worked with me and my camera for almost two hours trying to figure out the issue. They ended up sending my camera and lens up to sigma and the issue is now resolved with some custom adjustments made my sigma. ( Can be a common issue with the Canon 6DMakii ). Turn around time was less than a week. Can’t appreciate their dedication and communication with me to resolve this issue and make my experience great enough!!

I was a little intimated at first getting in photography as a hobby. The first time I walk in the staff was nothing but helpful and explained ideas that I was ignorant about. All the pricing has been the same or BETTER than online retailers, with the advantage of being a local business!

Went with my wife who is a photography nut. You walk in and you notice the walls are filled to the brim with all sort of cameras and lenses all for you to try out in store. We ended up renting a lens to try it out. Wife loved it and wanted to buy it. We got a new one in the box and they discounted the rental price of the used one. It was a good deal. I came in with the idea that they will have higher prices than online, but was OK to pay a little extra for the local know-how and service. They ended up being competitive with Amazon for the high end lens we got - was awesome. Staff is super helpful and just plain good guys.

I met the GM Josh stranded on the side of the road. His act of service and kindness was a real declaration of character. Any store ran by such a good person has to be A1! I will never buy my camera needs elsewhere again. THANKS JOSH! You now have a customer for life and more so many referrals to come from me!

As a beginner with flash photography, I had no idea what to look for in terms of softboxes, stands, diffusion, or what type of mount would work with my speedlight. Josh not only helped me with my selection, but showed me how to set everything up and get the most out of it. I will definitely be coming back and making this my first stop for any future gear.

This was our first stop at procam. It was a great experience! We showed up with only 10 minutes left in there business hours. Best Buy did not have the lens my wife wanted. They had the lens but were offering 12 months no interest instead of 18. Instead of losing our business due to financing they called there people and got us 24 months! They also answered lots of questions for us and stayed about 30 minutes late to help. We will be back! Fantastic customer service!

One of the guys there named Lee helped me out a lot. I was very indecisive, but Lee was patient and listened to what I was looking for. All of the other guys in the store were nice and offered help as well. There were a lot of options for all kinds of photo equipment. They had some really good deals too. My first time at the store was last year and I had the same great experience again this year. Highly recommended.

I was visiting the Cincinnati area and wanted to check out some equipment prices. Another store in town who did not carry what I was looking for directed me to Procam. This store is large and well stocked. The staff is super helpful. I found what I was looking for and became an immediate fan ! I needed a video camera to better promote my farm market on social media. Josh was AWESOME getting me set up with what i needed no more, no less. I didnt need a big selection but the store is huge and i will certainly be back. Def glad i didnt just buy a random camera online, joshes support is much appreciated!

This has to be the best camera store in Cincinnati. They cover everything from the novice to the professional. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and all of them will take the time to answer your questions. They are not push salespeople and will suggest solutions that meet you needs. If you dont live near them, it is still worth the drive to visit the store.

Great staff, great inventory

Josh and the rest of the staff were very professional and extremely courteous. I went in for a Canon C100 Mark ii (I even took it home). They answered every question I had, gave me tips, and even let me test out several lenses. Their selection of New and Used gear is quite impressive, and as an added bonus they have FREE coffee. My experience at ProCam will bring me back for future purchases and advice.

Bought a canonOverpriced memory cards though

After purchasing my a7iii and getting by with the kit lens for a while, I realized that in order to successfully photograph Real estate I would need a wider lens. I realized my camera wasn’t cheap right after purchasing it when I saw just how expensive lenses were for it. The lens I needed would cost me over $1400.No amount of searching could get me a deal on this lens. (Sony/Zeiss 16-35)No matter how many times I typed this search into Craigslist or Facebook marketplace I just couldn’t find a deal on this.That is until PROCAM posted on Instagram that they were having a sale. 25% off of used lenses. I commented that I was in need of this lense and Lee wrote me shortly after. They had what I needed and took several hundred dollars off for me. I went in ASAP and left with the last tool I needed in my bag. Ended up saving about half of what this lens would cost me new.I can’t recommend this place enough. So stoked to have found Lee and PROCAM 🙏🏻👍

WOW, just WOW on customer service. Peter, Ed and Elaine helped me when I went there. I had called a few times before asking general questions about lenses and some camera issues or education I needed. Peter freely gave information over the phone without any expectation of a sale. Then, I got a new camera. The internet has A LOT of information, but a lot of conflicting information. So my fiance and I drove to ProCam--even though it was 30 minutes away. Peter, Ed and Elaine literally gave me a quick tutorial on how to use my brand new camera I bought from Nikon. And then--I found a FANTASTIC deal on a 105mm for my new camera..and a new bag--the prices are fantastic--but the customer service takes the cake. I will gladly drive 30 minutes every time I need new gear and/or help.
