Open. Appeared well stocked. Thats about all I can say as I wasnt there to buy cosmetics.

Sara made me feel like there was hope with my skincare! She took her time with me and really understood my needs. I have been in customer service a long time myself. But she goes above and beyond. I left the store with tears in my eyes because of how good she made me feel. I have never come across anyone in any beauty store that is as good as her! I will be coming back to see her most definitely!

Sara was fantastic!!!! She was the only 1 working & constantly getting pulled in 20 different directions. She was very patient! Super friendly! I will definitely be back!

Let me just start by saying I NEVER leave reviews. I walk into the store (it’s Fathers Day so the store is very quiet, I’m the only one in there) and there are 3 employees standing at the front desk. Not ONE employee moved from that desk. They stood up front the WHOLE TIME. Never asked if we needed help or if there was anything they could do. They just watched like they would be disgusted we interrupted them from their gossiping conversation. I walked into the store prepared to buy all new makeup due to throwing out all of my other stuff, but Ulta will be getting all of my business now. Not to mention the store was EXTREMELY dirty. I walked by about an hour later and the best part? They were still standing there talking. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Sephora.

Bought the Olaplex holiday set!

I scheduled my daughter for a makeover as a birthday gift. What a MAJOR disappointment. Either I was misinformed or the staff was unaware. Either way, all they did was paint lipstick on her lips. I could have done that for her at home.

Employees are super helpful, way better than Ulta for that reason.
