I had such great service at Lenscrafters. Alexis was really helpful, supportive, and patient and she helped me decide on some cute glasses. The selection was great. The service was great. Natalia was another associate that helped me as I tried on almost every pair in the store. She was patient and helpful. And even though they were busy I didnt have to wait more than a few minutes for service. And the service was great! Also the glasses came in so quickly. I made my selection that evening and picked two pair up the next day. Ill definitely be back. This was such an easy and fun experience. Thanks!

Amazing experience with the staff at this location! I was in need of a new pair of glasses immediately and they were able to help me out and get it taken care of. Fast and professional treatment from the eye exams to the staff making sure you get the right choice. Alexis was very helpful and friendly when helping me with both my prescription and sunglasses from my visits over the past few months. You can usually pick up glasses same-day if you come early enough (for most styles). Great staff and can’t wait to come back when my prescription is up for renewal.

I forego my good insurance do my exams here out of pocket. My insurance limits my options for contacts and frames and gives me tolerable service at a very good price... BUT here, Dr. Anita Koo the managing optometrist is more thorough in the exams and she addresses any concerns I have and gives me time to ask questions if I have any. I trust her more than the optometrists I’ve had in the past ten years really and have been pleased with the results.Natalia is exceedingly helpful through the payment processes. She handled my multiple transactions, answered all of my questions and helped me with frames. She said she’s relatively new but I have the same experience with other staff too. I never feel rushed here, they are welcoming, give clear directions during pre-exam, staff seems to always be having a decently good day, I never have to hunt for some help they always available, always professional never side chatting about their social lives like other companies while I try to bait for their attention, are always tending to the location’s cleanliness and appearance, always wiping frames or tidying while asking if they can help me with anything. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience at lens crafters, was able to be added to the schedule to see a doctor and pick out the frames I wanted same day. Within a week they were ready to be picked up. Alexis, Jasmine, and Dr Koo were awesome in assisting me. A few others helped me out between the two days but I’m terrible with names. All in all a pleasant experience.

Had no idea that lenscrafters offers free repairs on glasses. My glasses were military issued and they were still Free to have fixed. Oscar did a great job and even cleaned them for me.

Friendly staff. Clean store. No communication. Ordered my contacts almost two weeks ago and haven’t heard from them when I was told it would take 3-5 business days. So I called while waiting in the parking lot. And asked if my contacts were there. The man said they did not come in yet. I said really it’s been two weeks, he but me on hold again and came back on and said they actually did have them… super annoyed but thanked him for double checking. Note to staff.. as soon as someone’s order comes in you should notify the customer. Communication is key!

It was my first time having to get glasses. I was able to sample a wide variety find a frame to fit me and look good. Checked out Eye Glass World compared to Len’s Crafter and Len’s crafter was able to do my prism glasses in 4 hours compared to TWO WEEKS at Eye Glass World. Great customer service from Crystal, Alexis, and Genesis. Highly recommend you shop here next time you need a pair of glasses!
