Very helpful, knowledgeable and patient staff. No high pressure sales just good recommendations and suggestions. Lots of choices for eyeglass and sunglass frames. Very happy with my selections. Only took about a week to receive them.

Target Optical is quick and painless with good customer service. They are a little pricier than Costco (large warehouse membership), when it comes to the eye exam. For instance target charges $29 for a special eye scan and they charge nine or $19 at Costco (large membership warehouse place) depending on your insurance. But Target has a far better selection for eyewear. We take our Costco (large membership warehouse) prescription and bring to Target. Target is much calmer and peaceful shopping compared to the others. They have quick turnaround for glasses. I do wish they offered options such as engraving and clip ons for kids like online shops.

Dr. Shamsaee was very friendly, and thorough. To be honest, I didnt really know what to expect from Target Optical, since Ive pretty much only ever gotten my eyes checked with my Optometrist at Sharp. My regular Optometrist was booked until March, and I needed an appointment quickly to utilize my insurance benefits before years end. Making an appointment was fast, easy, and online! Dr. Shamsaee was great and was genuinely concerned about my comfort and getting the proper prescription for my eyes. I also thought they had a nice selection of glasses, friendly staff, and the office/optical store was very chic and stylish. I will definitely be going back and recommending Dr. Shamsaee (and Target Optical) to friends.
