Great local body shop. People here are friendly, and they are easy to work with. Weve used them a few times, and they are maybe not the quickest shop around, but you know who is doing your work, and they are good at doing the work, so I dont mind the extra day or two. Prices are competitive with other places in the area, but their friendly service pushes them over the top.

Mike goes above and beyond every time!! Its so refreshing to have such an honest and reliable body shop! My husband had his mustang rebuilt and when my Mitsubishi got hit twice, they fixed it back to new and even fixed little things without charging me! Who does that?? I will refer them to everyone I know🙂

I have never had a bad experience here. Extremely friendly and courteous, willing to go above and beyond to work with your insurance company to get the repairs approved, paid for and completed in a timely manner. One time I swung by with a broken mirror and they literally fixed it and did not even charge me. They know me, my Mom, my family and they always treat us great. The work they do is 100% perfect too. They were great, and worked with me on my crazy schedule. I had to communicate via email and they were always prompt with their responses, and accurate with their estimate and timing. When I got my car back the work was perfect and it was WAY cleaner than when I dropped it off! Will use them again if i need an auto shop.

My drivers side door needed minor repairs, and they very kindly fixed it right on the spot for NO CHARGE. Incredibly generous business - they have a customer for life!

Excellent place to go! I messed up something on my pick up that I thought would be expensive to fix. I took it here. I got really lucky, because they fixed my truck for free! Very happy! :) only negative was the guy who checked me in was pretty strange and hes a Germaphobe whos way over worried about the caronavirus and social distancing! However, the overall experience was amazing! Would definitely go here again!

I cannot day enough positive things about this body shop. I am not from Cincinnati, so finding a body shop was somewhat stressful for me. John Hall body shop was one that came up on google and their reviews were reassuring so I gave it a chance. I worked directly with Mike and he went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. He even fixed my tire with no cost to me on top of all of the repairs he did through insurance. I will definitely be going back for any services I need I the future!

John Halls body shop is an excellent repair shop. They have worked on my cars on three or four occasions. The work has always been top notch. On a couple of repairs they actually did more than I had requested at no charge.

They were very professional, did a great job restoring my car to original condition. They were very easy to talk to and polite.

John Hall did a great job and returned my car cleaned and in great condition! It took about 3 weeks to fix my car because I think they remain pretty busy. In the beginning the insurance company was not being very helpful/clear and the guys at John Hall Body shop helped me throughout the whole process!

John Hall Body Shop is outstanding. Having had various autos pummeled by others I have been a customer for over 20 years. In fact I believe I have frequent flyer points.First, they are honest. They offer what I am sure is one of the best deals in the tri-state area for their work. One time when the weather was exceedingly damp, they put off painting for a day so that there was less chance of damage over the long term. I appreciate that level of conscientiousness.You will be impressed!

I got into an accident that caused front end damage as well as my driver and side airbags deployed. The work they did was phenomenal - my car looked and drove as if it was brand new and you couldnt tell it had been in an accident what-so-ever. Their customer service was also great. The work took longer than I wouldve liked but the big reason for that was my insurance company messed up their original estimate and they took extra care into their work. I highly recommend them. I did not feel swindled or unsatisfied at any point during my experience with them, and I will be going back to John Hall Body Shop for any future work that I might need.

I went there Monday for an estimate on some minor front end damage on my 2016 car. I had called on Friday to schedule a time. The man who accessed the damages was friendly and helpful. I had a written estimate in less than 10 minutes.
