Went there for the first time cause l couldnt find menudo no where else, l am glad l ran into that store, they have the best menudo l ever tasted, and l have tried many menudos from different places. This is my new spot for menudo. Havent tried nothing else from there but they had all type of cooked food

I always go here for my daily essentials, I only gave it four stars because it obviously doesnt have every essential we need, but I still believe it is an amazing store; everyone is so friendly and I have never had a bad experience here.

I would like to say something nice but I cannot. I find one of the butchers is very unprofessional when he hits on me. He makes me very uncomfortable and its embarrassing. I would rather drive a little further to get what I need and be able to shop comfortably without trying to hide from this guy that pops out of nowhere no matter what I am there to buy. I used to like this store but after a couple of years of trying to avoid the butcher, I just dont even go there at all anymore.

I moved so I dont come by here as frequently anymore. Never have had issues, I specifically visit here for their butcher shop. The only thing I dislike is sometimes I have to hear some obnoxious tunes. I am a Mexican national and well, in a way is like to going to a store thats playing gangsta rap.

A supermercado thats well stocked and has decent prices, and they sell elotes and paletas too. They also have 2 cash registers! So the lines are never long.

My parents live in the neighborhood, every time I’m in he area I stop here to help out the local business. Today I was craving guacamole I wanted to make it for he family, my wife tells me to go to food4less or cermak produce because there on sale 2/$1.00 I told her I would prefer to shop local even tho I knew it’s going to cost more. so I’ll stop in here, Walked in and found out that the avocados are 1.99 each, I decided to buy the ones they make already in house, I looked at the date it was made and it seemed to be same day so I went with that rather then paying $10.00 for 5 avocados. Went home opened it up got the chips ready, it had no flavor at all, way to much onions and no texture. I even added salt but still nothing. So I went back to exchange it for $1.99 avocados the cashier seemed really mad that I was in happy with it she kept asking me why I don’t like it I told her my reasonings but she did not want to hear it, she took it away from me and throw it behind her in anger, then she says in a rude way I’m not taking the avocados back if you don’t like them. I told her just keep both and walked out. I hate to see this happen I really would like to keep shopping here but when someone can’t take a suggestion when I’m trying to help.

Everything is ridiculously over priced and the music is so loud you kinda have to yell at the butcher, the wilted fruits and vegetables seen better days. Oh look walmart is just on cicero ave!

They have the best corn Ive tasted!They give you a 10 or 12 oz glass (I dont remember) for only $ 2.00! You just give him a 2 dollar ticket and thats it.
