I have dreads. My daughter doesnt. If we have questions theres always someone ready to assist in any way they can..But i wish they had more variety in sizes of the clothing they carry.

The employees are helpful the customers are often rude they establishment is rather small while parking is limited rush hour is bad time to stop there; but they do carry an amazing selected good necessary hair products and a few facial and body bar soaps scarves hair bows and men hair care products. Bejeweled type jewelry and accessories, cosmetics, nail care, eyelashes, hats, belts, and wigs. Face mask required.

The girl with the twist at the register with the white locs was so nice and pleasant. Need more customer service people like her!

Decent selection of hair care products, weaves and wigs. Staff is always friendly the owner however can be rude. I will say that I enjoy receiving free products when I spend a certain amount.

Tasha is amazing. I first called and was transferred to her. She answered the phone ready to help. Was nice oce over the phone. Stopped what she was doing and tried to find what I was looking for. Let me know that they didnt carry what I was looking for. BUT she gave me a Subsitute option. Her confidence over the phone had me trust that I was in good hands. I showed up asked for her (the other staff was amazing let me know where she was) I saw tasha she showed me the products that I can Subsitute took time to even give me tips for when I do my hair. I pray that she is appreciated because if so I will drive to amazon for this type of customer service. Thank you tasha.

You already know. Just a about every beauty or hair supply item that you can think of. I think its a tad bit expensive but you can find everything you need in one place.

They nice respect you, clean stock of different products for your hair,they have socks and leggings help you and not charge much for different types of products for your hair.

I enjoy how tailored the representative made my experience by offering other products that the representative presented to ma that would be helpful.

My daughter purchase some weave from this location. The price on package read $169 yet the lady charged $199. Than tried to rush her out the store.I went back in store with weave and receipt. The lady explained the price was wrong on item. I explained that was not my problem. The price on item is what I was paying. The lady called 3 family members over spoke in native language very upset. I explained that the item was behind counter. Their sells person gave us the item already priced.I girl and older women did not want to give us the item as priced on item. They tried to put another price tag over the one I already saw and wanted to pay for....I stop them. I replied I took a picture of what the current price was labeled. They looked at me . Than the older family member told them something in their native language. They took both stickers and began to refund my money.The younger girl than came to me and my child to explain the sells person felt sorry for us. We should be thankful for $200 hair for the price we received. I explained to her that we never came for a handout. I was paying price on the item. The younger girl explain we could sell the hair for $200 . I gave her a crazy look than said give me my receipts and have a great day.I of course explain to my child. That is why she has no business giving them business. They dont respect her or her money. Im never shopping their for anyone else.They have always been rude to me. Fake smile and move along type People.Great lesson for my teenager who of course never listen to me. That showed my child and her friend exactly what Ive been talking about.. you work hard for your money. spend your money with people who respect you and your money.

Prices way too high!!! There is a tiny Asian man dressed in military styled clothes whom actively stalks his consumers. Nice selection of OVERPRICED items. These same items are more than half the cost including shipping if you order off Amazon website. The cashier disposition sucks and did I mention.... THEIR EXTRA OVERPRICED ITEMS.💀

I drive a far about 45 minutes to go here. My daughters favorite store. So many different hair products. Wigs weave and different hair pieces. Good prices.

The most beautiful beauty supply I’ve ever been to. Everything about the store’s decoration and design completely sets it apart from all the others I’ve been to. It wasn’t just plain white dingy walls with hundreds of mannequins lining the walls and counters. The setup was nice, everything was very clean, pretty hardwood, nice colors and checkout was fast and fine

Was recommended by a friend to try this place out, needed to find new hair because my vendor couldn’t supply it on time.. so I listed to her and tried them out. Sadly, I never purchased anything because service is lacking and you are made to feel as if your being watched. Secondly staff are too Busy chatting with each others that they forget they have customers who need help. Very unprofessional and rude. I was in there for 10 minutes waiting to see if I can get any help... Left disappointed because I drove all way to try them to come in and get no help.

The store offers a nice variety of hair care options and all sorts of top brand extensions, decent wigs, make up, costume jewelry, and all of your hair care needs. I also like to that some of the employees are black, so you receive good advice on what to buy if youre someone who doesnt usually know, like me. I do feel that the price of their braiding hair is a not expensive and the selection is low, so that is one thing that should be improved.

I have been a loyal customer.But I will not be returning.I purchased a face shield from there.Went back wearing the same face shield and was ask to leave or wear another mask with it.The store owner was rude and talked among themselves with other employees and they seem like they began to attack me. They got mad because they didnt have what I ask for.The Hair Palace is the new hot spot.They have everything.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced I dont know why this place is still in business very racist they expect for you to hurry up and purchase their items they told us we took too long in the store in making a purchase on hair that cost over $300 where they have no refund policy people dont rush and spend $300 on a no return policy store they only target African-Americans what this Behavior because they know no other ethnicity will shop there they need to be more patient with their customer service when expecting people to spend that kind of money! This store typically stays well stocked. The staff is very kind. I like that they have a rewards program, although its not very much at all. What in love MOST is the music they play while Im shopping. Usually its gospel music and occasionally some quality R&B. Makes my lengthy shopping experience, while deciding on products, very pleasant.

I like it. They dont have a huge collection of colors for passion twist hair that isnt premade but they have everything else.

I actually attempted to give this store a chance. I never go anywhere other than Sally’s but my GPS said that this was close so I visited this location.While going around the store I heard the workers ask other customers if they needed help finding anything, but whenever they would see me they would just walk by like I wasn’t there.Because of the amount of help I did not receive, I never actually found a toner for my hair for after I bleach my roots.Also, while going through different hair in the clearance aisle, I decided to pick a set of extensions. They were clipped together with a security clip and marked insanely low on pricing. During check out they said they would not sell for that price.That is fine, but they’re the people who put the price there. I then proceeded to select two other brands from clearance and seen prices like $20, and $25. During checkout the store owner then went on to say that anything of my color in the clearance is not going to be on clearance and told the workers to go remove them from that area.

I absolutely LOVED Amazon beauty. I spent so much money in there and even allow them to upsale me alot. Never spent under $150.00 on any given day. I am writing this review because I simply called to ask if they have lace closures in stock and wanted to know the price difference between the 4×4 and 13×4. The owner answered and he said, I DONT DISCUSS PRICES OVER THE PHONE YOU MUST COME IN. Wouldnt even tell me if it was in stock 🤬. Meanwhile I had to call another store who GLADLY gave me the price. So ill be on my way to spend my 150.00 at MOON Beauty instead.

It was on OK spot the selection is great but staff very rude. The owners thought I took an item, because they thought I was a young teen!! They are not used to folks putting products back I guess. If they are afraid of Black people then they shouldnt set up shop to service mostly Black folks. You can not deny their selection is pretty nice. Last time I will visit.
