My washer had stop letting out the water I called it in at least 3weeks ago now that the washer is paid off they want to Plat with me and give me the run around im not getting anything else from them and Im calling corporate because this is ridiculous

I did the application on Tuesday, they never reached out to me regarding my application. I had to reach out to them that fallowing Thursday, then they didn’t have what I wanted so I settle for something else. I sent them all my information 6 paystubs, all my references my landlord info, my automatic payment was set up and they set me up for a delivery that fallowing Monday. These people had the nerve to call me on the day of the delivery to tell me the application was denied with no reason behind it! on top of that the lady who called me and my references was super rude. This whole process was ridiculous, I’ve financed with them in the past and I never had any issues until now. I suggest you go somewhere else and get your furniture it’s not worth it.

There service is really poor.

Went with the whole process, my sales was a little too cool she might think ( for me rude ) then in my application said i wanted in the attic, the day came and they kept on calling me at work, when i specifically let them know that i was working and to call my sister, then the delivery guy said that he couldnt take it in the attic, taking pictures to a house that no one gave him promotion, said that no one told him that it was the attic and that it didnt fit when I told the sales that we had a king size bed in the attic, she said they didnt want to damage it. i told them if they can leave it and we take it upstairs and she said no! now today was the day i was going to have my bed for the first time and Im ending up sleeping in the floor!

I hate them they treat me so bad I never go back to them 😭.

THE STORE MANAGER PERSONALITY IS TERRIBLE..I CALLED HER (STORE MANAGER) TO LET HER KNOW I WASNT ABLE TO BE IN AT THIS TIME WITH MY PAY..MY SISTER WAS PASSING AWAY FROM CANCER SO I HAD TO BE THERE FOR HER THIS MANGER STARTED TALKING CRAZY ON THE PHONE SHE SAID SHES PICKING UP THE CHAIR I WAS RENTING ALSO I OWED FOR A LATE CHARGE...I TOLD HER IM IN BOLINGBROOK HOSPITAL THIS MANGER HAD NO SYMPATHY..I TOLD HER ILL CALL BACK..MY SISTER WAS STILL PASSED OUT AND STILL BREATHING I CALLED THE MANAGER TWICE TO LET HER KNOW I WOULDNT BE ABLE FOR TO MAKE IT IN THE STORE.. THE EMPLOYEE HANG THE PHONE UP IN MY FACE I CALLED TWICE THE 3RD TIME I CALLED THE MANAGER STILL WOULDNT COME TO THE PHONE AFTER I WAS TOLD SHE WILL BE ON THE PHONE SOON THEY HUNG THE PHONE UP AGAIN..MY SISTER PASSED AWAY AT MIDNIGHT..ON THE 1ST OF APRIL THIS CHAIR WILL BE A PICKUP IN THE RESPECT OF MY SISTER DEATH..RUDENESS MEMORIES AND NO SYMPATHY IS MY OPINION FOR THIS PLACE I CAN PUT MY FOOT IN THE STORE MANAGER A$$...

This place has horrible customer service and a bullying tactics in the way that they engage with their customers. Does not provide services that are mentioned in contract or paid for. I would not recommend this place to anyone too much competition to have horrible service.

Went here excited knowing I was about to purchase new furniture for my apartment, and the service here was horrible. The guy acted as if I was an inconvenience to him, and that he had better things to do.Never will I go back

Sales rep called me 6 times only to tell me they didnt have what I asked for.
